  • Objectives: This study aimed to identify the level of digital oral health literacy among Korean adults in Gangwon-do. Methods: A survey was conducted through face-to-face interviews with adults aged 30-89 residing in Gangwon-do, South Korea. The independent variables were socio-demographic characteristics, including gender, age, education level, income, and occupation. The dependent variable was digital oral health literacy. The statistical analysis included Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis, all performed using the SPSS 27.0 software program. Results: The elderly and those with poor socioeconomic status (p<0.001) had lower average scores due to poor digital oral health literacy. The ease of searching for oral health information and the utilization of digital devices to search for information on oral health displayed a significant relationship (r=0.730, p<0.001). To develop the use of digital devices, simplifying the search for oral information (p<0.001) is essential. Conclusions: All socio-demographic characteristics, except gender, displayed a correlation with the level of digital oral health literacy. Both environmental and individual aspects of the respondents' living conditions must be considered to improve digital oral health literacy.

  • This study analyses recent development of digital contents industry. The purpose of this study is to show how the convergence phenomenon is occurring in the digital contents industry. Furthermore, this study examines the influence of digital convergence on the digital contents industry. The characteristics of the digital contents industry falls roughly into three features. To begin with, technical aspect of the industrial feature is that digitalized contents can be used in various digital devices, namely OSMU(One Source Multi Use). The second feature is related to protection of copyright against illegal file sharing and downloading. One final point is that platform for distribution channels has been universal by digital convergence. To sum up, the notable feature of digital contents industry is high value-added. Also, digital contents industry is composed of users, digital device, network, and universal contents. Users are the key component of digital contents industry, who is distinguished from consumers. Digital devices such as mobile phone, PDA can play all kinds of digital contents and make users communicate in two-ways. Portable devices also allow the users to consume digital contents at any place. Digital contents can be distributed by both wire and wireless networks. And most of transactions can be made through networks. There are three key issues about digital convergence. Entry barriers for market become lowered; the age of contents users is changed from old generation to young generation. And the form of contents devices is changing rapidly. Traditional contents field such as movie, music, broadcasting, publishing, animations are combined into one digital contents territory. As a result, this paper suggests that digital convergence phenomenon will be accelerating for the future. According to the result of this study, the advent of digital convergence and e-Commerce will have significant influence on trade of digital contents.

  • This study aimed to identify visuality changes in the $21^{st}century$ digital visual media art through the expension of digital frames based on visuality represented by Cartesian perspectivalism in the modern age. The visuality of perspective, camera obscura and panorama, which are called modern visual systems, was analyzed to illustrate each characteristic from a viewpoint of a seeing subject. These characteristics of the visual systems were restructured to meet the visuality of the digital era through the illustrations of Lacan's gaze. In addition, the characteristics of frames found in the $21^{st}century$ digital visual media art were identified, and they were categorized into and illustrated from physical, convergent and interactional viewpoints. The outcomes were classified into the $21^{st}century$ digital frame types, and new $21^{st}$century digital visual illustrations were suggested based on the results.

  • In recent years, electronic technologies are rapidly changing the library's approach to collection management. In digital age, collection is a hybrid, that is, a mix of analog materials and digital information resources. But electronic publications are both a blessing and a curse for libraries. And the rapid acceptance of electronic resources raises many misconceptions and myths about their capabilities. This paper analyzes the digital paradox of current collection management from six standpoints : production of digital informations : digital scholarly communication : digital access paradigm : acceptance of e-journal package web collection development : digital archiving. Nowadays the pragmatic view of library is a logical information gateway to its own services and those of other libraries and information providers. Libraries and librarians need a concept and strategies of the hybrid collection management that reflects digital reality.

  • Amid the Covid pandemic surge last year, customers and businesses started embracing digital transactions. Digital banking, as an answer to the cash-less-contact-less way of doing financial transactions, was highly convenient during the pandemic, especially in the Philippines. This position examines the Gen Y and Gen Z in the Philippine case and its willingness to encourage digitalization of the financial sector. This study aimed at evaluating the intention to use digital banking services using the factors (1) ease of use; (2) perceived usefulness; (3) perceived risk; (4) trust; (5) convenience. A total of 226 respondents were selected by random sampling method and linear regression was used to analyse the collected data. Analysis of the results show that the components (1) perceived ease of use; (2) perceived usefulness; (3) perceived risk; (4) trust; (5) convenience had a significant effect on intention to use digital banking while the demographics - gender, age, monthly income, and educational attainment do not have any significance on the intention to use digital banking. The relevance of the study can be used for marketing and financial strategies to increase the intention to use digital banking and to contribute to the enhancement of technology acceptance concerning digital banking.
