This study deals with the problem of water resources development by using bayesian theory. The purpose of this study is to develop the optimal decision model by applying bayesian theory which determine the optimal alternative in water resources development system. A relevant mathematical model to find an optimal solution formulated and then used in developing an efficient water resources that determine optimal alternative. A numerical example is solved to illustrate the algorithm developed.

This study explores the partnership between government and human service nonprofits in the United States from the perspective of resource dependence theory and extends the theory with system dynamics in order to better explain government-nonprofit service delivery. The article is structured as follows. First, I introduce the historical development of the government-nonprofit partnership in service delivery in the United States. Second, I present an overview of resource dependence theory for government-nonprofit service delivery, including assumptions, key elements, claims, how well it explains the government-nonprofit service delivery, and limitations. Third, I highlight the advantages of system dynamics along with the limitations of resource dependence theory, as an attempt to revise the theory. Finally, I conclude with a summary and suggestions for the next steps in theoretical development and research.

This study is made to link up the policy analysis theory flame and practice concerning the analysis of the railroad logistics resources development policy and propose an alternative to feasibility for the railroad logistics resources development policy in general. Surfaces of many engineering structures, specially, those of ships and airplanes are commonly fabricated as doubly curved shapes as well as singly curved surfaces to fulfill functional requirements. Given a three dimensional design surface, the first step in the fabrication process is unfolding or planar development of this surfaces into a planar shape so that the manufacturer can determine the initial shape of the flat plate. Also a good planar development enables the manufacturer to estimate the strain distribution required to form the design shape. In this paper, an algorithm for optimal approximated development of a general curved surface, including both singly and doubly curved surface is developed in the sense that the strain energy from its planar development to the design surface is minimized, subjected to some constraints. The development process is formulated into a constrained nonlinear programming problem, which is on basis of deformation theory and finite element. Constraints are subjected to characteristics of the fabrication method. Some examples on typical surfaces and the practical ship surfaces show the effectiveness of this algorithm.

Education is the study of work-related education and human aspects. Therefore, it should be understood first fully human. Education is not possible to leave the understanding of human nature. In particular, the history of educational development in China can be grasped by understanding the Humanism Theory. Therefore, to study the evolution of China Humanism Theory to find the historical footprints of Chinese education. Humanism Theory will be able to recognize the impact on educational theory development in China. In conclusion, character education is to increase the economic and social status is revealed and influenced. That the Humanism can grow through training and education is a common opinion of many scholars.

This paper aims to demonstrate the theory of social cognition which librarianship have an effect on societal development. For these purpose, the stages of societal development is classified into three stages of economic growth, information sharing and self-actualization of individual and objectives of developments are investigated by stages. At last, the theory of social cognition which librarianship contribute to societal development are demonstrated with searching the roels of libraries corresponding to the objectives of development stages.

We first seek a principle of cognitive development processes by reviewing and summarizing Piaget's cognitive development theory, constructivism and Dubinsky's APOS theory, and also the epistemology on logics of 墨子 and 荀子. We investigate Chapter 8 方程 on the theory of systems of linear equations, of the Nine Chapters, one of the oldest ancient Asian mathematical books, from the viewpoint of our principle of cognitive development processes. We conclude the educational value of the chapter and the value of the research on Asian ancient mathematical works and heritages.

The purpose of this paper is to increase the competitiveness of firms by establishment of green marketing strategy and its application to a new alternative energy development, ultimately contributing to the advancement of national economy. This study adopted an integrated approach to develop a strategic theory of 'Sun Tzu on the Art of War' that is one of the oldest military treaties and still applicable to today's management development. It applies to the empirical result from a new alternative energy development. For more qualitative improvement of this paper, it needs further detailed studies in both theory and practice in green marketing theory that is applicable to the new alternative energy development.

Porous media consist of physically and chemically different materials and have an extremely complicated behavior due to the different material properties of each of its constituents. In addition, the internal structure of porous materials has generally a complex geometry that makes the description of its mechanical behavior quite complex. Thus, classical continuum mechanics cannot explain the behavior of materials with pore spaces, such as concrete, soils and organic materials in waste landfill. For these reasons, porous media theory has been developed in the nineteenth century. Biot had the greatest influence on the development of porous media theory. Biot's work has been referred by many authors in the literature. Development of numerous fundamental equations in porous media theory were made possible due to Biot's work. His contributions made the greatest influence on porous media theory. Therefore, it is highly advantageous to review Biot's publications. This work presents a review of Biot's work. It shows how porous media theory has been developing so far and provides a chance to discuss the contribution of his work to the modern porous media theory.

The purpose of this study was to set related variables for leadership measurement in the leader of a community organization as an effort to Community development constantly. Therefore, in this study, first, various theories on leadership were reviewed. Second, approaches and variable relationships were reviewed by leadership theory study. Third, leadership measurement variables were set based on Bass's Transformational theory, one of new trend theory, to measure the leadership of the community organization leader. As a follow up, clear and scientific analysis, through empirical analysis, based on the variables set in this study will be made to measure leadership of a community organization after creating investigation tools based on the variables set in this study A literature study was mainly used. 'Human Behavior' by Dr Han-geom Lee, 'Leadership Theory' by Eung-seop Shin, many other related books, articles of the Human Relation Organization Association, and theses and Bass's writings. Major findings of this study, through the literature study, were as follows. As conventional leadership theories, characteristics theory, behavior theory and situational leadership theory were proposed. First, characteristics theory searches the characteristics of an effective leader. It proposes that effective leaders and ineffective leaders have different characteristics, respectively. Therefore, it proposes to study the leader's characteristics. However, there is not a flexed definition for leader's characteristics. Scholars make different definition on leader's characteristics, and they are very subjective. Thus it cannot be a valid theory. Second, behavior theory describes how the leader behaves to his fellows. It studies leader's behavior focusing on what type and what combination is the most effective in all situations. However, it has weakness in that it focuses on a leader's behavior only, and ignores the situational features. Third, situational theory describes the relationship between leadership type and situation. It suggests that there is not a single leadership style that can suit all situations. It emphasizes the relationship between leadership type and situation. Although situational theory considers more variables than characteristics theory or behavior theory, it also sees situations as static and flxed. Although Fiedler's theory tried to comply with situations, he did not analyze interactions between a leader and his fellows.
