We observed 80 dense cores ($N(H_2)$ > $10^{22}cm^{-2}$) in the Orion molecular cloud complex which contains the Orion A (39 cores), B (26 cores), and ${\lambda}$ Orionis (15 cores) clouds. We investigate the behavior of the different molecular tracers and look for chemical variations of cores in the three clouds in order to systematically investigate the effects of stellar feedback. The most commonly detected molecular lines (with the detection rates higher than 50%) are $N_2H^+$, $HCO^+$, $H^{13}CO^+$, $C_2H$, HCN, and $H_2CO$. The detection rates of dense gas tracers, $N_2H^+$, $HCO^+$, $H^{13}CO^+$, and $C_2H$ show the lowest values in the ${\lambda}$ Orionis cloud. We find differences in the D/H ratio of $H_2CO$ and the $N_2H^+/HCO^+$ abundance ratios among the three clouds. Eight starless cores in the Orion A and B clouds exhibit high deuterium fractionations, larger than 0.10, while in the ${\lambda}$ Orionis cloud, no cores reveal the high ratio. These chemical properties could support that cores in the ${\lambda}$ Orionis cloud are affected by the photo-dissociation and external heating from the nearby H II region. An unexpected trend was found in the $[N_2H^+]/[HCO^+]$ ratio with a higher median value in the ${\lambda}$ Orionis cloud than in the Orion A/B clouds than; typically, the $[N_2H^+]/[HCO^+]$ ratio is lower in higher temperatures and lower column densities. This could be explained by a longer timescale in the prestellar stage in the ${\lambda}$ Orionis cloud, resulting in more abundant nitrogen-bearing molecules. In addition to these chemical differences, the kinematical difference was also found among the three clouds; the blue excess, which is an infall signature found in optically thick line profiles, is 0 in the ${\lambda}$ Orionis cloud while it is 0.11 and 0.16 in the Orion A and B clouds, respectively. This result could be another evidence of the negative feedback of active current star formation to the next generation of star formation.

Peach flesh color is commercially important criteria for classification and has implications for nutritional quality. To breed new yellow-fleshed peach cultivar many cross seedlings and generations should be maintained. Therefore it is necessary to develop early selection molecular markers for screening cross seedlings and germplasm with economically important traits to increase breeding efficiency. For the comparison of transcription profiles in peach varieties with a different flesh color expression, two cDNA libraries were constructed. Differences in gene expression between yellow-fleshed peach cultivar, 'Changhowon Hwangdo' and white-fleshed peach cultivar, 'Mibaekdo' were analyzed by next-generation sequencing (NGS). Expressed sequence tag (EST) of clones from the two varieties was selected for nucleotide sequence determination and homology searches. Putative single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were screened from peach EST contigs by high resolution melting (HRM) analysis, SNP ID ppa002847m:cds and ppa002540m:cds displayed specific difference between 17 yellow-fleshed and 21 white-fleshed peach varieties. The SNP markers for distinguishing yellow and white fleshed peach varieties by HRM analysis offers the opportunity to use early selection. This SNP markers could be useful for marker assisted breeding and provide a good reference for relevant research on molecular mechanisms of color variation in peach varieties.
In today's family, it can be said that children's faith education is in a very difficult time. Moreover, faith education at home is urgently required during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, as society changes rapidly, families are also changing rapidly. As the current society became diversified and personalized, the family lost its educational function. In other words, it can be immediately said that faith education in Christian families has collapsed. The reason is that the problem of faith education in today's family lies in poor communication. Communication problems are becoming difficult for parents and children due to changes in values caused by individualism and capitalism, and as the difference between values and the generation of children widens. In addition, disconnection of dialogue at home due to the disconnection of culture between generations is an obstacle to faith education. It is urgent to restore the educational function of Christian families. When parents provide Christian faith education to their children, their children can grow up properly. Communication with children is desperately needed to restore the purpose and function of faith education at home. Communication between parents and children is an important factor influencing children's motivation for religious education. Parents and children's communication must be open and positive parenting attitudes need to be sufficiently motivated for faith education. In order to solve the immediate problem of the absence of faith education at home, an alternative will be proposed to restore faith education through communication between parents and children. First, the necessity of faith education at home will be discussed. Then communication at the beginning of faith education will be considered. And third, communication and methods at home to implement faith education will be presented. This study will serve as an opportunity to provide clues to restore and implement faith education in Christian families.
Recently innovation cluster has been emphasized as a valid policy measure for innovation. For suggesting a new model of innovation cluster, we conducted literature review for the theories of regional innovation system(RIS) and innovation clusters. As a result, the success factors of innovation cluster were classified into system measures, physical measures, and social(human resources) measures from the perspective of RIS. The case of Gyeonggi province's innovation cluster policy was examined for an empirical analysis. For an in-depth analysis, a survey for the tenant companies in Pangyo technovalley(PTV) was conducted. As a result, it was found that Gyeonggi province's innovation cluster policy is evolving from 'a government-initiated system' to 'the 3rd-generation convergence RIS' and that PTV is closely related to the system measures of 'support for up-to-date management and technology information' and 'support for academic-research-industry cooperative research and technological cooperation,' physical measures of 'strengthening the function of PTV support division' and 'shared research equipment and other infrastructures,' and social measures of 'legal, financial, and administrative support system' and 'public childcare facilities'. Also, technology sector was divided into IT and non-IT for a validity check to find out that there was no significant difference in all factors, except for the public relations factors. This study is expected to provide resources for other related researches.

Steam power generation is used to produce electricity through a generator that is connected to a steam turbine. As a result, the surface temperature of the deaerator is $70^{\circ}C$during the summer season, the surface temperature of the storage tank is $67^{\circ}C$, and the air temperature is $50^{\circ}C$. This environment is inappropriate for workers and instruments. Workers adjacent to the deaerator and storage tank in particular feel higher temperatures because of the radiative heat transfer effect. Therefore, we optimized the cooling conditions by computational analysis. Case 1 is the current shape of the power plant, Case 2 has additional insulation, and Case 3 has a radiation shield. Flow is caused by a temperature difference between the heat sources in the wall, and hot air is trapped in the right upper end. Based on the temperature contours and the maximum temperature of the surfaces, Case 2 was found to be the most efficient for reducing radiative heat transfer effects.
The embryonic and postembryonic developments of Nezara antennata Scott were observed in 5 different rearing cages such as A (Cylindrical, ${\phi}\;10cm{\times}4cm$), B (Cylindrical, ${\phi}\;14.5cm{\times}2.8cm$), C (Rectangle, $6.5L{\times}6.5cmW{\times}10cmH$), D (Cylindrical, ${\phi}$ 9cm in bottom & ${\phi}$ 11.5 cm in $upper{\times}10.8cm$) and E (Cylindrical, ${\phi}\;15cm{\times}7.5cm$) containing soybean and peanut seeds as food, and sponge soaked with water under laboratory condition of $24^{\circ}C$ and 15L : 9D. Hatchability ranged from 93 to 97%. Nymphal duration was shortest of 6 days in the 1st instar and longest of 10 days in the 5th instar. The nymphal duration was 38 to 39 days observed in the rearing cages. Emergence rate was in the range from 53 to 62% with highest in A and B cages. Adult longevity was 65 to 75 days for male, and 67 to 74 days for female, and was longest in the B cage. Total number of eggs laid by female adult was in the range from 51 to 56 without significant difference in the rearing cages, and was the most in the B cage. Accordingly, the reproductive rate of N. antennata for 1 generation was within 25 to 33 times, and was highest in the B rearing cage. Therefore, it could be concluded that B cage is most suitable for stable rearing of N. antennata under laboratory condition.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of using process-based writing poems in the elementary mathematics classrooms. For this study, we chose 128 elementary school students to examine their mathematical achievements and attitude towards mathematics when using process-centered writing poems in the elementary mathematics classrooms. Process-based mathematics and writing programs developed mainly on the geometry units were composed of four levels, idea generation, idea selection, use and idea organization grouped into similar sections in order to separate into two sections. The results of the practice of this study's problem can be summarized as follows. First, the process-based mathematics and writing activity of geometry had a positive impact on academic achievement in mathematics. Although there was not a significant difference in the fourth and fifth grades, significant differences in the fifth and sixth grade were found. Second, in regards to attitudes in mathematics, process-based mathematics and writing activities had a positive impact. In particular, the improvement of mathematical attitudes was evident in all grades. It confirmed the effective facilitation of interest and enjoyment towards learning mathematics by 4th, 5th and 6th graders who had undertaken these mathematics classes.

It is well-known that image matching is necessary for automatic generation of 3D data such as digital surface data from aerial images. Recently developed aerial digital cameras allow to capture multi-strip images with higher overlaps and less occluded areas than conventional analogue cameras and that much of researches on multi-image matching have been performed, particularly effective methods of measuring a similarity among multi-images using point features as well as linear features. This research aims to investigate similarity measuring methods such as SSD and SNCC incorporated into a area based multi-image matching method based on vertical line locus. In doing this, different similarity measuring entities such as grey value, grey value gradient, and average of grey value and its gradient are implemented and analyzed. Further, both dynamic and pre-fixed adaptive-window size are tested and analyzed in their behaviors in measuring similarity among multi-images. The aerial images used in the experiments were taken by a DMC aerial frame camera in three strips. The over-lap and side-lap are about 80% and 60%, respectively. In the experiment, it was found that the SNCC as similarity measuring method, the average of grey value and its gradient as similarity measuring entity, and dynamic adaptive-window size can be best fit to measuring area-based similarity in area based multi-image matching method based on vertical line locus.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the program according to the local characteristics of the elderly welfare center and to present the development direction of the elderly welfare center in the future. The questionnaire was administered to 344 elderly welfare centers nationwide and 304 questionnaires were used for analysis. Based on the regional characteristics of the elderly welfare center, three types were derived and analyzed. The results of this study are as follows: First, the projects which showed difference according to the regional characteristics of the elderly welfare center were the functional recovery program, counseling, emotional support, and community welfare program. Second, it was found that the elderly welfare centers had different programs according to their areas. The results showed that the elderly welfare centers had different programs, group programs, self-help groups, beauty services, employment support education, economic education, retirement preparation education, home helper service, generation integration program, mobile welfare business and regional cooperation project. Based on these results, it is suggested that the development direction of the elderly welfare center is necessary to develop the program of the elderly welfare center according to the characteristics of the region and it is necessary to guarantee autonomy so that the elderly welfare center can operate the program.
Lead (Pb) exposure during development can produce neurological deficits. In this study, the effect of Pb exposure during neonatal development via lactation on anxiety of brain function was investigated. Long-Evans strain rats were raised through two generations. At the birth of the second generation, the dams were subdivided into two groups and supplied drinking water containing either $0.2\%$ Pb (Pb-treated group) or sodium (Na, Control group) acetate until weaning. Rats were sacrificed at 3 (weaning) and 11 weeks (maturity) for brain Pb and fatty acid analysis. Motor activity and elevated plus maze tests were initiated at 9 weeks. The brains in the Pb-treated group at weaning and maturity contained 1486$\pm$98 and $270{\pm}46$ ng Pb/g, respectively The control group showed the background level of Pb ($3.7{\pm}1.0_{ng}$ Pb/g) in both ages. The alterations in brain fatty acid composition induced by Pb exposure were more evident in 3 wks old than 11 wks old. For example, in 3 wks old, the percentages of $18:2_{n-6}$, $20:2_{n-6}$ and $18:2_{n-6}$ were decreased in the Pb-treated group with an increase in $20:4_{n-6}$ In motor activity test, there was a tendency of hyperactivity in the Pb-treated group compared with the control group but the difference was not significant. In elevated plus maze test, the Pb-treated group showed fewer numbers of visits to the open arms (P < 0.05), indicating that Pb exposure may lead to anxiogenic effect.
