이 논문은 항공 분야에서의 안전필수 소프트웨어를 평가하기 위한 고려사항을 기술한다. 항공 분야에서의 안전필수 소프트웨어의 평가를 수행하기 위해서는 해당 소프트웨어의 평가 수준에 대한 정보가 필요하다. 그 수준은 표준에 명시되어 있으나 소프트웨어 자체적으로 결정되는 요소가 아니며 시스템 안전 평가 결과 및 시스템 설계 결과에 의존적이다. 그러므로 소프트웨어 평가수준을 결정하기 위해 시스템 개발 및 시스템 안전 평가 표준에서 필요로 하는 정보에 대해 설명한다. 그리고 소프트웨어를 평가하기 위한 기존의 방법론들을 조사하고 항공기 지상 유도 및 통제 시스템 소프트웨어의 평가에 적용할 방법을 제시한다.

This study aims to develop the model of evaluation on greenspace to increase the sustain ability of the planning and management for site-scale development projects. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) The comprehensive principles of sustainable development projects were established, which include coexistence of man and nature, reflection of ecological principles, minimization of environmental pollution and damage, recycling and reuse of materials. (2) According to established principles, the evaluation criteria were classified into seven categories as follows: retention of ample greenspace, formation of greenspace as a habitat, species diversity of vegetation, consideration of indigenous plants, construction of green network, conservation of greenspace, and reuse of plant materials. (3) As a result of the analysis of questionnaire of experts, evaluation model was worked out with which we can evaluate environmental friendliness greenspace. And, the final evaluation indicators for greenspace are the rate of greeneries volume, securing habitat, indigenous plants, reuse of plant materials, and species diversity of vegetation, and the indicator of greenspace conservation.

2015 개정교육과정은 컴퓨팅 사고력을 향상시키고자 SW교육과정이 포함되었으며 교육 현장에서 활용될 다양한 피지컬 컴퓨팅 기반의 교구가 판매되고 있다. 본 연구는 교수 상황과 교수 목적에 적합한 피지컬 컴퓨팅 기반의 학습도구를 선정하는데 필요한 준거를 마련하여 현장의 도구 선택에 합리적인 판단 근거를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 평가 준거 마련 방법으로는 25명의 전문가 패널을 통해 델파이 조사 방법을 사용하였다. 그 결과 7개의 영역에 대해 40개의 필수 준거와 11개의 선택 준거로 구성되는 교구 평가 준거가 제시되었다. 또한 도출된 학습 도구 평가 준거를 통해 현재 상용화된 5종의 학습 도구에 대한 평가 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 교구 평가 준거는 교사들의 합리적인 교구 선택과 교구 개발자의 교구 개발에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

국.내외적으로 소프트웨어 산업이 활성화되었음에도 불구하고, 정보보호 소프트웨어 시스템의 보안성 평가를 포함한 각종 소프트웨어의 품질 평가 업무량 및 평가 비용 산정에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 업무분해구조(EWBS) 방법과 기존의 소프트웨어 개발비 산정 방법을 응용하여, 정보보호 시스템의 평가기준(Common Criteria 또는 ISO/IEC 15408)에 따라 정보보호 시스템을 평가 할 때의 평가 업무량과 평가 비용을 산정하는 프로세스와 도구를 제시한다. 본 연구는 정보보호 시스템의 평가 업무량과 평가 비용의 산정에 중심을 두고 있지만, 본 연구의 결과는 기존의 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 및 제품의 품질 평가시의 평가 업무량 및 평가 비용의 산정에도 응용될 수 있다.

Economic Development Zone(EDZ) in the province is one of the foreign policy for economic development of North Korea. North Korea has promulgated 27 Economic Development Zones(5 EDZs as central level and 22 EDZs as provincial level) to promote economic growth through the expansion of external opening policy. EDZs of the provinces play an important role in North Korea's national and regional economic growth. The purpose of this study is to select analytical criteria that can be quantified when considering the location conditions of North Korean economic development zones when domestic companies advance into North Korea according to the progress of inter-Korean economic cooperation, and derive the relative importance between the criteria. After that, based on this, we intend to quantify the evaluation of the location priority of the economic development zone. In this study, through AHP analysis results, when domestic companies enter North Korea, we derive the importance and preference of location selection factors when considering the location conditions of North Korean economic development zones. Taking into account the reality of North Korea when the Korean company entered the North economic development zone following location for evaluation. That is, logistics and transportation, industrial infrastructure, competitiveness, and management incentives. And 14 sub-factors were selected and AHP analysis was performed.

This study aims to develop an evaluation method of green-tourism potential in village level with amenity resources of rural villages, considering human resources of the village. The amenity resources evaluation system was classified into three sub-classes with social, industrial, and natural resources. The system consisted of a relationship diagram between three classes resources and tourists' behavior. The new methodology considers human resources as a key factor for green-tourism potential evaluation of villages, including the amenity resources of three sub-classes. In quantitative method for the criteria, this study adopted a new method of continuous linear score method, which is applying fuzzy theory, not to give score with the existing discrete scoring method with several steps. The weighting values of the evaluation criteria were calculated from the step wise pair-comparision results by AHP(Analytic Hierachy Process) method, which industrial, natural, and social resources have relative weighting values of 523/1000, 319/1000, and 158/1000, respectively. In evaluation of another weighting value by the same methodology, the results showed that the amenity and the human resources have weighting values of 627/100 and 373/1000, respectively. The new evaluation method was applied to make the potential evaluation for rural villages of the study area, which located on Narial-myun, Keumsan-gun, Chungnam province. The development priority among the villages could be suggested reasonably by the new findings of this study, according to the evaluation results showing that the village with high possibility for development in green-tourism has high score in the potential evaluation.

정보체계 개발 시 사용자 요구사항의 관리는 핵심요소이다. 그동안 요구사항의 관리와 관련하여 추적 테이블을 이용한 추적 모델이나 SOA 등 특정 방법론을 기반으로 한 추적 기법은 연구된 바 있다. 그러나 IT비전문가인 사업담당자를 위한 객관적이며 정량화된 평가 방법과 판정 기준을 제시한 사례는 없었다. 이에, 본 연구자는 선행 사례 연구를 통해 공공분야의 정보시스템을 구축하는 과정에서 요구사항 반영의 적정성을 판단하는데 있어 비전문가도 접근하기 쉽고 객관적이며 정량화된 평가 방법과 판정 기준을 제시한 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구의 한계점을 고찰하여 요구사항 반영에 대한 평가 산식을 개선하고 다양한 사업 사례 분석을 통해 사업 특성 별 판정기준을 도출, 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 지도 기반 데이터 시각화 플랫폼에 적합한 평가 도구를 개발하고, 이를 현재 상용되고 있는 지역간 정보를 나타내는 지도 기반 데이터 시각화 플랫폼을 대상으로 휴리스틱 사용성 평가를 수행하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 Nielsen(1994)의 사용성 평가 10가지 원칙과 함께 지도 기반 플랫폼의 사용성 평가 기준을 다룬 선행연구들의 결과를 비교·분석하여 (1) 가시성, (2) 실세계와의 일치, (3) 일관성 및 표준, (4) 사용자 제어 여부와 친화성, (5) 융통성, (6) 디자인, (7) 호환성, (8) 오류 방지 및 해결, (9) 도움말 제공 및 문서화로 9가지의 평가 항목을 개발하였다. 또한, 개발한 평가 항목의 실효성을 확인하기 위해, 국내외 5개의 지도 기반 데이터 시각화 플랫폼을 대상으로 전문가 4명을 초빙하여 사용성 평가를 진행하였다. 평가 결과, 전문가들은 제안한 지도 기반 데이터 시각화 사용성 평가 기준을 사용하여, 수치화한 점수와 주관적 의견을 포함한 5개 플랫폼의 사용성을 순위화한 평가 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 지도 기반 시각화 플랫폼을 개발하고 평가함에 있어서 전반적인 가이드라인의 기초 자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

공동주택 개발사업의 기획 추진시 사업의 성공적인 성과를 이루기 위해서는 기획단계에서의 수익성과 분양성에 대한 현실적인 평가와 분석을 통한 정량적 예측과 이에 대한 보완 개선적인 과정이 가장 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 특히, 개발사업 수행 중에서 기획단계에서의 초기 분양율 예측을 통한 사업타당성 분석 및 검증은 전체사업의 기대수익과 성공가능여부 예측면에서 중점 고려요소들을 분석하고 미흡한 요소에 대한 투자와 개선을 유도함으로써 개발사업의 리스크 인자를 감소시키고 사업의 성공가능성을 확대시킴으로써 그 효과를 극대화 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 연구에서는 공동주택 개발사업 타당성 검토요소 및 항목간 중요도 산정지표 연구를 기반으로 하여, 민간 공동주택 사례별 실제 초기분양율을 비교 분석함으로써, 산정지표 중 누락된 항목 및 추가적으로 고려해야 할 항목을 중요도 조사결과를 바탕으로 추가적으로 배점화하여 4분야 9항목의 33세부 평가내용으로 조합하여 공동주택의 수익성과 분양성 예측을 위한 효율적인 평가항목과 기준을 제시하였다.
