This study conducted a survey of 117 music therapy graduate students from four schools in their second through fifth semester who have sufficient clinical training experience to form a basis for satisfactory clinical training. The result shows that the respondents reported their highest satisfaction levels with their course and curriculum (3.78), followed by supervision (3.75) and clinical training (3.65). In general, students who did not major music as undergraduates showed higher satisfaction levels. The satisfaction level of students in the earlier stages of clinical training is generally high. However, it gradually decreases as they move to more advanced stages, and increases somewhat during the internship training period. The supervisor's role was a decisive factor in reported levels of satisfaction with supervision and clinical training, and the music therapy element was a decisive factor on the course and curriculum satisfaction level, This survey is meaningful as it paves the way for the development of more satisfactory clinical training, and offers important guidelines to students in terms of the kinds of talents and characteristics they should develop.
The subjects in this study were 500 students who were selected from a population that consisted of security majors who took courses in martial arts in four different four-year-course universities. After a survey was conducted, the answer sheets from 451 students were analyzed except 49 incomplete ones. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS Ver. 12.0 program. Frequency analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA were utilized, and LSD and regression analysis were employed to make a post-hoc comparison. All the hypotheses formulated in this study were verified at the a=.05(Chronbach's alpha) level of significance. The findings of the study were as follows: First, as for relations between demographic characteristics and self- realization, the college students investigated were statistically different according to gender in three subvariables of self-realization that included ability development, ability display and attainment of ideal. Age and academic year made a significant difference to their ability development and attainment of ideal, and they differed statistically significantly in terms of ability development according to black lebel test. Second, concerning connections between the degree of martial-arts training and self-realization, training term, one of the subvariables of the degree of martial-arts training had a positive correlation to their ability development and attainment of ideal at the 5% level of significance, and training time was positively correlated to their ability development at the 5% level of significance. Third, training term, one of the subvariables of the degree of martial- arts training, had an impact on ability development, and that exerted a firsthand influence on attainment of ideal as well.

The purpose of this study is to establish the training standards for HF of aviation maintenance reflecting the growing relevance of aviation maintenance technicians' ability to perform their work for the safety and efficiency of airline operation. For this purpose, previous studies on the concept of human factors were examined, and the HF training standards of the advanced international aviation bureaus such as the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO), Federal Aviation Administration(FAA) and European Aviation Safety Agency(EASA) were compared with the operational technical standards of Korea Aviation Safety Law. In addition, the actual status of human factors education and training were examined for Korea's two full service carriers (FSC) and four of the low cost carriers (LCC). The study results revealed that Korea's human factors education and training standards were weak compared with international standards, and that most airlines were not able to systematically implement human factors education and training. These results complement the existing problem of training standards for aviation maintenance human factors in Korea and support the development of a standard model of the training course for aviation maintenance human factors which meets international standards.

Since 'teaching coding' or 'programming' classes for computational thinking (CT) education in K-12 are renowned around the world, a pre-service teachers' readiness for integrating CT into their teaching subjects is important due to the fact that CT is considered to be another 'R' from algoRitm for 21st century literacy, in addition to the traditional 3R (Reading, Writhing, and Arithmetic) [2] and CT roles to other disciplines. With this rationale, we designed a guided instruction based CT course for pre-service teachers. We show the effectiveness of the program with respect to the teachers' attitude toward combining CT into their teaching subjects, and mindset changes of learning computing connected with the career development of the teacher themselves. The research focused on the instructional methodology of teaching programing for non-Computer Science Education (CSE) majors who are not familiar with computer science for alleviating the cognitive load of first exposure to programming course under the CT concepts.
The study was done to improve the job training course for Community Health Practioners (CHPs) by evaluating the level of help that the training provided to the CHPs in carrying out their work and to analyze the management activities of the CHPs in order to develop a more effective CHP training program. The methodologies used in the study were a questionnaire survey. The survey results were analyzed using SPSS Windows. The study results are as follows. 1. The total average level of help from the job training(Theory. Practice and Field Practice) for carrying out the CHP work was found to be $3.04\pm.53$ (of a possible 4), which indicates a high level of help. The average for clinical practices was $3.16\pm.60$. for theory. $3.11\pm.40$ and for field practice. $2.84\pm.60$. 2. For the theory content of the job training courses. the help level was low in the area of mother and child health management/family planning with an average of $2.65\pm.62$ and in the area of health information system development with an average of $2.62\pm.83$. The reason for these deficiencies were. in order of frequency. few opportunities to apply learning. training content that was inadequate. training methodologies which were incongruent with content. improper training items and insufficient class hours. For the practice. the clinical work in rehabilitation/orthopedics departments and in ENT/Opthalmology departments had averages of $2.96\pm.86$ and $2.97\pm.80$ respectively. This low level resulted from the lack of direct experience. lack of sincerity during the practice time. lack of practice guidance. insufficient time and lack of practice equipment. in that order. For the field practice. the delivery management averaged $2.06\pm.90$ as the lowest help level. In this case 68% of respondents replied that there were no relevant reasons for this deficiency. 21% responsed that there was a lack of direct experience, 7%, a lack of practice guidance and 4.8%, insufficient time. 3. There were significant differences for several demographic variables when comparing the help level of the clinical courses (practice and Field Practice). A higher help level was reported by older nurses as compared to younger ones, experienced nurses as compared to scholarship nurses, and married over single. Also for nurses who had finished more other programs and were qualified or licensed in several areas the level was high. Although it was not statistically significant the level was higher if the work area was in a rural county, not a city, and if one had more recently completed the job training(P<,05). 4. Of the respondents 58.6% replies stated the period of job training for the CHP was adequate, but 51.7% reported that the period for theory courses was too short while an other 48.3% responded that it was sufficient. For practice locations, 50% responsed that it was good to practice in medical institutions(primary, secondary and tertiary) at the same time. While 48.3% agreed that doing theory and practice simultaneously was good, and 56.9% agreed that field practice should be done after completing theory and practice training. Hence, the development of new field practice guidelines suitable for changing environments of health management are required in place of the existing ones which were considered low in help level to the practical work of the CHPs.
Amonng many creative problem-solving methodologies, the TRIZ with practicality and applicability has been utilized a lot in practice and education. This research introduced the TRIZ course for engineering problem-solving training to engineering college students. Then, a survey about students' ability to solve engineering problems after the TRIZ course were analyzed statistically. Finally, problem-solving cases of industry in each team project were examined. It is proved that an understanding of the TRIZ should be confirmed on that can be applied and utilized and can be linked to well performing team projects. Therefore, it is determined that more active efforts are required for the development of TRIZ learing methods to improve the education system to help students improve comprehension for students in creative problem-solving skills.
Purpose: To make a contribution to raising the quality of nursing and home healthcare services through reviewing the present state of home healthcare nurse specialist training institutions and education programs and creating concrete measures to establish high-quality education courses. Method: International comparative study of accreditation criteria and curriculum in home healthcare nurse specialist program. Result: The Authorization Standards of home healthcare nurse training institutions consists of 8 items, 23 evaluation criteria and 72 evaluation indexes. Proposal to develop a specialist training program: Curriculum. Modify and complement a present homecare nurse education program. Curriculum I. Designate two forms of certification. The first certification has been granted the authority to serve as a manager and open a home healthcare agency to nurses having masters degrees and clinical experience for five years. The second certification is allowed to perform general home healthcare after having completed a short term training course. Currculum 2. To meet increasing demands, granting a certification to perform home healthcare to registered nurses having clinical experience of more than three years. Conclusion: These results can be utilized in the home healthcare educational program for raising the quality of nurses and home healthcare services.
The principal objective of this study is to determine the most appropriate methods to increase global recognition of Korean food. In service of this objective, interviews were conducted with Korean food specialists who worked for a Korean culinary educational institute in Seoul, as well as cooking experts who worked for restaurants in super deluxe hotels. The study was conducted for 10 days from Feb $21^{st}$ to March $2^{nd}$ in 2009. The results of the study were summarized and synthesized into some key opinions. First, one of the main concepts in Korean culinary education should involve the selection of a small group of the best members and training them to a world class level at a traditional HanOk style institute. Second, to establish a standard for trainee recruitment, we selected a group of members consisting of about 20 persons over the age of 18 years who had earned a degree or were scheduled to graduate from university chef training and had also worked for over 5 years in the field, additionally, foreigners were allowed to apply to the institute. The educational term is one year and some benefits, such as a fixed amount of subsidies to help in daily living, free dormitory housing a certificate of course completion, and an employment guarantee. Third, the educational program consisted of two stages one was the specialist course in which traditional foods were covered and the other was the menu development course, which dealt with the creation of new Korean foods. Fourth, unique programs, including specialized foreign foods experience halls or commission education, were instituted in an effort to raise the level of world recognition of the superiority of Korean food.

This research is aiming to develop Semiconductor equipment maintenance certification course to train qualified maintenance experts more effectively requested in related semiconductor industry. In the course of research, we adopted diverse research technique such as interview, on-spot investigation, documentary references to analyze current status of related training facilities, and forecast the population of test applicants. We analyzed similar certification course(Craftsman SMT, Industrial Engineer SMT, Craftsman Mechatronics, Industrial Enginee Mechatronics, et) as reference to set up job objectives and curriculum of semiconductor equipment maintenance certification. We conducted survey on expectations on newly created certificate, presented evaluation standard and objective of test, and preliminary writing test and demonstration test. Based on the result of various research, we were able to present training program for semiconductor equipment maintenance certification and set the assessment standard of qualification exam.
In this study, we investigated the perception difference of industrial managers and engineering faculties in the engineering education, and searched for a rational solution to resolve this perception differences. Both engineering faculties and industrial managers place strong emphasis on practical training, but they showed a significant difference in addressing the issues on the graduates of engineering education have. This different perceptions are occurred since the industrial managers prefer "the instant(or ready-made) human resource type", the ones to put to work right away whereas professors prefer the ones with the strong basic knowledge, "the potential human resource type", who may in the long run contribute to the development of the industry. We believe Finland Helsinki Engineering School's co-op course and Pennsylvania State University's Capstone Design Education are the good examples of nurturing "practical" human resource although both programs are conducted in very different imaginative ways.
