The purpose of this study was to explore differences of spinal stabilization muscle strength between groups classified by BMI for industrial workers. Fifty subjects participated in this study were divided to obesity group(BMI over $25kg/m^2$) and non obesity group(BMI under $25kg/m^2$). Independent t-test was applied for analysis. The results showed the following. There were significant differences in $0^{\circ}$ Forward on sagittal plane, in both $90^{\circ}$ Left, $90^{\circ}$ Right on coronal plane, in $45^{\circ}$ Left Tilt, $45^{\circ}$ Right Tilt on diagonal plane between groups. Last, There were significant differences in an amount of soft lean muscle and an amount of skeletal muscle between groups. These results shows that spinal stabilization muscle strength program for the obese should be considered in sagittal plane, coronal plane, and diagonal plane.

The tilde use of Information Technology (IT), especially the rapid diffusion of the internet, brings us a new paradigm, called "Electronic Commerce," or "Digital Economy." The paradigm is regarded as a business strategy essential to organizations′competitive advantages. Because few studies have been shown in the area of e-strategies, especially in the combined strategies of clicks and mortars, a study of this area is required. The main questions of this study are empirically to validate the usefulness and applicability of a decision roadmap and to analyze the situation of Korean firms in the view of the decision roadmap. Major results of this study are as follows : First, there is an evidence that the roadmap can be applied to Korean firms regardless of their industry and size. Second, the usefulness of the roadmap is proved because companies following the directions of the roadmap show high degree of satisfaction with online sales. Third, Korean companies in general do not achieve an Ideal Integration (or separation), especially In terms of management and operation. In conclusion, this study provides an e-business strategy Planner some guidelines about how to achieve right mix of on-line and off-line business.

The digital content was supplied quickly with advancement of video compressive technique and the network. Simultaneously illegal copy and diffuse via Internet, it was caused to necessitate the intellectual property right protection of the digital content. With this background, Various standardization groups and content provision enterprises developed the solution for a digital content protection. But the problem which lack interoperability is appeared, cause of independent development among other equipment. To find solution about this, MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) has progressed standardization against IPMP (Intellectual Property Management and Protection) techniques which are possible interoperability. In spite of it, with reason why insufficient function, DMP(Digital Media Project) standard was presented with the alternative against this. In this paper, we analyze MPEG IPMP standards and DMP ToolPack concepts to compare between them, and through these, designed and implemented digital content protection system which possible interoperability.

Internet purchase is increasing according to the activation of Electronic Commerce. Currently, the hardware is main purchase items in the Electronic Commerce. The on-line purchase of digital product, that is electronic file type of product, has many merits such as, does not cost in logistics, is ease of searching the product, and is possible of 'Try and Buy' system. But, actually digital products have not been major product and Cause of its piracy problem. Therefore, the tchnology of digital rights management is focused within EC. The piracy problem of digital products comes from the lack of safety in DP license control technology. Current EC has no method to identify the object that has the right to use the digital product. The protecting of object change is impossible and the protection of hacking is not enough and EC has many problems in efficient license control because of the incompletion of EC structure. In this paper, we propose the design and implementation of on-line circulation system, which can activate on-line circulation of MP3 digital data product in EC, by using the new license control technology, that is Dynamic License Control technology.

In an IPTV system, the rights of the content and service provider can be protected by using Conditional Access System (CAS) and Digital Right Management (DRM). In case of the CAS, only the authorized user who has structured authentication keys can decrypt the encrypted content. However, since the CAS establishes a secure channel only between content provider and Smart Card (SC), it cannot protect the system against McCormac Hack attack which eavesdrops on unsecure channel between SC and Set-Top Box (STB) and SC cloning attack. In this paper, we propose a robust multi-STB assisted SC / STB authentication protocol which can protect the IPTV system against not only McCormac Hack attack, but also SC cloning attack. The previous works which bind a STB and a SC during the SC registration phase against the SC cloning attack does not support multi-STB environments. The proposed system which dynamically updates the STB information in subscriber management system using the bi-directional channel characteristic of IPTV system can support the user's multi-STB device effectively.

Many organizations have had deep interests in studies concerning leadership and also in academic area, not only management but also psychology. Until now, the leadership has been accentuated to managers or team leaders especially. Recently, however, the concept of self-leadership that lead one's own activities toward right direction through self-control or self-management is being focused on practices and academia. This study is to investigate the influence between self-leadership strategies and learning performance at IT classes mediated by attitude of attendance focused on the social science students in an university. Research results can give us right direction of task-taking attitudes in firms or learning attitudes in teaching organization and implications to human resource manager who are in charge of improving learning performance or productivity.

This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the implications of the metaverse on the music industry, focusing on copyright issues and potential solutions. It delves into the concept and characteristics of metaverse platforms, describing them as environments that immerse users in a variety of virtual experiences. A significant portion of the paper is dedicated to exploring music use and copyright infringement in the metaverse. It examines how users incorporate existing music into their content, often leading to legal challenges due to copyright infringement. The paper discusses the role of online service providers (OSPs) in this context and the legal implications of their actions. The paper also addresses the 'safe harbor' provisions for OSPs and examines the balance between protecting rights holders and limiting OSP liability. It highlights the challenges and limitations of copyright enforcement in the metaverse, especially given the unique nature of content on platforms such as Roblox. Finally, the article proposes solutions to simplify music licensing in the metaverse, suggesting a shift from property rules to liability rules and the establishment of Collective Management Organizations (CMOs) to streamline the licensing process and better protect copyright holders' interests.

Digital contents is used already in near place with us. Contents of MPEG-4 standard is used to process multimedia data in field of communication, computer, broadcasting mobile etc. However, absence of copyright management and protection system and interoperability problem of right system between each corporation happened. Because MPEG establish IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection) system standard in agreement with MPEG-4 system standard, proposed cooperation method to manage and protect copyright. Accordingly, in this paper, put in copyright of authorized contents management and protection extension system implementation adding MPEG-4 IPMP system like plug-in into existing MPEG-4 authorizing tool. Therefore, author edits IPMP information to protect contents or object, and process the information in system and authorize MPEG-4 digital contents that have management and protection sign according to IPMP standard. This system designed and implemented to divided into IPMP information save processor, IPMP information creation processor, media IPPM processor, XMT-A to MP4 converter IPMP extension.

This article reviews the current Public Records Management Act which revised in October 2006 and put in force in April 2007. Since Public Records Management Act has been enacted in 1999, the external development of record management is significant. The Road Map for Record Management Reform in 2005 and the Information Strategy Project in 2006 are prime examples. However, our legal system concerning record management is still posing a number of problems, ranging from issues about objects and definitions of record management to issues of access. These issues have been subject to serious critics from various stakeholders, including civil organizations and academics. The article analyses a legal status of the National Archives of Korea and issues concerning access to current and archival records. As a result of the discussion, the article provides alternative plans.
