국제표준을 반영한 BIM 협업 프레임워크 개발 (Development of BIM Collaboration Framework Based on ISO 19650)

  • In recent years, the mandatory use of BIM has been actively promoted due to the digital transformation of the construction industry. However, the CDE (Common Data Environment) system, which is an essential element for operating BIM, has not been established in accordance with the domestic situation. To solve this problem, this study analyzed the results of previous studies, including the ISO 19650 standard and domestic CDE system requirements, and developed BIM-based collaboration functions that are suitable for the domestic construction industry through functional analysis of domestic and foreign commercial CDE solutions. And we developed a BIM collaboration framework to provide BIM-based collaboration functions as a service by using cloud technologies such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS to provide infrastructure resources flexibly and flexibly. The BIM collaboration framework developed in this study meets most of the CDE requirements of ISO1965, so it can secure competitiveness when bidding for overseas BIM projects. Also, because the BIM collaboration functions can be selectively applied to build a BIM-based collaboration platform, it is expected that the utilization of the BIM collaboration framework will be high, as it can minimize not only the time to build the platform but also the operating costs, and the usability is higher than that of existing commercial BIM CDE solutions.

  • 우리사회를 둘러싸고 있는 대내외적인 환경변화는 우리 정부로 하여금 여러 가지 난제들을 해결하도록 압박을 하고 있다. 이러한 난제들은 대개 어느 한 부처 혹은 어느 특정기관만이 해결할 수 없는 다부처관련 혹은 여러 기관에 걸친 문제들일 가능성이 매우 높다. 따라서 정부의 문제해결 능력을 높이기위해서는 무엇보다도 협업이 문제 해결을 위한 필수적인 전략이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리사회에서 많은 논란거리가 되어왔으나 여러 부처에 관련되어 있어 해결이 쉽지 않았던 난제들을 각고의 노력 끝에 해결한 지방자치단체의 사례를 분석하여 협업을 성공적으로 이끄는데 필요한 요인들이 무엇인지에 대해서 고찰해 보았다. 우선, 협업 및 협업의 유형에 대한 이론적 검토를 하였다. 둘째, 협업의 사례를 고찰하기 위해 관련 공무원들을 대상으로 인터뷰를 수행하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 끝으로 정부부문내에서 협업을 촉진하기 위한 전략적 방안에 대하여 논의하였다. 분석결과 협업을 유도하기 위해서는 협업의 공동 목표를 공유해야 하며, 협업을 유도할 인센티브, 지원제도 등의 요인들이 매우 중요함을 밝혀냈다.

  • 최근 들어 민간기업 뿐 아니라 공공부문에서도 협업의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 최근 민간 기업을 대상으로한 연구들에서는 기업과 대학, 다른 기관들과의 협업을 통한 혁신을 강조하고 있다. 자신이 필요한 기술이 다른 기업이나 기관에 존재할 수 있고, 따라서 그런 기술이나 지식을 공유하고 각자 더 새로운 것을 만드는 체제로 발전해야 한다는 것이다. 이는 협업을 통한 당사자들 모두가 윈윈할 수 있는 협업체계를 의미하는 것이다. 공공부문도 역시 협업이 필요하다. 갈수록 개별기관 수준에서 해결할 수 없는 문제들이 많이 생겨나고 있기 때문이다. 그러나 생태적으로 공공기관은 민간 기업에 비해 협업이 불리한 환경에 놓여있다. 조직구조가 계층적일 뿐 아니라 협업 주체들 간의 관계 또한 수평적으로 인식하지 않고 있다. 의사소통의 양이 적은 것은 물론이다. 본 연구에서는 민간기업 중 협업을 성공적으로 이어가고 있는 기업의 협업과정을 분석하여 우리 공공기관에의 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 통해 공공부문에서 협업을 촉진하기 위한 방안들을 논의하였다.

환경 정보 시스템 설계 및 구현 (A Design and Implementation of Environmental Information System)

  • In this paper, a study on a method for designing and implementing an environmental information system to support environmental activities was done. First of all, research on the similar information system and necessary functions were derived. Necessary functions were largely classified into functions for cooperation such as policy consultation and publicity, and functions for environmental information data. Collaboration functions are classified in detail, and detailed contents of this function are summarized. In addition, a data model was designed for various environmental information, and an information server and client interface are designed as a cloud application. Cloud server configuration and design, and client web and app programs to access these information were implemented and tested each functions successfully.

  • The purpose of this research is to develop a collaborative architectural design system. Design collaboration requires an extensive use of communication methods as well as the participation of various experts from different domains. Such facts address several issues when the Internet and digital media are able to create a completely new work environment. The building design process was studied, and possible modes of design collaboration were defined. A prototype system is being developed in accordance with the defined collaboration model. The system integrates a set of communication tools and web-based design media. Such media include a synchronous multi-user web CAD tool, a schematic 3D design tool, and a electronic whiteboard. A project database was designed in order to coordinate the project-wide communication which elaborates technologies such as web-based data access. In order to find out the effectiveness of the system, a usability test was performed both in quantitative and qualitative manner. The research will contribute to the development of world-wide design and construction collaboration through the Internet, which is becoming a mainstream building process model.

  • Recent advances in Internet-of-Things and wearable computing have established computationally sufficient infrastructure to remove the barriers of physical locations. The recent COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the use of remote collaboration, work-from-home, teleconferencing, online education, digital twin, and metaverse enriched with various configurations of augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, and extended reality. Beyond specialized niche wearable applications in the medical and entertainment domains, we aim to identify the underlying characteristics of smartglass-enabled killer applications for everyday use. In this paper, we analyze intermediary roles in remote collaboration consisting of authoritative supervisors, synergetic collaborators, and speculative explorers. We also propose technical components for smartglass-assisted interactive remote collaboration composed of personal tracking, teleconference, and interaction components. More specifically, the application tasks of each intermediary role and objectives of three functional components are defined and elaborated.

  • In this paper, we explain the purpose of building a mobile app called "ARnetView" that can use the AR(augmented Reality)based calling function and AR based content creation function, and as well as an AR based data center that can share AR based video streaming and AR based contents on smartphones and tablet devices. For the AR(Augmented Reality) based data center implement, we have developed a mobile application and implemented a service system including an AR(augmented Reality) based calling function and AR based content production and AR based video streaming functions for real-time communication to connect a field technician and an expert so that the expert can see and discuss the situation in the field and technician and experts, they can draw digital annotation on mobile screen that accurately stick to 3D physical objects, allowing the expert to guide the technician step by step. In result, it provides a remote technical collaboration environment between field technician and expert. In addition, AR(Augmented Reality) collaboration service Platform was designed and implemented to increase work speed, efficiency, and utilization of advanced technicians, improve continuous productivity of equipment and facilities, maximize equipment and facility utilization, and strengthen industrial competitiveness. Therefore, through this, the AR collaboration service Platform can be applied to the industrial field, the medical field, and the entertainment/education field.

BlM실행을 위한 표준계약체계 보완에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Complement of Stand Agreement System for the BlM Implementation)

  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) has the great possibility of transforming the AEC industry. BIM will require increased information exchange and mutual collaboration between all stakeholders. BIM implementation and such increased collaboration can affect legal issues and contract provisions. And some legal issues accompanying BIM Implementation will be raised while a large change also comes in responsibility and role between all stakeholders. However, current standard agreement system is based on fragmented agreement between the architect and the owner, and between the owner and the contractor. Another legal obstacles and considerations associated with BIM implementation will be arose from BlM technology and use of BIM. AEC professionals in Korea have long utilized the standard agreement forms as well and look forward complementation of current standard agreement for BlM implementation. Such complement direction for the standard agreement will be examined by investigating the legal issues and overview comparison between AlA E202 and ConsensusDOCS 301.

민관협업을 통한 "열린 혁신"에 대한 사례 연구: 공기업을 중심으로 (A Case Study on Open Innovation through Public-Private Collaboration: Focused on Public Enterprises)

  • 본 연구에서는 문재인 정부가 추진하고 있는 "열린 혁신"에 대한 개념 및 내용들을 살펴보고, 특정 공기업에서 추진하였던 "열린 혁신"의 사례를 분석하였다. 연구대상이 된 공기업에 대한 사례를 통해 정부의 "열린 혁신"을 추진하는데 있어서의 시사점을 밝혀내고자 하였다. 연구대상이 된 공기업의 경우 행정안전부의 "열린 혁신" 평가에서 공기업 중 협업을 통한 "열린 혁신"을 훌륭하게 수행했다는 평가를 받은 기관이다. 본 연구에서는 해당 공기업 및 인근공공기관, 지역농민들을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하여 협업을 통한 "열린 혁신"의 성공요인을 분석하였다. 우선 협업 주체들 간에 협조를 구하기 위해 공감대를 형성하기 위해 목표를 공유하는 것이 중요하였다. 서로가 서로에게 이득이 되는 관계라는 것을 인식하고 공동의 목표를 향해서 움직인다라는 공감대가 매우 중요하다. 또한 협업에 참여하는 주체들에게 지속적으로 협업이나 혁신 작업에 참여하도록 하는 유인체계가 매우 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 협업을 독려할 수 있도록 공공 기관 등에서는 협업행위에 대한 인사가점이나 경제적 보상 등의 유인시스템을 구축할 필요가 있다.

  • OCD (Operational Concept Document) is very important in system development. To develop OCD we should answer questions about, what template to use, what is the overall process to develop OCD, what kinds of diagrams we should use and how can we validate the OCD. To answer about the template we compared tow industrial guide on operational concept development and tailored it. For development process, we proposed a comprehensive process which satisfies the requirements of the project context. For use of proper diagram, we analyzed many kinds of diagrams used in representing behavior of system and choose some diagrams which best fit for our purpose. Finally we established validation criteria for operational scenario and requirement texts in operational concept documents.
