Background: The globalization of the healthcare industry and the increasing demand for skilled professionals in the global healthcare industry have opened up opportunities for specialized biotech healthcare professionals to seek overseas employment and career advancement. Objects: This study aimed to develop educational content essential for the overseas employment of digital bio-health professionals. Methods: A survey was conducted among 196 participants. Google Forms (Google) were utilized to create and administer the survey, employing purposive sampling, a non-probability sampling method. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS 25.0 (IBM Co.), including Cronbach's α and independent sample t-tests to assess significant differences. Results: About half of college students are interested in overseas employment and international careers, while the other half had not. The most common reason for wanting to work or go overseas was "foreign experience will be useful for future activities in Korea." Students who had experience taking courses from the Bio-health Convergence Open Sharing University preferred overseas programs more than those who did not have that experience. In terms of the degree of desire for overseas education courses provided by universities, contents related to human health were the highest, followed by bio-health big data. Conclusion: Many students wanted to work and go overseas if there is sufficient support from the university. The findings in this study suggest that universities are necessary to play an important role in supporting students' aspirations to work or go overseas by providing language education, education and training programs, information on overseas jobs, and mentoring programs.

본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 건강행위 어려움을 이해하고 그 경험의 의미를 기술하고자 시도되었다. 2010년 4월부터 5월까지 심층면담과 관찰법을 사용하여 결혼이주여성의 건강행위 어려움을 수집하고 Colazzi가 제안한 현상학적 연구방법에 따라 연구결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결혼이주여성의 건강행위 어려움의 중심현상은 "건강정보가 부족함", "문화적 차이로 갈등을 겪음", "의료기관 이용이 부담스러움", "결국은 혼자라고 느낌"으로 도출되었다.

본 연구에서는 스마트폰 사용자의 태도를 중심으로, 스마트폰 사용, 정신 건강 및 신체건강 간의 관계를 알아보고, 스마트폰 사용감소 의도와의 관계도 부수적으로 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 관련된 변인들로 구성된 질문지를 대학생들에게 실시하였다. 수집된 129명의 자료를 분석한 결과, 스마트폰 중독점수와 시각, 청각, 두통, 소화 관련 증상들, 우울 및 불안과 각각 정적 상관이 유의하였고, 스마트폰 사용감소의도는 시각, 두통, 소화 증상과 각각 정적 상관이 유의하였다. 시각, 두통, 소화 관련 증상을 느낄수록 스마트폰 사용을 줄일 의도가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 스마트폰 사용자들은 스마트폰의 이점은 최대화하되, 그 부작용은 최소화하는 적응적 사용을 위해 스마트폰 사용과 건강 간의 관계에 대한 이해를 높여야 할 것이다. 끝으로 본 연구의 시사점 및 제한점이 논의되었다.

u-Health는 최근 기술이며 의료 진단과 건강관리를 위한 새로운 방법론이다. 그러나 이를 실현하려면 몇 가지 기술적 장벽들(이동성, 소형화, 배터리 수명 문제 등)을 넘어서야 한다. 본 논문에서는 u-Health 서비스에 적합한 스마트폰용 스펙트럼 측정 시스템을 개발하였다. 실험 결과 기존 솔루션에 비해 무선이면서 크기가 매우 작지만 성능 면(재현성 비교실험에서 Spectrum, Calibration Curve, Prediction)에서 거의 일치한다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 개발된 솔루션은 u-Health 분야에서 널리 활용되어질 것으로 기대된다.

With increasing social interest in health and health promotion, the government and many organizations are conducting various health campaigns for the public. The public health campaign is aimed at protecting the people from the dangers of disease and contributing to a healthy life and also help establishing a healthy attitude and changing behavior as well. In addition, many researches have been carried out in order to enhance the advertising effect of campaigns aimed at forming preventive attitudes and to verify it by applying many theories. However, as a result, there is a significant lack of research regarding analysis of differences in the effectiveness of the campaign by media. This study is to analyze the effect of health campaign by the type of media which published health campaign advertisements that can affect prevention attitude. To meet the purpose of this study, The 15 print media were to examine the impact of media characteristics and types on participation in campaigns for health campaigns. Through this, we will present the role of the media as an efficient channel to encourage the formation and participation of the health attitude of campaign advertisements, and present significant implications in the selection of optimal media and the execution of campaign budgets.

디지털 헬스케어는 첨단 정보통신기술과 의료기술·비의료기술의 융합으로 질병치료에서 예방관리로 의료서비스의 패러다임 변화에 따라 지역을 기반으로 예방 및 모니터링 기반 건강관리의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 4P(Predictive, Preventive, Personalized, Participatory)는 예측적, 예방적, 개인적, 참여적 헬스케어 서비스로 말할 수 있다. 기존의 노인장기요양 급여의 복지용구 품목 중심의 제한적 산업에서 벗어나 최신 기술을 활용한 AI·IoT·빅데이터 등 4차 산업혁명 기술과 접목을 통한 새로운 서비스를 제공할 필요성이 여러 분야에서 대두되고 있으며 돌봄 로봇, 웨어러블 등 신기술 개발 뿐 아니라 실증을 통한 상용화가 필요한 상황이다. 향후 빅데이터·인공지능 등 미래 신기술과 연계하여 다양한 서비스 창출이 가능하다.

This study examined the awareness of the middle aged about the digital home system and well-being apartment design elements in order to suggest the design guidelines for planning of the elderly housing environment. By literature review, the concept and characteristics of the digital home system and well-being Apartment design elements were summarized the degree of satisfaction and preference of middle aged for these characteristics were investigated and analyzed. For this study, a questionnaire survey of 156 housewives living in apartment complex of Busan was carried out. The results of this study are as follows: The middle aged were generally short of recognition for digital skill and service, and also they showed positive evaluations to a few useful items of digital home system. These items belong under safety security system and interior environment control system and provided for convenient & comfortable life. Accordingly, satisfied digital home system can apply basic design element for housing for elderly. Whereas, the middle-aged were not satisfied with housework help system and cultural life system because items of these systems were not various and complicate to us. So, for the improvement of not satisfied digital home system, we needed development of digital contents and marketing & management for high accessibility and easy useability. The middle aged will concern about health & environment friendly continuously and become to stay long in their housing as the characteristics of elderly. So, It is necessary to be considered well-being apartment design elements of health & environment friendly very actively and lastingly in elderly housing environment design. Also, the awareness of middle aged for digital home system and well-being apartment design elements varied according to the background characteristics. This suggests housing environment for elderly life is considered differently as various background characteristics of middle aged.

In recent years, technological developments have rapidly increased the number of complex structures and equipment in the industrial. Accordingly, the prognostics and health monitoring (PHM) technology has become significant. The safety assessment of industrial sites requires data obtained by installing a number of sensors in the structure. Therefore, digital twin technology, which forms the core of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is attracting attention in the safety field. The research on digital twin technology of structures subjected to seismic loads has been conducted recently. Hence, this study proposes a digital twin system that estimates the responses and arbitrary load in real time by utilizing the minimum sensor to a pipe that receives a seismic and arbitrary load. To construct the digital twin system, a finite-element model was created considering the dynamic characteristics of the pipe system, and then updating the finite-element model. In addition, the calculation speed was improved using a finite-element model that applied the reduced-order modeling (ROM) technology to achieve real-time performance. The constructed digital twin system successfully and rapidly estimated the load and the point where the sensor was not attached. The accuracy of the constructed digital twin system was verified by comparing the response of the digital twin model with that derived by using the load estimated from the digital twin model as input in the finite-element model.

유방 검사에서 Tomosynthesis는 Mammogram과 비교하여 유방 병변 구별에 우수하고 확연한 대조도 차이를 보이며 추가적인 유방촬영 검사나 재촬영을 감소시킴으로서 장기적으로 환자의 피폭선량이 감소하는 효과를 보이므로 유방 병변 진단의 효과를 높일 수 있는 유용한 검사이다.

최근 국내에서는 원거리에 있는 응급환자에 대한 원격의료서비스를 제공하기 위한 이동형 응급 의료 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 응급구조 차에 탑재 할 수 있는 이동형 디지털 X선 촬영 장치를 구축하고 시스템으로부터 획득한 영상에 대하여 영상 성능평가의 주요인자인 MTF (modulation transfer function), NPS (noise power spectrum) 및 DQE (detective quantum efficiency)를 정량화함으로써 응급상황 시 임상적으로 효용성 있는 영상의 획득 가능성을 평가하는 것이었다. 이동형 X선 장치(Mobix-1000; LISTEM, Wonju, Korea)와 디지털 X선 detector 시스템 (Alpha-R4000; Teleoptic PRA, Kyiv, Ukraine)으로 구축된 영상시스템에 대하여 성능평가를 수행하였다. 측정결과로 10% MTF는 2.4 cycles/mm를 나타내었고, DQE (0)는 조건선량 0.19, 0.5 그리고 1.3 mR에 따라 각각 54%, 55%, 그리고 76%로 측정되었다. 본 연구에서 획득한 영상평가 결과는 연구 중인 이동형 디지털 X선 촬영 장치의 응급 원격 의료에의 사용가치를 확인 할 수 있는 기초자료로서 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
