A Study on Clustering of Core Competencies to Deploy in and Develop Courseworks for New Digital Technology (카드소팅을 활용한 디지털 신기술 과정 핵심역량 군집화에 관한 연구)

  • Card sorting is a useful data collection method for understanding users' perceptions of relationships between items. In general, card sorting is an intuitive and cost-effective technique that is very useful for user research and evaluation. In this study, the core competencies of each field were used as competency cards used in the next stage of card sorting for course development, and the clustering results were derived by applying the K-means algorithm to cluster the results. As a result of card sorting, competency clustering for core competencies for each occupation in each field was verified based on Participant-Centric Analysis (PCA). For the number of core competency cards for each occupation, the number of participants who agreed appropriately for clustering and the degree of card similarity were derived compared to the number of sorting participants.

  • Recently, many industrial devices are facing protocol compatibility problems with external monitoring and control systems. This paper designed an industrial communication gateway that can support the transformation of industrial communication protocol using multi-layered communication module. Industrial communication gateways have a structure that connects individual communication modules using rs485 serial communication to multiple layers. Each communication module consisted of analog data card, a digital data card LAN, and a CAN-enabled card. The main board processor used Atmega micro-processor, and the rs485 serial slot was placed to have a multi-layer communication module structure. These additive layer type communication modules support analog and digital I/O functions and LAN and CAN for wide use in industrial communication control and monitoring.

  • In the past, when the credit card was delivered to the customer, the postal agreement and receipt were signed by customer. The repossessed documents were sent back to the card company through the reorganization process. The card company checks the error by scanning and keeps it in the document storage room. This process is inefficient in cost and personnel due to delivery time, document print out, document sorting, image scanning, inspection work, and storage. Also, the risk of personal data spill is very high in the process of providing personal information. The proposed system is a service that receives a postal agreement and a receipt to a recipient when signing a credit card, signing the mobile image instead of paper, and automatically sending it to the card company server. We have designed a system that can protect the cost of paper documents, complicated work procedures, delivery times and personal information. In this study, we developed 'u-paperless' and secure credit card delivery system applying electronic document and security system.

  • As developed wireless internet and performance of wireless terminal, E-commerce of wire internet move to wireless internet. This I-commerce in wireless internet environment called M-Commerce, recognized user authentication and data security as very important technology such as E-commerce in environment of wire internet. So authentication technology such as WPKI and Hermes system and XML digital signature was studied. But WPKI is difficulty to implement system, if authentication system that consisted in WPKI environment was heterogeneous. And Hermes system is not interoperate to XML digital signature system. So, our paper suggested XML digital signature system based java card to interoperate among the digital signature system, to apply XML digital signature used in wire internet. Our system offer XML digital signature in wireless internet, can interoperate among the XML digital signature systems.

  • Clustering analysis is used in various fields including customer segmentation and clustering methods such as k-means are actively applied in the credit card customer segmentation. In this paper, we summarized the input features selection method of k-means clustering for the case of the credit card customer segmentation problem, and evaluated its feasibility through the analysis results. By using the label values of k-means clustering results as target features of a decision tree classification, we composed a method for prioritizing input features using the information gain of the branch. It is not easy to determine effectiveness with the clustering effectiveness index, but in the case of the CH index, cluster effectiveness is improved evidently in the method presented in this paper compared to the case of randomly determining priorities. The suggested method can be used for effectiveness of actively used clustering analysis including k-means method.

  • BOLERO project and TradeCard System are attracted public attention as new settlement method that is able to substitute for documentary letter of credit. BOLERO is the business processes and methods, together with the digital information system, which are provided by Bolero International for communicating Messages and Documents and facilitating business transactions. TradeCard aim to make international business-to-business e-Commerce easy, fast, inexpensive and secure while innovating current documentary compliance and financial settlement mechanisms.   • As mobile digital devices have come into more widespread use, the demand for mobile storage devices have been increasing rapidly and most of digital cameras and camcorders are using SD memory cards. The SD memory card are generally employing a form of copying data into a personal computer after storing user data based on flash memory. The current paper proposes the SD memory card of being capable of storing photograph and image data through network rather than using a method of storing data in flash memory. By delivering data and memory address values obtained through SD Slave IP to network server without sending them to flash memory, one can store data necessary to be stored in a computer's SD memory in real time in a safe and convenient way.
