Conventional film radiographic test has been generally and widely used in the inspection on the weldment for quality assurance. On the other hand, since the analog RT is well known for typical time and cost consuming method with complex process of inspection, the industry has researched various ways how to improve radiographic test technology. In this study, we verified the fact that digital RT provides a lot more benefit in effectively detecting defects, ever film details, through digital processing of image enhancement, compared to film RT. As a result, we reached conclusion that digital RT is positively able to replace the film RT in industry in part or in whole.

시대가 발전함에 따라 무선통신 기술인 사물인터넷이 점차 성장하고 있으며 모바일 중심으로 IT환경이 재편됨에 따라 전자상거래의 결제방식 또한 변화하고 있다. IT시대에 맞춰 개인의 실시간 위치정보를 기반으로 홍보할 수 있는 지능적 마케팅 수단으로 하이브리드 비콘을 활용하여 고객이 매장근처를 지나치거나 방문할 때, 프로모션 및 쿠폰 정보를 전송하여 실시간 마케팅이 가능하게 한다. 하이브리드 비콘은 고주파의 특성상 매장 안팎의 고객 위치를 정교하게 구분 및 제공할 수 있으며, 블루투스의 연결이 끊기더라도 일정시간 동안 마케팅 서비스를 제공하는 강점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 하이브리드 비콘의 고주파와 저전력에 대한 강점을 활용하여 오프라인 매장에서의 고객에게 프로모션 정보나 모바일 적립 서비스를 제공함으로서 오프라인 시장의 마케팅 및 O2O시장 성장을 목표로 한다.

The purpose of this study has developed a teaching and learning informatization indicator that provides the basis for utilizing or disseminating the beneficial teaching and learning informatization environment promoted by each university. The research method analyzes various informatization indicators developed by KERIS from 2002 to 2015 and recent environment such as Edutech, future education report, teaching and learning field report, and reflects them in indicator development. The development of the third indicator was completed by dividing it into Input, Process, Output stages by reflecting expert opinions in the first and second indicators. As a result, the core words of the university's teaching-learning informatization infrastructure building, sharing of educational resources, open development and sharing, joint purchase of resources, information safety system and literacy education, current status grasping, and resource utilization were derived. In the future, I will fill out the questionnaire to supplement the question through a pilot test and to grasp the current status of teaching and learning informatization in the entire university.

The purpose of this study is to explore what elements and measures are necessary to grasp the content influence and competitiveness of each OTT platform, which is difficult to measure only with the existing TV broadcast ratings indicator, on the same basis. In this study, based on the RACOI, the daily Top 10 list provided by Netflix was scored to determine the correlation with the viewers' reaction to TV dramas, and a meaningful comparison criterion index was derived. Based on this, the study tried to analyze the share of content provided by the top 3 OTT platforms in Korea. Spearman's correlation analysis was performed for each indicator of RACOI and the Netflix popularity score. It was confirmed that the Netflix popularity score was correlated with the digital video views indicator of RACOI. As a result of analyzing the platforms, it was found that the popularity of the content provided by Netflix and Tving was relatively high. This study did not secure the company's sales data, and there is a limitation in that long-term tracking analysis could not be performed. However, the study extracted the viewer response indicators of TV that are correlated with popularity within Netflix. It is valuable as a basic study of an extended study that compares and confirms the long-term impact of content provided by each OTT platform in the future.

The purpose of this study is to develop service quality measurement model(DL-SQI model) which are able to measure objectively service quality of digital libraries in Korea and to measure user perceived service quality performance with DL-SQI model. This study also investigates the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Before measurement, two principal rules and indicator formula were made to measure the service quality. Finally service quality of three digital libraries selected as samples was measured and analyzed in various points of view. It was developed a DL-SQI Consequences Model and testified it through path analysis using structural equation model.

Estimation of power system frequency is an important task because frequency deviation is a good indicator of the system abnormal operating conditions. The algorithms, curve fitting, technique using Taylor series, deviation of phasor angle of fundamental waveform using DFT (Discrete Fourier Transform) and Prony method, are tested under operation of the frequency relaying by using EMTP MODELS. The performance of methods is compared with the simulation results.

The purpose of this report is recommending a standard indicator which reflects the radiation exposure that is incident on a detector after every exposure event and that reflects the noise levels present in the image data. The experiment was performed with mobile digital X-ray unit and used a acrylic phantom for exposure index measurement. Exposure modality was kVp, mAs, SID. After every exposure, make a data sheet for characteristic curve of detector response. The equipment performed Mobile digital X-ray unit provide the user with values ralated to the incident exposure(air kerma)to the digital detector. They are showed as a logarithmic function shaped. As a result, DEI means a relative measure of exposure to the detector, as compared to the expected exposure for a particular anatomical view. Radiographic technique is the combination of factors used to exposure an anatomical part to produce a high quality radiography and technique charts used most commonly by radiographers to produce consistently exposure level which patient dose can be kept acceptably low.

Changed the business environment, private sector focuses on the performance management, so to manage the performance he uses BSC that overcomes the limitation of financial indicators. Also, it is getting emphasized to evaluate the performance about services that the public sector provides and obliged for the public sector to be responsible for managing and improving its performance as the private sector has been doing. But lacks of knowledge and experience on performance management and evaluation are blocking the public sector from introducing and implementing new performance management systems. To solve those problems, this study has derived general guidelines and KPIs that public sector should keep in mind when BSC is introduced new management system. This study focused on the public hospital which is the performance management and evaluation system of Government administration.

Organizations can experience serious financial and/or reputational losses if business activities are disrupted by an incident of information systems under the current business environment. The loss includes the intangible decline in brand image, customer separation, and the tangible loss such as decrease in business profits. Thus, it is necessary to take proactive initiatives by managing many kinds of risks an organization may have. Therefore, the enterprise risk management has been received a special attention by some advanced private companies, but not many public organizations. This paper describes an approach and some issues when the enterprise risk management was introduced in a domestic public organization.

There have been a lot of researches about KM(knowledge management) in domestic and foreign countries since 1990. Especially, there have been a lot of researches about enabler of KM, knowledge asset etc. but these are insufficient researches about performance measure of knowledge management considering maturity of KM. In addition, performance measure and maturity considering enabler to manage successful knowledge as well as knowledge asset which can be the following result are not the sufficient situation. Therefore, this study makes developmental levels of the inside and outside of the corporate by observing previous studies about the maturity of knowledge management and classifies enabler of knowledge management and measure item about knowledge asset by level, considering the features of each developmental level. And it is designed to propose maturity measure methods considering maturity level of actual knowledge management item by drawing indicator to measure classified items.
