Recently, interest and demand for facial information processing technology that can provide non-face-to-face identity authentication and access management service using smart devices, which is an essential environmental improvement for multi-use facilities, is increasing as a way to prevent the spread of infectious diseases worldwide and to cope with social measures. This study defines a multi-use facility classification system and applied service field to establish a continuous access control system, and measures to improve the usability of the service platform considering scalability through a dual access control system and personal/measurement information type analysis, and accordingly We would like to propose a service roadmap. In addition, it aims to improve the physical access management system service platform, which is a multi-use facility application service that requires one-time and multiple-use authentication according to usage. It is expected that the methodology of this study can be applied as a service platform of a logical access control system type in the future.

According to Mead's (1934) symbolic interaction theory, social roles are learned through interaction and experiences in everyday life. Over time, these rules of behavior become internalized and serve to structure one's actions accordingly. Ultimately, these rules provide us with a powerful means of controlling our actions, and in time, they define our identity. Transforming the socialization process is one's conscious interpretation of stimuli through the use of symbols. Furthermore, society's perceptual processes can be shaped by the symbols we learn. The meaning of symbols can be learned from a variety of social influences, one of which may be mediated messages and advertising. This paper attempts to establish a link between media exposure and one's perception of social reality regarding character judgments made of unknown others based on the target's product or brand usage. Using magazine advertisements for fictitious products, the experiment herein seeks to establish two fundamental goals: 1) to determine if perceptions can be manipulated via association with companion symbolic elements: and 2) to detect whether television exposure is a moderating factor. Respondents were asked their perceptions of both product quality and of product users.

Agricultural extension services in Korea are faced with increasing demands for more efficient production and managerial technology according to globalization and free trade system. At the same time, three steps of organizational restructuring in 1998 and 1999 resulted in decreased number of organization and manpower, thus, resulting confusion in implementing extension services. To cope with the international and national challenges, Korean agricultural extension services should try paradigm shift including the followings; 1. To establish identity of agricultural extension services in Korea through making laws and regulations in terms of concept, roles, principles. implementation and methods. 2. To implement vitalizations plan through enhancement of national extension service such as food production. raising local specialty products for domestic consumption and producing strategic agricultural products for export. expanding capability of rural women, increasing opportunity for management consultation, supporting digital technology information, and promoting morale and capability of extension educators. 3. To reform agricultural extension system through adjusting the functions of extension service of the Rural Development Administration, regionalizing city and county extension center to provincial level, and changing the status of directors of extension centers from city /county to national government.

Summary. With the advent of the internet and the concept of social network service, people of present days are flooded daily with new varieties of the communication channel. One of the most affected group of people may be singing artists. This over-growing number of communication channels pushes singers to put just as many efforts to establish and groom his or her unique identity as an artist. In old 'pre-internet' days, any singing artist's superficial features, like the tone of voice or stage presentation, were the only transcriptive criteria upon which the artist was adjudicated. New developments in technology, however, have set a new paradigm for singing artists of the present day. Respective criteria of today extend beyond the realm of music and comprise musicianship, requiring much scrupulous attention on the various area to propagate and protect one's unique identity as an artist. In light of this phenomenon, this study looks into Mr. Lee, Seung Hwan whom may undoubtedly be one of the most representative ballad singers of 90's. We can probably see his music in 5 features such as Rock Sound based on using various instruments, World Music Sound, Massive Choir, Challenge for the New Style, Lyrics of Life. As a singer-songwriter, he colored numerous albums and influenced the era, unlike many others. He still works vigorously, worthy of his epithet, a 'present-progressive' artist. The object of this study is how Mr. Lee has been proactively dealing with the phenomenon above.

There is a general consensus that Baekjeing means Butcher after the Joseon Dynasty. In the Goryeo Dynasty, the title of "Baekjeong" was named as a general farmer's name, "Hwacheok" and "Jaecheok" from the north, but it changed its name to Shin Baekjeong by nationalization policy in the early Joseon Dynasty. They were multicultural Ancestors who worked for jobs which people despised. The purpose of this study is to examine the background and trends of how these were stripped of their identity and to present a direction for deciding on the policy of multiculturalism which is the subject of our society today. Based on the researches of historical researchers, the study examines the multicultural dynamics of old period and observes the present phenomenon by interpreting the statistics of the related institutions of the government. We realized that the reason for the liberation of the Baekjeong has a various causes and its causes are similar to the phenomenon of today 's multicultural society, so that the depth research on each factor will be added to form a desirable policy base for multiculturalism in our country.

The problem of social adaptation of North Korean defectors is becoming increasingly important, as its core significance shifted from welfare to the preparatory stage of United Korea. Hence, this research tries to comprehend the 'factors that enhance their social adaptation'. For this end, by theoretically considering, support resources centered around economic goals did indeed increase the employment rate, but the 'premature social adaptation' did not help them form their own social identity. This led the employment to become another form of social failure and difficulty in social adaptation. Furthermore, by going through interview, the importance of 'social dependence' is emphasized and it was shown that it was 'relationship' that affects both social adaptation and difficulty in social adaptation. Accordingly, this research suggests that it is vital to make a communicative environment in which South and North Korean citizens can freely communicate. This will not only lead to enhancement of social adaptation to South Korean society, unsolvable by economic independence, but it will also lead to more effective 'economic support' policies.

In this paper, we present an NFT auction service for the next generation, named NextAuction, which can reliably trade ownership of individual content using DID technology. Recently, as the types and sizes of tradable digital assets have expanded, the number of NFT transactions has also increased, and a significant number of marketplaces are being operated. But, the current user authentication methods of NFT marketplaces are done only through the associated blockchain wallets. It is desirable that ownership transfer through NFT transactions be transparently managed based on a more reliable identity authentication service. NextAuction increases the reliability of auction service participants by transparently and consistently providing identity authentication for users of auction services based on the DID technique using the Klaytn blockchain. In addition, in preparation for server failure that may occur during the auction of individual content, it provides users with a robust auction service using the BR2K technique that continuously provides consistent service through the replication of a target service. The NextAuction service is developed by extending BCON, a blockchain-based content management service.

Movement of Province Government Office of Chungcheongnam-do is pursued to balance regional development of South Chungcheong Province. The Head Office was built in Naepo area(Hongsung & Yeasan) which is located in the center of Chungnam geographically to promote balanced regional development. Stage two goals for 2015 of city construction is staying at the level of 20 %. The cause is very complicated, but it can be explained by central government agencies in the establishment of the Sejong City and relocation of the central government policy support. This study is looking for new strategies to get competitive power and Regional Festival which leads the mood and industry in the new city, Naepo.

The purpose of this paper is to explore and analyze design of USATODAY.COM aimed at being helpful for Chinese online news industry to search for the way forward. USATODAY.COM which converges print and online newsrooms is regarded as a pioneer in the online communication media. It engages interaction with users and their demand, and provides the best level of website and service design. This paper conducted through both theoretical works and design analyses by randomly visiting USATODAY.COM from May 23 to June 5, 2016. USATODAY.COM maintains consistent and high quality of a visual identity system on its homepage, and it is strongly linked to that of USA TODAY. Also, USATODAY.COM provides unique content provision methods, interactive features, advertisement and payment functions through service design considering the user experiences and needs. Based on its results, it is expected to contribute to Chinese online newspaper market which has an astonishing chance to grow.

This study explored the influencing factors on the depression of immigrant school-adolescents. It made use of family factors, school factors, and multi-cultural factors to verify the influencing variables of depression in school grade. Data were drawn from the National Survey of Multi-cultural families 2015 and analyzed t-test and chi square test and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS Win 21.0. First, school violence experience was the most important factor on the affecting depression in elementary school students. Multi-cultural family identity was the main cause of depression in middle school students, and school study difficulty in high school students. Second, major variables on the affecting depression in all groups were identified as social discrimination experience. These results implied the differentiated support by ages was asked for the stable settlement of adolescents. Experience of social discrimination was a common factor raising the level of depression in all groups. Therefore, we should be done active intervention in school environment.
