The purpose of this study was to examine the developmental trajectories of adolescents' internalizing problem behaviors. The data came from 3,188 middle school students through their participation in the Korea Youth Panel Survey(KYPS). Adolescents with a high level of internalizing problem behaviors in the first year showed a rapid decline in these behaviors over time, whereas for adolescents with a low level of these behaviors in the first year the decline was slow. The predictors of the developmental trajectories were related to individual variables, such as gender, self-esteem, self-control, stress, self-stigmatization, and academic achievement. The developmental trajectories of adolescents' internalizing problem behaviors were classified into four groups. The predictors of the patterns of developmental trajectories in adolescents' internalizing problem behaviors appeared to be related to individual variables.

Objectives : Developmental disorder include every disorder that obstruct functional developments. For example, Mental Retardation, Autism, Developmental Academic Skill Disorder, Developmental Language Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Tic Disorder(Tourette's Disorder), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Brain injury etc. Methods : Chinese medical circles study herbs, acupuncture and cooperate Western medicine for treat the Developmental disorder variety. So, we research Chinese and Korean Medical Journal from 1990 to 2003, choose the Acupuncture Therapy. Results : Acupuncture Therapy include head needling, body acupuncture, ear-acupuncture therapy, therapy of point injection. By these ways control brain, the brain's marrow, liver, kidney, heart and treat the developmental disorder effective.

Developmental and epileptic encephalopathies are the most devastating early-onset epilepsies, characterized by early-onset seizures that are often intractable, electroencephalographic abnormalities, developmental delay or regression, and various comorbidities. A large number of underlying genetic variants of developmental and epileptic encephalopathies have been identified over the past few decades. However, the most thorough sequencing studies leave 60-65% of patients without a molecular diagnosis. This review explores the genetic basis of developmental and epileptic encephalopathies that start within the first year of life, including Ohtahara syndrome, early myoclonic encephalopathy, epilepsy of infancy with migrating focal seizures, infantile spasms, and Dravet syndrome. The purpose of this review is to give an overview and encourage the clinicians to start considering genetic testing as an important investigation along with electroencephalogram for better understanding and management of developmental and epileptic encephalopathies.

The Guarantee of Rights and Support for Persons with Developmental Disabilities Act was enacted and revised in 2014. However, national measures for persons with developmental disabilities remain insufficient. In the film, "Grown Up," director Hyeyoung Jang filmed the daily life of her sister, who has developmental disabilities. She raised not only the issue of institutionalization in people with developmental disabilities in Korea but also the issue of a lack of policies that would be essential to them and their family members. In the future, I hope that as experts, child and adolescent psychiatrists in Korea will pay more attention to the lives of people with developmental disabilities outside the clinic and propose policies to help them and their family members.

The relationship of Oct-4 to pluripotent cells is suggested by its tightly restricted expression pattern during embryonic development. Just prior to implantation it is limited to pluripotent cells of the inner cell mass (ICM) that will form the embryo proper but is not expressed in the trophectoderm, the structure that will form the extraembryonic tissues. Paying close attention to those new to an organization, whether fresh or experienced, whose primary interest is in (re)socialization, the current study intends to (1) further the concept of mentoring from a bilateral relationship to a community and culture fostered by developmental networks, (2) propose an integrated conceptual framework for organizational socialization, and (3) suggest implications for practice and future research. This study reviews, analyzes, and integrates research assets and subsequently re-conceptualizes the aggregate information as valid propositions and a conceptual framework. The findings include (1) 11 propositions regarding the relationships among network characteristics (embeddedness, diversity), developmental functions (career support, psychosocial support, and role modeling), and socialization outcomes (learning and attitudinal outcomes); and (2) an integrated conceptual framework that depicts a comprehensive mechanism through which developmental networks conduce to organizational socialization of newcomers. Implications are that developmental networking must be an individual's fundamental competency and an essential part of organizational onboarding processes, and imperative for both members' career development and innovative organizational culture. By integrating research assets on the developmental phenomenon into conceptualizations, this study furthers the concept of mentoring to organizational culture and stimulates a substantive discourse for theory-building towards organizational socialization from the developmental network perspective.

Purpose: This study was done to evaluate the validity of Korean Denver ll developmental screening test in screening children with developmental risk. Method: The participants in the study were 113 children referred for developmental assessment in the department of rehabilitation of D University hospital. They were examined with the BSID (Bayley Scales of Infant Development) II and Korean Denver II by one occupational therapist. The data was analyzed by $x^2$ test and discriminant analysis. Results: There was a significant relationship between the Mental Developmental Index (MDI) of the BSID II and the result of the Korean Denver II. The sensitivity and specificity of Korean Denver II were 0.87 and 0.62 when abnormal MDI was defined as lower than 85 was used as a diagnosis of developmental delay. There was a significant relationship between the Psychomotor Developmental Index (PDI) of the BSID ll and the result 0.7 Korean Denver ll. The sensitivity and specificity of Korean Denver II were 0.83 and 0.51 The over-all hit ratio was $79.6\%$. Conclusion: The result showed that the Korean Denver II was valid and has good sensitivity and moderate specificity in screening developmental delay.

Reproductive and developmental toxicology is concerned with various physical or chemical agents interfering with fertility in both gender or normal growth of offsprings. Reproductive and developmental toxicology is rather a complex science, with many fields, i.e., various endpoints are involved and many different mechanisms of action. For that reason, diverse aspects must be considered when attempting to assess possible adverse health effects in the area of reproductive and developmental toxicology. The thalidomide tragedy made it clear to regulatory authorities around the world that systematic, comprehensive evaluation of the reproductive cycle was needed to adequately evaluate the potential of medicinal drugs to impair the process of reproduction or the development of embryos, fetuses, and children. International Conference on Harmonization of Technical Requirements for the Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) developed a guideline to assess the reproductive and developmental toxicity. Also these guidelines have since been applied to the detection and regulation of environmental toxicants, food additives, and so on. Although it was hoped that testing procedures of guideline would be updated constantly to reflect the current state of the science in reproductive and developmental toxicology, it was not until this decade that regulatory guidelines and testing methods have been altered in a significant way. In this paper, we would like to present the recommended approaches and recent trends for improvement of testing guidelines or experimental methods in reproductive and developmental toxicology.
