  • All records have attribute of representing the object, so archives should develop digital record exhibition to facilitate attribute that representing the object. If building cultural properties are chose as the represented object, it should be followed by analysis of nature values and record contents and applied to the suitable framework. Therefore, this study suggests the organized process of designing the framework which develops digital representing contents based on records.

  • It is evaluated that there is infinit capability of creating new e business using P2P program. but the research for the method to protect the copyright of digital contents is urgent even for development of the p2p service because the problem of copyright protection for digital contents is not solved. In this article, we designed the P2P system which cm give the function of security with technology for copyright management which is made with AES algorism based on PKI when users send digital contants to each other in internet.

  • The prolonged untact era, which has continued since the end of 2019, further accelerated the spread of distribution platforms that provide cultural contents in digital form. Digital content distribution platforms are fiercely competing in the market as the central axis of cultural content planning, production and distribution. In this study, we apply the open innovation theory as a competitive element of digital content distribution platforms to assess whether competitiveness can be secured in terms of multilingualization of content.

  • Digital signage is referred to as a smart electronic display system that delivers multimedia-based information and advertisements to customers. Typically, the digital signage starts its playback after downloading a list of multimedia contents from network storage to its local disk. However, a way of downloading the entire contents before its playback entails a long initial delay time. In this paper, we formulate a problem of the initial delay time and provide a solution to compute a minimally demanded initial delay time according to a given network bandwidth and qualities/sizes of the multimedia contents. In addition, we analyze the performance of the proposed solution with various multimedia contents on digital signage.

  • 최근 전 세계적으로 노인 인구가 차지하는 비중이 갈수록 증가하고 있어 세계적으로 고령화는 미래에 우리가 직면하게 될 가장 큰 사회적인 문제로 대두되고 있다. 고령화 사회에 삶의 질을 향상하기 위해서는 고령자가 주체가 되어 생활환경의 설계를 위한 실버 운용 시스템의 구조적 변화의 방향성을 제시 할 필요가 있다. 이 과정에서 요구되는 사회적 커뮤니티는 실버세대에게 자신감과 즐거움을 제공하고, 삶의 질을 높이는데 중요한 역할을 할 것이며 기능성 게임 콘텐츠는 실버세대의 커뮤니티에 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 실버 세대의 여가 활용과 건강 유지를 위해 조작이 용이한 인터페이스 기술을 이용한 기능성 게임 콘텐츠인 두더지 밟기 게임을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 단순한 UI와 무선 인터페이스 기술을 활용함으로써 게임 조작의 용이성을 확보할 수 있고 근력강화, 균형성 및 유연성 기능과 더불어 재미와 흥미를 유발할 수 있도록 하였다.

I am going to find out their strengths and weaknesses and the future directions. I started this study by discussing the direction of the UCC business. Now we see that the video UCC contents in the portal sites are growing gradually.

Thirdly, A policy and system is inevitable to construction of Inter Korean Cooperation Digital Contents. South-North Korea, including a North Korea having a excellent cultural heritage, must jointly recovery for cultural contents. Under social-economic system, a consumers of digital contents pay to the format creator many royalty. Therefore, We must prepare to roll out a series of new creative contents, and have competitive advantages in the global market.

  • There have been proposed various copyright protection protocols in network-based digital multimedia distribution framework. However, most of conventional copyright protection protocols are focused on the stability of copyright information embedding/extracting and the access control to data suitable for user's authority but overlooked the privacy of copyright owner and user in authentication process of copyright and access information. In this paper, we propose a solution that builds a privacy-preserving proof of copyright ownership of digital contents in conjunction with keyword search scheme. The appeal of our proposal is three-fold: (1) content providers maintain stable copyright ownership in the distribution of digital contents; (2) the proof process of digital contents ownership is very secure in the view of preserving privacy; (3) the proposed protocol is the copyright protection protocol added by indexing process but is balanced privacy and efficiency concerns for its practical use.

  • This study deals with the technical approach related to the protection of digital video contents copyright, which has currently become a major issue in the digital contents market. With the production and distribution of digital video contents rapidly increasing, various policies and technical approaches are being made in relation to the protection of intellectual property rights. The technical approach from a DRM (Digital Rights Management) perspective was made from various angles, but its limitations have also been exposed in terms of convenience and quality. In this study, rather than the existing encoding certification and watermark technologies, it introduces technical approaches from a content-based copy detection method, while suggesting a copy detection method using the representative color sequence. In particular, this study takes into consideration the distribution environment of the domestic video market and deals with the technical approach in a direction that can control the illegal distribution of high quality videos.

The delay effect on reality in visual and haptic presentation (시-촉각 지연이 실감도에 미치는 영향)

  • Graphic and sounds are mainly used for presenting digital content as general. It has been reported that the reality of digital contents was improved by adding haptic factor to the contents of graphic and sounds. Therefore, various haptic system have recently been developed for implementing haptic sensation into digital contents. However, the delay of haptic display sometimes happens due to low hardware performance and causes to deteriorate reality of digital contents. The delay effect on reality has been important to be determined for presenting digital contents with haptic system. Therefore, this study is to find the effect on user's cognition of digital contents evoking both visual and haptic sensation. Eight university students performed 4 repetitive tasks of pushing cube under the two conditions of visual and haptic delay. The delay time of each condition were set 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 and 4.0 second. As the result, both haptic and visual delay were negatively influenced user's recognition while visual delay showed more dominant effect on user's recognition than haptic delay.
