이 연구의 목적은 신정보화환경에서의 중소기업의 기술유출에 대한 보안인식 및 보안관리 실태를 측정하고, 대기업과 중소기업간의 수준비교분석을 통해 기술유출 방지대책을 위한 정책의 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과 보안인식 및 보안관리실태 모두 중소기업은 대기업에 비해 열악한 것으로 나타났으며, 정보화환경의 급격한 발달에 따른 부문별 관리가 필요한 상황인 것으로 보인다. 현재 중소기업의 신정보화환경 구축은 도입기에 있으므로, 구축과 동시에 보안시스템을 함께 갖출 수 있는 지원이 필요하며, 동시에 중소기업 자체적 대응이 가능하도록 신정보화환경에 맞는 보안시스템이 필요하다. 중소기업의 경우 급변하는 정보화환경의 변화에 따른 기술보호 역량을 갖추기에는 한계가 있음으로 정부의 체계적인 보안관리 지원이 요구된다.

독일의 철학자 노르베르트 볼츠(Norbert Bolz)는 디지털 영상미디어가 초래할 인간사고 방식의 근본적이고 전면적인 방식의 전환을 예고하면서, 마샬 맥루한으로 시작했던 활판인쇄로 강화된 근대문자 문화에 대한 비판의 맥락으로 근대 이성문명의 상징인 '구텐베르크의 은하계'의 종말을 강조하고 있다. 그는 디지털미디어라는 첨단 복합 미디어를 통해 이성을 중심으로 한 유럽 문명의 한계가 극복되리라 예견한 것이다. 커뮤니케이션의 상실된 생명력을 재생할 수 있다는 관점에서 미학의 원해 의미인 '감성적 지각(aisthesis)'을 강조하고, 칸트가 말하는 오감의 자유로운 유희 상태가 가능한 커뮤니케이션 미디어의 회복을 주장한다. 본 소고는 하이퍼미디어로써 영상 미디어의 선두 격인 디지털 애니메이션이 그 독특한 예술적 형식으로 효과적인 커뮤니케이션을 가능케 할 것이라 보고 있다. 이는 근대 이성 중심 주의에 짓눌려온 인간의 감성을 회복하는데 디지털 애니메이션 이 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다는 데서 출발한다. 또한, 디지털 애니메이션이 시간과 공간을 다루고 자유로운 표현이 가능하다는 점, 그리고 컴퓨터 기술의 집약으로 종합 미디어적 특성을 발휘해 효과적인 커뮤니케이션을 수행할 수 있다는 전들에 근거해, 새로운 예술 형식으로써의 가능성에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 특히, 미디어 분석가 겸 디자인과 교수인 노르베르트 볼츠의 하이퍼 미디어적인 뉴미디어 이론과의 연계성에 중점을 두고 있다.

국내 중소기업 대부분이 요소기술 확보 및 운영 혁신의 어려움에 처해있다. 글로벌 시장진출 역량부족 등으로 인해 성장정체를 겪고 있으며, 이는 경기 침체, 고용불황, 성장동력 상실 등 악순환 반복을 유발하고 있다. 본 연구는 중소 중견기업의 통계 데이터분석과 중견기업의 사례분석을 통하여, 이를 극복하기 위해 기업의 성장단계별 중소기업 기술혁신 변곡점을 확인하고 중소기업이 중견기업으로, 중견기업이 대기업으로 성장하기 위한 성장단계별 기술혁신관점의 핵심성공요인을 제시하고 지속가능성장을 위한 기술전략을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 간접지원사업과의 연계 및 시너지 창출을 염두에 두고 IT분야 중소기업의 필요를 적절히 지원해 줄 수 있는 금융지원방법에 대해 그 대안 및 정책적 적용여부를 제안하고 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 대표적인 직접지원 방식인 융자지원과 관련하여 기존사업의 개선점들을 살펴보고 외국의 융자정책사례를 벤치마킹함으로써 종합적으로 대안적인 융자방식에 대해 살펴보았다. 다음으로, 투자방식을 통한 직접지원정책을 함께 고려한 대안적 금융지원 방식에 대해서도 살펴봄으로써 IT분야 중소기업에 대한 금융지원정책을 총체적으로 진단하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of quality management system requirements, a management innovation technique, on business performance to secure the competitiveness of SMEs in an environment of increasing uncertainty in the global economy and intensifying competition. To this end, a survey was conducted on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating a quality management system, and statistical analysis was performed through validity and reliability analysis, regression analysis, and group analysis using IBM SPSS 26.0. As a result of the study, it was found that planning, operation, support, and improvement, which are the core requirements of a quality management system, have a positive effect on business performance. In addition, through group analysis, it was found that the effect of quality management system requirements on business performance varies according to the level of the company. This means that the importance of quality management requirements required for strategy establishment varies according to the quality management introduction level of small and medium-sized manufacturers, and it can be used for small and medium-sized manufacturers to set strategic directions.

A business's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution is software that fully integrates the services that businesses require, continuously updates business processes and department operations in real-time, and so aids in the successful management of enterprise resources. Previously, ERP solutions were often deployed for large enterprises, but along with the strong digital transformation process, many small and medium enterprises have been deploying Cloud ERP (CERP) solutions. The objective of the study is to measure the factors affecting the successful implementation of CERP solutions at small and medium enterprises and the impact of successful implementation of CERP solutions on business process re-engineering and enterprise performance. Using a quantitative method based on data collected from 230 small and medium enterprises in Vietnam that have been implementing CERP solutions, the results show that there are 5 factors affecting, which are Organizational ERP Strategic, Top management Commitment, Data Security, Training in ERP Projects, Organizational Culture. Research results also show that Successful implementation of CERP has a direct impact on business process re-engineering and business performance. Based on the results, the study has made a number of policy implications in the successful implementation of CERP towards re-engineering business processes to improve the performance of small and medium enterprises.

Purpose: Marketing and especially distribution channels has proved challenging for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) worldwide due to its exorbitant cost. The objective of this study is to access the role and impact of digital marketing as a new distribution channel in companies located in Kosovo. Research design, data and methodology: To achieve the objective of the research, data was collected from 64 respondents/participants working in different organizations and sectors. Results: The result of the data collected showed that digital marketing plays a huge role and an effective medium in distribution of products and services, and helps in boosting sales of companies. The results showed that this form of marketing helps with retention of customers and cost effectiveness. Conclusions: The managerial implication of this study is that it is believed that customers in the topical conversation region are impacted by Kosovo businesses and their online marketing initiatives. The results of this study suggest that marketers and managers should take advantage of social media in order to accomplish the study's main objective. However, for enhanced productivity and high-level effectiveness of Digital marketing in Kosovo, there should be proper sensitization on the available digital marketing options and how it can be done.

The digital TRS(Trunked Radio System) is an excellent alternative for the transmission medium for the DAS(Distribution Automation System). KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation) made the power IT network with digital TRS system. The main function of the radio network is transmitting and receiving information for the DAS. KEPCO's digital TRS is based on TETRA standard. The digital TRS supports data communication for the electric power control and monitoring systems in various ways.

MMORPG와 같은 게임에서 근접전투가 벌어지는 샷에서 프라이머리 액터들간의 오클루젼이 종종 발생한다. 본 논문은 미디엄 샷(medium shot) 기법으로 오클루젼을 해결하고 오버-숄더 샷(over-shoulder shot) 기법으로 대결구도를 강화하는 미디엄 오버-숄더(Medium and Oversholder, MOS) 기법을 제안한다. 미디엄 샷 기법은 4개의 기준점을 설정하고. 오버-숄더 샷 기법은 측면의 기준점을 가변적으로 위치시키며 오클루더는 두 개의 스피어로 대체한다. 레이와 스피어가 교차하는지 여부로 잠재적 오클루젼 상태가 판별되면 오클루더의 우측 또는 좌측으로 카메라를 이동시키고, 오클루젼이 해결되면 이동을 멈춘다. 실험결과 MOS 기법은 샷당 평균 $13.7{\mu}s$ 의 연산시간의 성능을 보였으며, 오클루젼은 평균 9.26% 비율로 뷰어의 시선 장애에 영향을 주진 않았다.

본 논문은 중소기업을 대상으로 재무구조가 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 경인지역 소재 중소기업 562개 업체를 대상으로 '09년 비유동자산구성비율, 기업규모 및 부채비율을 각각 독립변수로, 매출액영업이익률 및 자기자본순이익률을 각각 종속변수로 정하여 이들의 상관관계를 실증적으로 분석하였는바, 전반적으로 재무구조는 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.
