The merits of Smartphone are portability, convenience and especially a lot of information can be stored in the device. Especially in Smartphone, users can install programs that cannot install to normal cell phone and users can use many different services through these Smartphone programs. Also Smartphone can connect to Internet through network, so it can access information anytime, anywhere easily. Security of personal information and variety of information which stored in Smartphone are in risk. In Chapter 2 of thesis, it will discuss the definition and features of the Smartphone and market trends. In Chapter 3 of thesis, it will discuss security vulnerabilities of Smartphone and it will analyze and research security vulnerabilities of Smartphone in Chapter 4. In conclusion, it will check users' identification twice in useful application especially application that relate to finance and mobile payment. By checking users' identification several times, it will help to defend from security threats. Users can use Smartphone safely and convenience by know how to prevent from mobile hacking for personal and private information. the quality of APIs matching by the clustering and hierarchical relationships mechanism.

창조경제 활성화정책의 일환으로 기술창업 부분의 지원 정책이 확대되고 있다. 국내의 기술창업이 2000년초에 활성화되었다가 급속히 위축된 이유로는 기술개발, 창업, 금융, 경영 지원 등의 각 분야의 협력이 부족하였던 점이 지적되고 있다. 미국 실리콘 밸리의 경우는 오랜 기간에 걸쳐서 이러한 점을 지원하는 각종 조직과 사회적 분위기가 형성되었다. 국내는 산업화와 정보화를 정부의 주도로 단기간에 이룩한 바와 같이 창조경제도 정부의 주도로 급속히 활성화되고 있는 데, 이를 지원하기 적당한 도구가 버추얼 클러스터형 다이내믹 협업 플랫폼이다. 본 연구에서는 이 플랫폼의 필요성과 효용성을 설명하고 이를 활용하여 창조경제를 활성화하는 정책을 제안하였다.

정보화는 지금의 급 변화 하는 경영환경 속에서는 기업이 꼭 갖추어야 할 요소로 자리 잡았다. 인천의 중소기업은 경제규모나 고용증대 면에서 많은 역할을 하고 있다. 하지만 규모와 자본의 영세함으로 정보화 이루지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 인천소재 중소기업을 대상으로 정보화에 대한 전반적인 현황을 파악하였고 정보화 방안을 분석하였다. 현재 인천 소재의 중소기업들의 정보하는 도입기와 성장기 사이에 도달해 있는 것으로 파악 되며, 중소기업 간에도 규모가 큰 중소기업이 정보화에 대한 노력과 성과가 규모가 작은 기업보다 더 많이 나타나고 있었다. 또 중소기업 입장에서 정부나 자치단체에게 건의사항을 파악하였다.

최근 경제위기가 세계경제의 불안정을 가져왔다. 각 국가는 경기안정을 위해 재정준칙을 도입하거나 강화하고 있다. 국가재정정책은 현재와 미래의 경제상황을 결정하는 중요한 역할을 한다. 기존 회계규칙을 엄격히 제한한 재정준칙은 재정적자를 극복하고 재정안정화 범위를 확대하여 재정구조를 위한 재정정책으로 사용할 수 있다. 그러나 재정준칙은 자신의 재정상황, 정치적 상황에 따라 다양한 형태와 방법으로 운영되고 있다. 본 연구는 성공적인 국가재정시스템 및 지속적인 재정건전성과 발전에 대한 주요 요소를 제시하였다.

스마트TV는 컴퓨팅 능력, 방송 및 인터넷 서비스가 가능한 상호작용을 높인 텔레비전이다. 사용성은 스마트TV의 평가요소로 그 중요성이 있다. 사용성 관점에서 스마트TV를 평가하기 위해서는 사용성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 중심으로 한 측정 모델의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 스마트TV의 사용성 측정을 위한 AHP(계층적분석과정) 모델과 측정 데이터를 획득하는 방법을 제안한다. 선행연구로부터 사용성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출한 후 사용성 점수를 계산하는 수치적 예제를 보인다.

In recent years, the change of urban function and the decrease in birth rate have given rise to merge, abolition and relocation of the existing schools. This study explores the possibilities for various land utilizations of disused school sites, aims to propose the effective asset management and the proper development methodology. Firstly it examines the status of small class school in urban area and the linkage complex development method. Among various methods, it compares the validity between the closed school management and public asset management method. In addition, it analyses the national finance method and public-private partnership investment as a proper development methodology to ensure both the common-benefit and profitable business. As a result of study, it prposes the BTO(build-transfer-operate) method to use effectively the disused school sites in urban area.

한국은 빠르게 고령사회로 변화하고 있으므로 노인들의 주거안정문제에 대비가 시급한 상황이다. 이렇게 고령화에 따른 문제의 해결을 위해서 한국정부는 공공실버주택의 공급을 추진하고 있다. 공공실버주택의 공급이 성공적으로 정착하기 위해서는 적절한 입지선정과 재무적 타당성 분석이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 지리적 정보와 인구통계정보, 사회복지비용에 대한 정보를 활용한 통합데이터베이스 구축의 필요성을 제기하였다. 또한 이들 정보를 활용하여 최적입지 및 타당성분석을 실행할 수 있는 시스템의 개념을 제시하였다.

If we look closely to the power shift of the powerful countries historically. during the 16th century Spain's power came from gold, colony trade, the mercenary force, close relation with the thrown, 17th century Netherlands owes their power to trade, capital market, the marines, 18th century France owes it to population, agriculture, public administration, and the army. Also, England had their industry, political unity, finance and trust, the marines, liberalistic principles, a geographical merit of being an island which can be defended well and the 20th century America has their cosmopolitan culture, supernational communication, the capacity of the economy, science technology, military strength, alliances, liberalism international formation. But in the 21st century culture and art will prevail over the information age where technology and knowledge was the key, and it is predicted that this will be the source of power for a strong country. Rolfe Yesson, the head of The Copenhagen Research Center for future studies said, "Information age has ended and in the future Dream Society will arrive which focuses on making distinctions by delivering dreams and emotions to consumers". As cyberspace gradually substitutes reality, cyberspace has become more than an information search engine and has become a place where people fulfill their desires and exchange culture. And as a medium for diffusing culture, the importance of the digital dress-up avatar is predicted to increase gradually.gradually.

The purpose of this study is to develop the measuring instruments for evaluation criteria for Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award(MBNQA), suitable for ICT Industries, and to analyze the cause-effect relationship between those criteria through aforementioned instruments. MBNQA is formed with seven categories: Leadership, Strategic planning, Focus on patients, other customers and markets, Measurement, analysis and knowledge management, Human resource focus, Process management and Results. As excluding the Human Resource Focus category, this study empirically examined the cause-effect relationship among six categories. In order to empirically examine the research model, this study calculated Cronbach's alpha and reliability index, thus examined the reliability and executed Exploratory Factor Analysis. Furthermore, Average Variance Extracted(AVE) is used to verify the discriminant validity. Lastly, the hypothesis testing was made complete through significance test on the paths between variables. The result of this study shows that both leadership and social responsibility have direct cause-effect relationship with Measurement, analysis and knowledge management, Human resource focus, Process management and also that this relationship has direct impact on Human resource focus, Measurement, analysis and knowledge management as well, consequently exerting influence on the result through Process management, Finance and Market data.

생활의 모든 것들이 데이터화 되어가고 있는 세상에서 데이터의 양은 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 데이터는 수집 및 분석을 통하여 새로운 데이터로 가공되어진다. 새로운 데이터는 병원, 금융, 기업 등 여러 분야에서 다양한 용도로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 데이터에는 개인들의 민감한 정보가 포함되어 있기 때문에 수집 및 분석과정에서 개인의 프라이버시 노출 우려가 있다. 해결 방안으로 프라이버시 보존형 데이터 마이닝(PPDM)기술이 있다. PPDM은 프라이버시를 보존하면서 동시에 데이터로부터 유용한 정보를 추출하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 PPDM을 조사하고 데이터의 프라이버시와 유틸리티를 평가하기 위한 다양한 측정방법을 분석한다.
