This study suggests that the application of split screen as visual media can attain the effect of diversity through providing rich information and accepting diverse contents as gorgeous aesthetics. Single images are analyzed as appropriate to a demanded concentration genre such as news and dramas, entertainment. In contrast, images with natural images and ads images those are more appropriate and analyzed as the genre of the split-screen which is highly efficiency to the contents and also highly efficiency to the spatial diversification. In introducing various genres of digital contents into split screen, the synergy of contents is induced by placement in consideration of the characteristics of split screen position. In order to increase the concentration of the split-screen image, using the left area and right area above it, can increase the effectiveness of the content.

DRM 시스템의 재배포 기능은 디지털 콘텐츠 산업 활성화에 필수적이다. 기존의 DRM은 지적재산권의 안전에 치중하였기 때문에 배포에 대한 제약과 소비자 권리를 억제하는 요소가 된다. 본 연구는 사용자간 재배포를 강화할 수 있는 라이센스관리 모델을 제시한다. 배포 시에 콘텐츠 헤더에 사용자의 식별정보를 넣어서 배포함으로써 배포 이력을 관리한다. 라이센스 발급 후에는 클라이언트가 헤더와 라이센스의 식별정보를 비교하여 안전을 확인한다. 배포 형식과 라이센스를 유형별로 분류하여 적합한 배포 방식을 적용하고 적합한 라이센스를 발급함으로써 배포를 활성화할 수 있다.

고도의 IT기술 및 클라우드 서비스의 발전과 스마트기기의 활성화 등에 따라 다양한 형태의 불법다운 공유 등의 양상이 생겨나면서 기존 DRM에 의한 불법 차단 방식이 한계에 부딪히고 있다. 또한 최근에는 장르를 불문하고 음악, 웹툰, 매거진, 각종 동영상 등의 창작활동을 하는 1인 창작에 의한 저작물들이 급격하게 늘어나고 있어 이들의 저작물을 보호하고 활용성을 극대화시키기 위해서는 콘텐츠 사용자 니즈 기반의 정교한 라이선스 방식 및 관리가 필요하다. 이는 디지털 콘텐츠의 개인 간 유통을 위한 라이선스가 안정적이고 효율적이어야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 분야별 업계 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 현재 콘텐츠 시장 현황 및 향후 전망을 조사 분석하여 개인 간 거래활성화를 위한 방안들을 모색하고자 한다.

Since the mid-1990s, the corporate social responsibility(adhere CSR) has risen as an important issue in Korean company. We have classified 3 effects of CSR activities on corporate performance. That is, this study investigates the relationship between CSR and corporate performance, which are financial performance, marketing performance, human resource and organization performance. Previous literatures discuss how CSR activities influence on corporate performance. But they have not reached at a clear conclusion and the issue is still debate. The relationship between CSR and corporate performance is actually more complicated, so this study is to review literature of various perspective. In this study, CSR management tool proposed for effective and efficiency CSR management by literature review. A right measure is fundamental factor for effective and efficiency CSR management. This study provide fundamental tip for CSR measure using of principles of ISO 26000.

The meaning of images are changed rapidly by a time, and the images' social function and skills are different by times. Nowadays, the reasons to have different meanings of images are the different ways of representation and reproduction of images by new digital technologies. However, the images are communicating with each other, and the image makers should have responsibility to represent the images. Also, the images should be concerned in social, cultural context, and focused on positive ways to represent. It is hard to predict the future of images, but people shouldn't be controled by manipulated digital images. Therefore, image makers need to have right ethics and morals in digital era not to be controled by commercial enterprises.

This article is for building the successful e-learning model. In order to achieve th purpose of this article, it is described as follows. First, the changing educational environment due to Web technology was analyzed; And some Web-based teaching models for desirable performance and how to select the right software were suggested under the given circumstance. Finally, requirements for successful e-learning were described.

IT산업이 급격히 발전하고 대중화 되면서 아날로그 형태로 생산, 보관, 솬리되던 일반 상거래 저작물(도서, 음반, 영화, 신문)들은 대부분 디지털화되어가고 있다. 디지털 콘텐츠는 저작물에 대한 복사가 용이한 반면, 저작자들의 사기를 저하시켜 저작물에 대한 제작 의지를 감소시키는 장애요인으로 작용하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이런 상황 속에서 디지털저작권 관리 시스템인 DRM(Digital Right Management)은 디지털 콘텐츠를 불법 복제로부터 보호하는 동시에 저작권자의 이익을 보호할 수 있는 시스템이라는 점에서 관심을 모으고 있다.

Sustainability is bound to be an eternal topic for managers who run companies. This sustainability is required not only by managers but also by various stakeholders. As a result, many companies are implementing sustainable management and are actively utilizing ESG, which has become a hot topic since 2020. In this study, we examined sustainable management and ESG, focusing on LX Hausys, which was the first in the interior industry to write a sustainable management report and received an ESG evaluation grade A for five consecutive years. As LX Hausys promoted sustainable management, it naturally focused on ESG management. As a result of meeting with LX Hausys HR executives and ESG managers for this study, ESG is not accepted as a new one. Rather, he emphasized that there is no need to approach this approach to ESG with grandeur and difficulty. This approach is consistent with the argument that ESG is a true approach to sustainable growth, not a management strategy based on the times. Like LX Hausys, ESG management can be consistently and continuously performed when implementing ESG strategies based on the resources and capabilities of companies, which can be seen as leading to corporate sustainability. This ESG management will be the right way to create a permanent company.

The pre-existing medical treatment was done in person between doctors and patients. EMR (Electronic Medical Record) System computerizing medical history of patients has been proceed and has raised concerns in terms of violation of human right for private information. Which integrates "Identification information" containing patients' personal details as well as "Medical records" such as the medical history of patients and computerizes all the records processed in hospital. Therefore, all medical information should be protected from misuse and abuse since it is very important for every patient. Particularly the right to privacy of medical record for each patient should be surely secured. Medical record means what doctors put down during the medical examination of patients. In this paper, we applies fingerprint identification to EMR system login to raise the quality of personal identification when user access to EMR System. The system implemented in this paper consists of embedded module to carry out fingerprint identification, web server and web site. Existing carries out it in client. And the confidence of hospital service is improved because login is forbidden without fingerprint identification success.

본 연구는 셀프리더십 전략이 학생들의 학습태도에 영향을 미치는지, 학습태도가 매개변인의 역할을 하여 학업성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 연구하였다. 특히 중국, 필리핀 등으로부터 국내로 유학 온 학생들이 증가함에 따라 이들과 한국학생간의 차이점 유무를 비교 연구하여 효과적인 교육활동을 위한 프로그램 준비가 필요한 시점이다. 실증연구를 위한 표본으로 한국 대학생 64명과 유학 중인 중국 대학생 31명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 조직 구성원 혹은 학생들의 셀프리더십을 고양함으로써 과업에 임하는 태도나 수업에 임하는 바람직한 태도를 제시하여 기업 생산성이나 학업성과를 촉진할 수 있는 방안수립에 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
