  • In this paper, we designed a frequency synthesizer with a low phase noise and fast lock time and excellent spurious characteristics using the offset-PLL(Phase Locked Loop) that is used in GSM(Global System for Mobile communications). The proposed frequency synthesizer has low phase noise using three times down conversion and third offset frequency of this synthesizer is created by DDS(Direct Digital Synthesizer) to have high frequency resolution. Also, this synthesizer has fast switching speed using DAC(Digital to Analog Converter). but phase noise degraded due to DAC. we improved performance using the DAC noise filter.

  • Recently, the industry actively adopts the cutting-edge technologies of the fourth industrial revolution and uses them to enhance the productivity and service of mass-customization. The manufacturing industry is creating new processes and business models by achieving digital transformations through a lean start-up approach aimed at achieving the highest customer satisfaction with minimal resources. Although attempts are made to manufacture the building by introducing the latest technology in architecture, it is applied sporadically, not as an integrated system, in the entire phase of the architectural project. This paper analyzes the changes in the construction industry through the application of core technologies of the fourth industrial revolution. Design processes are analyzed for the digital transformation of the construction industry by case study of advanced architectural design practice. A novel design concept model 'Architectural lean startup' is proposed by combining the architectural process and the lean start up method. Through the design of the bus stop based on the architectural lean startup concept, it is confirmed that the designer repeats the 'Generate-Test-Analysis' to develop the design and generate the final result.

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the accuracy and reliability of measurements performed using two different software programs on digital models generated using two types of plaster model scanners (a laser scanner and a computed tomography [CT] scanner). Methods: Thirty plaster models were scanned with a 3Shape laser scanner and with a Flash CT scanner. Two examiners performed measurements on plaster models by using digital calipers and on digital models by using Ortho Analyzer (3Shape) and Digimodel® (OrthoProof) software programs. Forty-two measurements, including tooth diameter, crown height, overjet, overbite, intercanine and intermolar distances, and sagittal relationship, were obtained. Results: Statistically significant differences were not found between the plaster and digital model measurements (ANOVA); however, some discrepancies were clinically relevant. Plaster and digital model measurements made using the two scanning methods showed high intraclass coefficient correlation values and acceptable 95% limits of agreement in the Bland-Altman analysis. The software used did not influence the accuracy of measurements. Conclusions: Digital models generated from plaster casts by using laser and CT scanning and measured using two different software programs are accurate, and the measurements are reliable. Therefore, both fabrication methods and software could be used interchangeably.

  • Current thin film process using memory device fabrication process use expensive processes such as manufacturing of photo mask, coating of photo resist, exposure, development, and etching. However, direct printing technology has the merits about simple and cost effective processes because inks are directly injective without mask. And also, this technology has the advantage about fabrication of fine pattern line on various substrates such as PCB, FCPB, glass, polymer and so on. In this work, we have fabricated the fine and thick metal pattern line for the electronic circuit board using metal ink contains Ag nano-particles. Metal lines are fabricated by two types of printing methods. One is a conventional printing method which is able to quick fabrication of fine pattern line, but has various difficulties about thick and high resolution DPI(Dot per Inch) pattern lines because of bulge and piling up phenomenon. Another(Second) methods is sequential printing method which has a various merits of fabrication for fine, thick and high resolution pattern lines without bulge. In this work, conductivities of metal pattern line are investigated with respect to printing methods and pattern thickness. As a result, conductivity of thick pattern is about several un.

  • Small sized LTPS TFT-LCDs are developed and evaluated. Sine the fabrication process is optimized for the productivity of huge glass substrate, the pattern size is above 5${\mu}m$. The panels with integrated digital data drivers are not satisfactory to compete with a-Si technology. Therefore, LTPS panels are implemented by PMOS technology and it is proved that they can be competitive with a-Si TFT-LCDs in terms of performance and cost.

  • Transistor slicing refers to the use of multiple smaller transistors in implementing a large MOS transistor. What is special about transistor slicing is that it can reduce the effects of device non-uniformity introduced during the fabrication process. The paper presents the idea of transistor slicing and analyzes the benefits of using transistor slicing in the context of Poly-Si TFT-LCD driving.

  • We propose the digitized pressure sensor and the interface circuit to read directly the pressure signal in the digital form. The interface circuit has the control clock, comparator, and bit value decision circuit. The digitized sensor and interface circuit are integrated on the one chip using the post processing after IC fabrication. The dimension of the fabricated digitized pressure sensor is $3{\times}6{\times}1mm^3$.

  • As we know usually architecture of Korea landscape painting inside, pavilion(Jung-ja) and many-storied building(Ru-gak) have painted mainly. But besides general building that home, mountain fortress wall, temple, royal palace was expressed by a real view landscape painting. The main purpose of this research is to enhance the basis that can understand well tradition architecture by korea landscape painting. To achieve this goal, Even if it is same kind of building, a lot of differences become by material of roof, position of building, expenditure of building. Division of inside and outside is precious data that can know life physiognomy of general peoples. In Structural side, Expression of fabrication and value as data that can know composition and arrangement of plane are important.
