본 연구는 광주지역 특성화고의 안정적 지원 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 광주지역 일반현황 및 지원현황을 분석하고 지원계획을 검토하였다. 광주시교육청은 타교육청에 비해 지역특성 및 산업계 수요에 다른 특성화 고교 및 산학협력, 특성화고교 및 산학협력 관련 지원, 우수교원 확보 지원, 단위학교 특성화 및 산학협력 지원 등을 제시하고 있다. 반면에, 특성화 고등학교 특성화가 학교 전체보다는 학과단위에 머물러 있는 것이나 현장실습을 위한 산업체와 연계 강화, 직업교육 활성화를 위한 재정확보 노력 및 성과 등에 대해서는 지속적인 제고와 개선을 위한 노력이 요구되며 이를 보완하기위해 광주광역시 특성화고의 향후 지원방안 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

This research proposed management plan of internal lecturer who is in charge of job training of researchers working in administrative, researching and developing institutes or public institutions related to information security. The education and training department of the government or public institutions selects and manages lecturers in member of the staff. We applied to the management plan of internal lecturers who are in charge of information security job training by analyzing the way in which internal lecturers are operated by public organizations or corporations. We propose the management plan of internal lecturer according to the position, because the institute of information security is applying the researcher 's position(rank) system. By the proposed circulation management plan by the position, the internal lecturer position is determined according to the position of the employees to be trained and the internal lecturer is selected and operated only at the same position. The proposed management plan includes internal lecturer selection, responsibilities and duties, education, evaluation, and training support.

지도를 위한 최적의 투영법은 없으며, 지도의 사용목적이 무엇이냐에 따라 투영법을 결정한다. 따라서 과거 종이지도를 위한 투영방법의 결정이 오늘날의 수치지도에도 올바른 선택은 아닐 수도 있다. 지도의 도엽체계는 이 보다는 단순하지만 사용자들이 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 결정하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 수치지도와 일반지도의 도엽체계를 분석하여, 현재 우리나라 수치지도의 문제점을 개선하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서의 새로운 도엽체계는 수치지형도, 수치표고모형 및 수치주제도 등의 수치지형공간정보의 구축 및 활용 측면을 고려하여 제시하였다.

Our country is constructed the digital map in the first NGIS plan. Through digital map construction, it was had the potentiality that can more easily activate GIS. But these data included numerous problems from user's view. In the second NGIS plan, our government try to construct the framework data for the maximization of GIS utilization. This paper is showed a step of update that considered relationship between the national framework data themes, suggested the structure of maintenance activity for national framework data.

Many environmental destruction factors are accompanied in the mining development work and the secondary environmental disaster and the induction factors are inhered. We aquired digital data using aerial photogrammetry to analyze the terrain current situation according to the development situation of the mining restoration plan. We made the object area to 3D model and conducted terrian change monitoring. Then, we presented the decision-making information to improve rational management according to the original state plan.

최근 래스터 기반의 고품질, 고해상도 공간정보가 등장하면서 1/1,000 수치지도의 인지도와 활용도가 저하되고 있으며, 수정 및 갱신 주기가 불규칙하여 최신성 결여의 문제점을 안고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 3차원 공간정보와 1/1,000 수치지도의 연계성을 분석하고, 3차원 공간정보 성과품을 이용한 1/1,000 수치지도 수정 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구 성과를 통해 제시된 1/1,000 수치지도 수정 방안 중 3차원 객체모델을 이용하여 인천과 부산광역시의 일부지역을 시범구축하고 3차원 객체모델을 이용한 1/1,000 수치지도 수정 방안의 정성적, 정량적 분석을 통하여 수정 가능성을 제시하였다.

With the recent spread of digital content, more people have been watching the digital content of TV programs on their PCs or mobile devices, rather than on TVs. With the change in such media use pattern, genres(types) of broadcast programs change in the flow of the times and viewers' trends. The programs that were broadcast on TVs have been released in digital content, and thereby people watching such content change their perception. For this reason, it is necessary to newly and differently classify genres(types) of broadcast programs on the basis of digital content, from the conventional classification of program genres(types) in broadcasting companies or relevant industries. Therefore, this study suggests a plan for newly classifying broadcast programs through using machine learning with the log data of people watching the programs in online media and for applying the new classification. This study is academically meaningful in the point that it analyzes and classifies program types on the basis of digital content. In addition, it is meaningful in the point that it makes use of the program classification algorithm developed in relevant industries, and especially suggests the strategy and plan for applying it.

본 연구는 전문계 고등학교의 취업률 제고를 위한 특성을 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 수단으로 등장한 특성화 개념을 고찰하고 운영 실태를 분석하여 특성화 고등학교로의 전환에 필요한 개선점을 제시하고자 하였다. 전문계고 위기의 주된 원인 요인들은 매우 다양하며 이러한 요인들이 전문계 고등학교의 취업률제고에 부정적 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단된다. 또한 이들 요인들의 부정적 영향을 최소화하는 다양한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이들 전문계 고등학교의 문제점과 개선방안을 파악하여 정책적 방안을 제시하고자 탐색적 연구를 하였다.

본 연구에서는 장기적 관점에서 지적좌표 세계측지계 변환성과를 도해 및 수치지역의 지적공부에 단계적으로 적용·활용하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 현재 추진되고 있는 지적좌표의 세계측지계 변환성과는 변환 전후 면적의 차이가 불규칙적으로 발생하고 있는 사례가 있었다. 또한 지적불부합 지역의 변환 오차의 누적 및 지적기준점에 대한 세계측지계 성과취득 기간이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 연구에서는 이러한 문제의 해결을 위해, 2020년말까지 1차적으로 세계측지계 변환이 완료된 도면에 대해서는 연속지적도 등의 고도화를 통해 공간정보 및 관련 분야에 제공하는 방안을 제시하였다. 그리고 지적측량 목적으로 사용되는 도면은 도해지역과 수치지역의 특성에 부합하도록 장기적으로 수치형태로 지적공부에 적용하는 방향으로 개선방안을 제시하였다. 세계측지계 변환성과를 도해 및 수치지역을 구분해 적용 및 활용함으로써 보다 안정적인 지적공부의 반영이 기대된다.
