퍼지 PI제어기를 이용한 중속 디젤 기관의 속도제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Speed Control of Medium Diesel Engine using a Fuzzy-PI Controller)

  • The speed control system of diesel engine is considerably nonlinear. Therefore, a countermeasure such as gain scheduling used to be incorporated to compensate this nonlinearity. On the other hand, it is said that fuzzy control is very robust against nonlinearity. But it is difficult to get a satisfactory response with only fuzzy control in real system. In this paper authors design a fuzzy-PI controller for the speed control of Medium diesel engine and carry out experiments with dedicate system implemented by Intel 80916KC to real diesel engine, Deawoo MAN 6Cyl., 1800rpm driving 3$\psi$220V, 150KW generator. We confirm the effectiveness of proposed control system.

  • 본 논문에서는 영구자석형 동기전동기의 속도제어를 위한 전류제어 서보시스템을 설계하였다. PI(Proportional Integral) 제어기 파라메터의 자동동조(auto-tuning)를 위한 기존의 방법들에서는 출력응답이 지연되고 오버슈트 가 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기존의 문제점들을 해결함으로써 빠른 응답과 오버슈트를 제거할 수 있는 새로운 PI자동동조 방법을 속도 제어기에 적용한다. 영구자석형 동기전동기 서보시스템은 수많은 서보 모터들이 사용되고 있는 자동화 공장에서 보수 유지의 용이성과 가제어성으로 인해 많은 장점들을 제공한다. 구현된 서보시스템은 회전자의 절대 위치 검출회로, 자동동조 PI 제어 알고리즘, DSP(Digital Signal Processor)에 의한 속도제어기, 그리고 전력 구동부 등으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서 제안된 서보시스템의 실질적인 유용성은 실험을 통해 입증한다.

  • This paper proposes a new single-phase seven-level grid-connected inverter. Operational principle with switching function are analyzed. A digital proportional-integral current-control algorithm was implemented in a TMS320F28335 DSP to keep the current injected into the grid sinusoidal. To verify the performance of the proposed inverter, PSIM simulation and experimental results are also shown in this paper.

  • In recent years, the discrete-data and digital control systems have gained importance in all industies due in part to the advances made in microcomputers, as well as the advantages found in working with digital signals. So, the developments of the computer aided design packages to analysis, control law design and digital implementation of control systems are increasingly needed and those substantial technological improvements are now expected. In the paper, a real time control program package(RTCPP) for the implementation of digital control is developed by using C language. The digital controls for the feedfoward and feedback controllers such as PI(propotional and Integration) type, regulator and servo types can be implemented by an IBM PC compatible computer with some interface modules of A-D/D-A converter and RS-232C. The effectiveness of RTCPP is illustrated by the application controls for motor and magnetic levitation systems.

  • This paper presents a multi output converter system that controls, simultaneously and independently, the separate Buck converter and Boost converter with the different specification by one DSP digital controller. As two separate converters are regulated by only one DSP, it is possible to achieve the simple digital control circuit for regulating the multi output DC-DC converter. By setting the software switch state, PI or Fuzzy controller can be applied as a controller for each converter without any change of hardware. Also, PI and Fuzzy control characteristics of each DC-DC converter is validated by experimental results.

  • This paper presents a servo control scheme for the surface-mounted permanent-magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM) which essentially uses vector control algorithm. The control system is composed of the PI controller for speed control and the current controller using space voltage vector PWM technique. The high-speed calculation and processing for vector control is carried out by TMS320C31 digital signal processor and IGBT module. The proposed scheme is verified through digital simulations and experiments for 2.2kW SPMSM and shows good dynamic performance.

  • In this paper, the boost converter was implemented by digital control in many applications of the step-up. The PWM(pulse width modulation) control module of boost converter was digitized at power converter using the FPGA device and VHDL. The boost converter was designed to output a fixed voltage through the PI control algorithm of the PWM control module even if input voltage and output load are variable. The boost converter was digitized can be simplified by reducing the size of the module and the external control components. Thus, the digital power IC has advantageous for weight reduction and miniaturization of electronic products because it can be controlled remotely by setting the desired output voltage and PWM control module. The boost converter using the digital power IC was confirmed through experiments and the good performances were showed from experiment results.

  • Digital signage is becoming part of daily life across a wide range of visual advertisements segments market used in stations, hotels, retail stores, hotels, etc. The current digital signage system used in market is generally works on limited user interactivity with static contents. In this paper, a new approach is proposed using computer vision based dynamic audience adaptive cost-effective digital signage system. The proposed design uses the Camera attached Raspberry Pi Open source platform to employ the real-time audience interaction using computer vision algorithms to extract facial features of the audience. The real-time facial features are extracted using Haar Cascade algorithm which are used for audience gender specific rendering of dynamic digital signage content. The audience facial characterization using Haar Cascade is evaluated on the FERET database with 95% accuracy for gender classification. The proposed system, developed and evaluated with male and female audiences in real-life environments camera embedded raspberry pi with good level of accuracy.

  • 벡터제어기법은 유도전동기의 고성능 운전을 위해 널리 사용되고 있다. 벡터제어기법을 사용해 전동기의 속도제어를 행할 정우 전동기의 속도나 전류를 제어하기 위해 주로 PI제어기가 사용되고 있다. 이 경우 유도전동기의 동 특성은 PI제어기의 이득과 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있으며 유도전동기의 고성능제어를 위해서는 PI제어기의 이득을 최적화 시킬 필요가 있다. 그러나 PI제어기의 이득을 최적화 시키기 위해서는 전동기제이 시스템의 등가모델을 정확히 알아야 하기 때문에 변동 부하조건하에서 일관성 있는 최적 이득값을 얻기란 대단히 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 PI제어기의 단점을 보완하기 위해 과도상태만을 제어하기 위한 간략화된 퍼지제어기와 정상상태 제어를 위한 기존의 PI제어기를 병렬로 구성한 하이브리드 제어기를 제안하고 이를 실제 유도전동기의 벡터제어에 적용하여 알고리즘의 타당성을 검증하였다.

An Improved Stationary Frame-based Digital Current Control Scheme for a PM Synchronous Motor

  • An improved stationary frame-based digital current control technique for a permanent magnet (PM) synchronous motor is presented. Generally, the stationary frame current controller is known to provide the advantage of a simple implementation. However, there are some unavoidable limitations such as a steady-state error and a phase delay in the steady-state. On the other hand, in the synchronous frame current regulator, the regulated currents are dc quantities and a zero steady-state error can be obtained through the integral control. However, the need to transform the signals between the stationary and synchronous frames makes the implementation of a synchronous frame regulator complex. Although the PI controller in the stationary frame gives a steady-state error and a phase delay, the control performance can be greatly improved by employing the exact decoupling control inputs for the back EMF, resulting in an ideal steady-state control characteristics irrespective of an operating condition as in the synchronous PI decoupling controller. However, its steady-state response may be degraded due to the inexact cancellation inputs under the parameter variations. To improve the control performance in the stationary frame, the disturbance is estimated using the time delay control. The proposed scheme is implemented on a PM synchronous motor using DSP TMS320C31 and the effectiveness is verified through the comparative simulations and experiments.
