북한춤의 해외전파 : 일본과 중국을 중심으로 (North Korea's Overseas Transfer Dance - Focusing on Japan and China -)

  • 본 연구는 해외교포사회에 북한춤이 전파되는 과정과 그 발전양상을 살펴보는데 목적을 둔 것으로, 해외에 거주하는 민족집단으로서의 재외동포들의 무용문화, 특히 재중, 재일조선인들의 무용문화에 대한 관심과 연구의 필요성을 생각해보았다. 문헌연구 중심으로 살펴본 논점의 결과, 재일조선인사회와 중국조선족자치구의 무용문화의 출발점엔 공통적으로 최승희춤이 있었으며, 두 민족집단은 최승희로부터 직접·간접적으로 춤을 배우거나 작품을 전수받았으며, 최승희가 정리한 조선무용기본을 기초훈련으로 하여 무용을 습득했다. 또한 무용전수 및 훈련기관은 재일조선인사회의 경우 북한의 체계와 같이 무용소조를 따로 두고 그곳에서 무용훈련을 통해 재능있는 인재를 배출하여, 전문예술단에서 활동하게 하는 시스템을 유지해 왔다. 이에 반해 중국조선족자치구는 연변대학과 중앙민족대학내에 무용학과가 배치되어 있어 그곳에서 조선춤을 전수 교육함으로써 재능있는 무용인재들을 배출해 왔으며, 한국의 무용교육체계와 유사한 면을 볼 수 있다. 무용기초훈련과 작품의 경향면에서는 재일조선인사회에서는 북한에서 실천하고 있는 무용기초훈련과 기본훈련을 그대로 전수하고 있으며, 작품도 북한춤을 대표하는 명무나 민속무용을 그대로 전수받아 공연하고 있다. 그러나 중국조선족자치구에서는 최승희가 정리한 조선무용의 기초와 작품을 그녀로부터 직접 훈련받거나 전수받았으나, 최승희의 제자들은 그녀가 세운 무용기초를 발전시켜 중국소수민족의 춤기법 등을 접수하면서 중국조선족만의 무용훈련체계를 세워나가면서 한국춤과의 교류도 성사시켜 북한춤보다는 자유롭게 창작성을 가미한 중국조선족 무용문화를 형성하게 되었다. 전수된 시기로 보면, 재일조선인사회는 1960년대부터 시작되어 1970년대에 들어서는 직접적인 평양방문을 통해 전수와 교육을 받았고, 1990년대에는 북한무용가를 직접 일본으로 초청하여 무용기초훈련을 교육받음으로써 북한춤에서 볼 수 있는 스펙터클한 양상을 그대로 재현하고 있다하겠으나, 중국조선족자치구에서는 1950년대에 평양과 북경에서 최승희로부터 직접적인 지도를 받았고, 이후에는 북한무용가들로부터의 직접적인 지도보다는 북한예술단의 중국방문을 계기로 무용영향을 받는 한편, 1990년대 이후부터는 한국춤을 흡수하기 시작하면서 중국조선족만의 색다른 무용문화를 창조해 왔다. 같은 민족이면서도 살아가는 지역과 그 지역을 구성하는 민족집단의 구성체계 및 정치체제에 따라 북한춤의 전수과정 및 발전양상도 유사하지만 각각의 아이덴티티를 보장하는 독자적인 특색을 지닌 무용문화를 형성하며 발전시켜 왔음을 알 수 있으며, 재일조선인사회의 무용문화는 조총련의 통제하 강제적 문화접변에 의한 무용문화의 변동을, 중국조선족자치구의 무용문화는 자발적 문화접변에 의한 자유로운 차용과 발전으로의 변동을 살필 수 있었다.

간호대학생의 학년별 태도 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Gradual Attitudes Change College of Nursing Students)

  • Introduction : Nursing as a profession is gelling wide acceptance today, especially among independent -minded women with necessary physical, mental and academic qualifications. This is particularly true of "comprehensive nursing", which requires to total dedication on the part if the nurse herself-physical, mental and sociocultural. Such comprehensive approach is like-wise called for in the institutional training of professional nurses. Undergraduate nursing courses nowadays place an increasing emphasis on the microscopic approach of training a nurse as an intelligent and well-balanced human being with an optimum degree of cultural sophistication. Greater attention then ever before is now paid to close observation of the individual traits and aptitude of nursing students, so as to permit full development of individual capabilities, interests and propensities within the concept of "comprehensive human education. " Purpose of study 1. To determine the degree of understanding of the part of nursing students of the various aspects of the subject taught in undergraduate nursing course. 2. To determine the motivation of nursing students in choosing the profession and possible subsequent change or attitude and outlook in the course of under graduated studies, as a means of presenting a new practical approach in nursing training based on the concept of "comprehensive human education. " Problems of study 1. The environments of nursing training will impinge on individual nursing students with different psychological impacts from lower to upper classes of under graduated studies. 2. Educational environments will have varying psychological impacts on students: a. Difference in religious faith among students. b. Difference in campus environments. c. Difference in domestic (family) circumstances. d. Difference in innate capabilities of students, 3. The understanding and attitude of individual nursing students towards the science of nursing will Have a close correlation with their respective motivations in choosing-nursing as a profession, and will also be closely influenced by the peculiarities of the subject taught, tile campus environments, etc, Delimitations of the study 1. Two universities offering 4-year nursing courses were selected. Due to the limited number of potential subjects, the optimum conditions of sample collection could not be fulfilled. 2. Subjects were confined to two classes in each university (sophomores and seniors) but without regard to the ages or scholastic achievements of individual students. 3. The conclusions derived from this study should be limited in application to the subject groups covered by the present study: they should not in any event be extended or applied to other groups. Procedures 1. Subjects: 40 nursing students each from the sophomore and senior classes of the "Y" and "K" universities situated in Seoul, aggregating 160 students altogether. 2. Instruments: Use has been made of questionnaires on (1) family backgrounds and (2) general information concerning. 3. Statistical Method: The findings of the present survey have been subjected to critical analysis as to the means, percentages, Cgi squares (X), standard deviations and the significance of the difference in means. Findings 1. Nursing students have chosen their subject of study with a confident outlook towards their future in society. 2. Horsing students have the necessary abilities to complete the prescribed courses of study. 3. The campus life of nursing students has been judged as very constructive, not with-standing certain in adequacies in the available educational facilities and the shortages of teaching staff. 4. The achievement levels of nursing trainees varied greatly according to their respective educational environments as well as their school years. 5. Clear and definite distinctions were discernible between the two universities as regards certain aspects of this survey, while no signifiant difference was observed in other: a. Sophomores and seniors in both universities gave nearly identical answers to questions concerning (1) motivation in choosing nursing as a profession, and (2) the way of spending leisure hours. b. Both universities revealed similar respective differences between sophomores and seniors as regards the abilities of fulfilling academic requirements ill the basic subjects. c. Educational environments have been found to be somewhat superior in the "Y"university to those of the "K" university, particularly as regard general campus and dormitory conditions. d. The high degree of dissatisfaction with the faculty, found in both universities, was considered to be a consequence of the universal phenomenon of "brain drain" and the relative neglect of the "comprehensive approach"in education.

양호겸직교사의 학교보건간호 업무활동에 관한 조사연구 (A Study of School Health Nursing Activity Performed Teachers Holding Additonal school Health)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for the development of school health nursing activities by surveying realities of school health nursing activities in schools lacking in a school nurse performed by teachers holding additional school health. The subjects for the study was selected from teachers holding additional school health who participated in the annual training course for teachers holding additional school health in 1988 organized by Province Education Council. 105 teachers holding additonal school health from Kyung-gi Province, 85 from Chung-buk province, 50 from Chun-buk Province, answered the questionaire. The results can be epitomized as follows. 1. General characteristics of Teachers Holding Additional School Health. The majority of the subjects are female (94.3%) and 64.1% of the subjects are in their twenties, 79.5% of them graduated from four-year teacher's college, 54.5% of them are unmarried, 74.5% has less than one-year experience as a teacher holding additional school health. 2. General characteristics of schools 92.4% of schools are national, of public schools, and 91.9% are located in country, elementary schools are 64%, junior high schools are 35.4%. The annual school nursing budget is unknow to 89.2% of them. The school nursing organization is non- existent to 85.6%. 82.4% of the school nursing clinics occupy their place solely, or jointly. 3. Status of School Health Nursing Activities In the questionaire, School Health Nursing Activities arc divided into Health Program planning and Evaluation (4 items), Clinic Management (4 items), Health Education (4 items), Management of School Environment 98 items), Operating of School Health Organization (1 item) and Health Care Service (25 items). The answers to each item measured by the Likert-type scale reveals that in the activities of techcrs holding additional school health the practice rate in Management of School Environment is 55%, 47% in Health Education, 45% in Health Program Planning and Evaluation, 32% in Health Care Service, 27% in Operating of School Health Organization, and 27% in Clinic Management. 4. The Relation between Influencing variables and School Health Nursing Activities. The results are as follows. (1) Health Program Planning and Evaluation: religion, marital status ($P<0.05^{**}$) (2) Clinic Management: age, school health organization ($P<0.05^{**}$) (3) Health Education: age ($P<0.01^*$), religion ($P<0.05^{**}$), business except for school nursing ($P<0.05^{**}$), form of operation ($P<0.05^{**}$), the number of clinic client a month ($P<0.05^{**}$). (4) Management of School Health Environment: age, marital status, business except for school nursing ($P<0.05^{**}$), presence of the annual school health nursing budget ($P<0.01^*$), school health organization ($P<0.05^{**}$). (5) Operating of School Health Organization: There is a statistical significance in Education, Interest in School Nursing ($P<0.05^{**}$). 5. The Regional Relationship of School Health Nursing Activity. There is a statistically significal difference in Health Education ($P<0.05^{**}$) and Health Care Service ($P<0.01^*$) of elementary school located in Kyung-gi, Chung-buk, Chun-buk Province. There is a statistically significant difference Health Program Planning and Evaluation of junior high Schools located in Kyung-gi, Chung-buk, Province ($P<0.05^{**}$). 6. The Correlation in School Health Nursing Activities. The analysis of the correlation in the 6 fields of school Health Nursng Activities shows that there is a statistically significant difference between Clinic Management and health Education, Clinic Management and Operating of School Health Organization, and between management of School Environment and operating of School Health Organization ($P<0.05^{**}$). The conclusions are as follows The 40.5 percent of schools should arrange nurse teachers by regulation 38, relative to the application of the Law of Education. But, in reality, teachers who have nothing to do with nursing, hold school health as an additional job. And it is very difficult to expect the qualititive health management of school faculty and students. In the 85.6 percent of schools, there is no organization for school health. And also, persons in charge of pracitcal affairs perform the school health activity without any knowledge about annual school health nursing budget. In the school health nursing activity of teacheres holding additional school health, operating of school, health organization and clinic management are the most difficult to get the cooperation from the persons relate to school and communities. There are a lot of problems in performing the school health nursing activity without any disposition of school health teachers, therefore, it is necessary to supplement school health teachers who had a professional training in order to make efficient the school health nursing management for children who are about to attend a school.

골프장 이용자 선호도 평가지표 개발 (A Study on Development of Evaluation Indicator for Golf Course User's Preference)

  • 본 연구는 골프장의 경기력과 운영관리 향상을 위한 평가지표들을 개발하고자 수행되었으며, 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 이론연구 및 전문가 예비설문을 통해 가정된 골프장 조성 및 운영관리 15개 중간평가지표, 55개 하위평가지표 체계가 성립되지 않고 최종적으로 환경친화성, 회원서비스 수준, 진행원의 인적서비스 수준, 코스의 난이도, 코스관리수준, 운영관리 공정성, 접근성 및 입지성, 클럽의 전통성 및 클럽의 분위기, 코스의 우수성, 코스레이아웃 등 10개의 중가 평가지표 및 52개 하위평가지표로 재구성되었다. 골프장 이용자 선호도 평가지표의 중요도 결정요인을 분석한 결과, 코스의 관리수준, 포스의 우수성, 진행원의 인적서비스 수준, 코스레이아웃, 환경친화성 순으로 기여도가 높게 나타났다. 골프장 평가지표의 경로계수를 파악한 결과, 코스레이아웃 부문에서는 홀의 굴곡과 코스길이의 순으로 인과효과의 크기가 나타났다. 코스의 우수성에는 토너멘트 진행시설, 다양한 샷 밸류(shot value)의 순으로, 운영관리 공정성에는 대기의 편리성, 예약의 공정한 배정 등의 순으로 인과관계가 높게 나타났다. 클럽의 전통성 부분은 골프코스의 역사 및 환경적 특성, 지역의 역사문화가, 접근성 및 입지성과 관련해서는 지리적 조건이, 환경친화성에서는 농약 및 비료유출량, 수질오염 등이, 회원서비스 수준에서는 회원혜택과 직원의 친절한 응대 등이 상대적으로 인과효과의 크기가 높은 지표로 나타났다. 경기진행원의 인적서비스 수준 분야에서는 경기진행원의 친절한 응대, 경기진행원의 전문지식 정도가, 코스의 난이도 부분은 티잉 에어리어(Terming area)의 위치, 오비(Out of Bounds: OB) 및 해저드(Hazard) 말뚝 위치의 순으로 코스의 관리수준에는 러프상태 및 장애물 관리상태 등이 상대적으로 인과효과가 높았던 지표들로 나타났다. 향후 보다 세부적인 평가지표들을 도출하는 후속연구를 통해 골프장 이용자 선호도 평가지표 체계 모델을 완성하고, 국내외 골프장을 대상으로 평가지표들을 현장 적용하고 검증해 보는 과정이 뒷받침될 필요가 있다.

근·현대 나전도안과 공예품의 수급(需給)형태 - 중요무형문화재 제10호 나전장 송방웅 소장 나전도안을 중심으로 - (Patterns of Mother-of-Pearl Craftwork Sketches and the Way of Supply and Demand of the Works in Modern and Contemporary Times)

  • 나전도안은 작품을 완성하는 데 필요한 모든 공정이 들어있는 것으로 기물의 종류와 형태, 크기, 장석과 나전 문양에 대한 내용이 포함되어 있다. 또 일부는 제작시기와 제작자를 비롯하여 작품 제작을 주문한 수요자에 대한 정보가 남아 있다. 본고에서는 송방웅(중요무형문화재 제10호 나전장) 소장 나전도안 도안 1,700여 점을 중심으로 일제강점기부터 현재에 이르는 기간 동안 시대별로 유행했던 문양과 기물, 그리고 수요자와 수급형태에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 도안의 대표적인 문양으로는 화조, 사군자, 문화재, 풍속인물, 수복자, 산수 등이 있다. 문양도안은 시대에 따라 변화하는데 근대를 대표하는 일제강점기에는 일본에 의해 작품제작과 수급이 통제되었던 배경과 맞물려 일본의 취향을 따른 문양 도안이 많다. 수요층도 일본인을 중심으로 일본과 친분이 있는 계층이 주를 이루었던 것으로 보인다. 도안의 중요성에 대한 인식도 시대적인 정황과 관계된 것으로 보이는데, 송주안이 일본에 거주하였던 시기와 남아있는 도안 중 가장 이른 것의 시대가 일치하는 것으로 보아 일찍이 공예 도안연구가 활성화되었던 일본의 영향을 받았던 것으로 추정된다. 그러나 일본과는 소재, 제작방식, 수급체제가 달랐던 만큼 일본과 한국의 도안에는 큰 차이가 있다. 해방 이후 현대로 접어든 1950년대에는 6.25 전쟁 이후 미군이 새로운 수요층으로 출현하여 이들이 선호하였던 소품을 장식하기 위한 한국적인 문양도안이 주를 이루게 된다. 1960년대 후반부터 1970년대까지는 외국산 자개가 수입되고 사용량이 증가하면서 도안의 크기와 내용, 종류가 다양해지며 조각법, 부식법 등의 새로운 기법도 등장하게 된다. 1970년대에는 경제성장과 맞물려 나전공예품에 대한 관심과 인기가 높았기 때문에 수요층이 다양하였다. 나전공예품은 전적으로 주문에 의해 생산되었는데, 수요층은 각종 단체와 가구 중개상, 그리고 개인으로 분류된다. 이 시기의 수요층 가운데 주목되는 것은 도안에 '부산 좌천동'과 '점촌'으로 표기된 가구 중개상과 개인 수요자인 '진범모친'이다. 부산 좌천동은 1970년대 자개골목으로 유명했던 곳으로 이곳의 상인들은 통영으로부터 다양한 종류의 나전공예품을 납품받아 재판매하였으며, 점촌은 문경의 탄광촌으로 이곳의 "김씨"가 광부들을 상대하던 접대부를 상대로 통영에서 만들어진 나전공예품을 조달하였다. 진범모친은 나전공예품을 소유하기 위해 개인들이 모여 만든 계의 대표로서 부산 대신동에 살았으며 통영에 삼층장을 비롯한 각종 나전공예품을 주문하였다. 1980년대에는 아파트 문화의 정착으로 붙박이장과 거실장, 주방기구, 소파 등 새로운 양식의 가구가 사용되면서 자개장의 입지가 크게 좁아졌다. 한때 통영에서는 끊음질이 크게 유행하여 나전공예품 제작이 활성화되는 듯하였으나 1980년대 말 이후, 사회 전반적으로 나전공예에 대한 선호도가 떨어져 수요자가 감소하였고, 이에 따라 나전 작품의 제작도 자연스럽게 줄어들게 되었다. 현재는 몇몇 장인들에 의해 명맥만이 유지되고 있다.

미용사의 직무만족도와 직업관 (Beauty Shop Workers' Views of Job)

  • This study was conducted to examine beauty shop workers' views of job. Data were collected from the workers in Seoul, Daegu, Pohang, Junjoo, and Kimhae from June 1, 2000 to August 31, 2000. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. According to general characteristics of the subjects, 28,7% of them was female; 94.2% 'specialized in hair'; 46.4% 'below twenty nine years old'; 47.1% 'married'; 59.7% 'highschool graduate'; 33.9% 'worked for below three years'; 28.5% 'monthly income of five hundred thousand to nine hundred ninety thousand won'; 62.3% 'working for above twelve hours a day' ; 41.0% 'above five workers' ; 40.6% 'working in city'. 2. 54.8% of the respondents thought that they were in good health. 76.3% of them smoked and 54.8% drank. 62.8% of them did not exercise and 78.7% was under stress. 61.5% responded that they chose the job because of its possibility of professional vocation. 91.0% of them obtained the beauty skill from beauty schools. 3. Among the factors which influenced job satisfaction, 'stable job and life security' was highest(43.9%), while 'interest in the job and amount of pay' was lowest(3.2%). 'Personal ability and use of originality' was 19.4% and 'harmonious relationship with fellow workers' was 18.1%. 'Job environment' was 7.1% and 'harmonious relationship with higher workers' was 4.5%. 4. The level workers' view of job was $113.8{\pm}17.3$ points on the basis of 150 points. On the basis of 75 points, each item showed it points in order of self-development($22.3{\pm}3.8$), service for customers($20.1{\pm}3.1$), vocational mission($15.6{\pm}3.1$), harmony with the others($18.9{\pm}3.5$), working environment($18.6{\pm}3.6$), and working condition($14.3{\pm}5.1$). 5. Among the reasons why they considered leaving the job, 24.0% of them considered it because they could not free time, while 15.4% considered it because undesirable living environment or long distance from home. 15.0% thought it because they could not receive proper treatment as much as they worked and 12.8% thought they overworked. 6. When they move into new working places, they consider such factors as good working environment(24.1%), good place to open their own beauty shops(16.7%), good beauty shop to learn beauty skill(15.6%), chance to have job training(9.5%), and close place from home(9.0%). 7. 40.6% of the respondents wanted to leave the job, while 32.3% of them did not want to leave the job. The intention of leaving the displayed significant difference in the variables of age, working period, monthly income, marital status, the number of workers, location of the shop, rank, and reason of selecting the job. 8. According to the results of a regression analysis of factors which influenced job satisfaction, it was affected significantly by intention of leaving job, the number of workers, health condition, level of stress, and monthly income. The beauty shop workers showed low satisfaction level with working environment, working condition, and working mission, They considered leaving the job because of lack of free time, overwork, poor working environment, improper treatment, etc. Therefore, related professionals and organizations must device adequate measures in order to make them work with pride as creators of beauty.

일부 도시지역 주민의 약물 장기복용에 관한 사회의학적 연구 (A Study on the Long-Term Use of Drugs Among Some Urban Residents)

  • One of the familiar medical facility that most people reach easily in Korea is the drug store. In Korea, it is possible to purchase all kinds of common drugs without physician's prescriptions, which caused some problems. In other words, such treatment without professional supervision has led to medical, social and economical problems. In view of the above, this study is aimed at revealing the actual status of long-term use of drugs in some urban residents. Long-term use of drugs is operationally defined as using certain drugs at least once a week for more than 3 months. This survey took the residents of Guro 6-Dong where was one of the target areas for Community Health Development Project managed by Korea University as a target population. A sample of 1,517 residents was selected by the multistage sampling method. The interview was conducted on September 21st and 22nd in 1985. The object of this study was to compare the result with that of the rural area which was obtained by the same method, tools and research team, prior to this study in 1984. The results were as follows; 1) The age-standardization of the study showed that 97 per 1,000 urban residents were actually on long-term drug use. The prevalance of long-term use is high in accordance with aging and low with education level. 2) Out of 1,000 urban samples the most popular item involved in the long-term drug use was antipyretic-analgesic-antiinflammatory drug (26), and next in order was vitamin (23), antibiotics (13), digestives (10) and antacids (7). In the rural samples as for compare, that was antipyretic-analgesic-antiinflammatory drug (100), antacids (36), digestives (23), adrenocortical hormones (12) etc. 3) With antipyrctic-analgesic-antiinflammatory drugs, 50% of the urban samples were taking for more than a year, whereas such were 82.7% of the rural samples. Using such a high percentage of antipyretic-analgesic-antiinflamatory drugs in the rural residents is probably due to the high prevalence rate of musculo-skeletal diseases. 4) The urban long-term drug users of antipyretic-analgesic-antiinflammatory drugs were influenced mostly by the mass media (43.6%), next in order was pharmacist (35.9%) and physician (10.3%). Comparing with the result from the rural areas the role of mass media was much more influencial in the urban areas. 60% of them consulted with pharmacists, 14.3% with physicians and 25.7% had no history of consultation in the urban samples. 5) Considering the incidence of knowing the possible side-effects of each drug, 28.2% of the urban residents had no recognition about side-effects prior to use antipyretic-analgesic-antiinflammatory drugs. In the rural residents, 29.67o had no knowledge about the side-effects before using the drug. 6) For the solution of the above problems, it is necessary to limit the advertisement of some drugs by the parmaceutical company. And therapeutic drugs which may bring on side effects in case of long-term use should not be sold at drug stores without physician's prescription.

  • 본 연구 목적은 예방접종에 대한 교육홍보 기본 컨셉 도출, 매체 집행전략 개발, 매체시안 개발을 위해 광고전략 조사를 실시하여, 2000년대에 국가예방접종사업의 홍보고안을 위한 효과적인 전략을 제시코자 실시하게 되었다. 연구대상과 방법으로 우리나라 보건소 242개 중 169개 보건소에 종사하는 예방접종 담당자(242명)와 자녀의 예방접종을 위해 보건소에 내소한 보호자(1,193명)를 대상으로 구조화된 우편 설문조사를 실시하여 예방접종에 대한 주관적 중요도, 예방접종 사업에 대한 홍보 경험 및 수단, 예방접종에 대한 지식과 인식, 예방접종 홍보광고 전략개발을 위한 방안을 도출하기 위해 빈도 분석, t-검정, 일원분산분석을 각각 실시하였다. 조사결과로 예방접종 담당자는 예방접종에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 예방접종 사업의 홍보 매체 경험율에 대해서는 예방접종 담당자는 91.3%, 보호자는 70.6%가 경험이 있다고 응답하였고, 일반대중이나 광고 전문인 모두 자주 접할 수 있는 TV, 지역신문, 팜프렛 등의 홍보광고 수단을 경험한 것으로 조사되었다. 예방접종에 대한 지식과 인식에 대한 조사에서는 예방접종 담당자가 예방접종에 대한 전문적인 지식을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 보호자는 예방접종에 대한 필요성과 중요성을 높게 인식하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 예방접종 홍보매체의 선호도에서는 예방접종 담당자가 팜프렛 76.0%, 포스터 44.6% 순으로 나타났고 보호자는 TV 70.5%, 지역신문 39.2% 순으로 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 광고 포스터 색상 선호도 조사에서는 예방접종 담당자가 초록 32.0%, 노랑 19.9% 순이었고, 보호자 역시 초록 29.5% 노랑 22.0% 순으로 나타났다. 광고 스타일 선호도 조사에서는 예방접종 담당자는 유명인사나 연예인이 예방접종으로 인해 일상생활이 활기차고 건강하다는 생활 장면을 보여주는 스타일로 구성해야 함을 알 수 있었다. 캠페인용 슬로건의 선호도 조상에서는 예방접종 담당자와 보호자 모두 긍정적 메시지를 선호하였다. 연구를 통해 예방접종 사업의 중단기 홍보전략에 대한 실행방안 구체화와 비교평가를 통한 가장 효율적인 홍보 방안을 제시하기 위한 연구사업이 필요하며 이를 위해 현실적 대중 요구를 반영한 홍보매체 개발, 홍보전략에 근거한 홍보매체 개발, 매체에 대한 평가연구, 연구방법 및 평가가 요구된다. 또한 교육홍보매체에 활용될 표준매체 제작 및 집행지침의 개발이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 무엇보다도 이러한 사업의 추진을 위해서는 정부 또는 국가 공공기관의 예산 투자, 인력 투입과 활용 등을 통해 국가 예방 접종 사업이 활성화되길 기대한다.

종양전문간호사의 역할규명을 위한 연구 (The Role Behaviors of Oncology Nurse Specialist)

  • The purposes of this study was to identify and propose the expected role of the oncology nurse specialist by embodying role theory to oncology nurse specialist. The subjects of this study were 149 persons in 14 hospitals, who were classified to 4 groups, oncology nurse specialists(ONS) group, head nurses and charge nurses(HN & CN) group in hemato-oncology ward, registered nurses(RN) group in hemato-oncology ward, and hematologists & oncologists(H&O) group. The questionnaire which was consisted of 89 items for role of oncology nurse specialist, was made by researcher with a field study and literature review about role of oncology nurse specialist and verified by matrix delphi technique about content validity and construct validity. The data were collected from October 22, 2002 to November 5, 2002. All 4 groups proposed that ONS should perform an expert practitioner role first of all. But ONS group, RN group and H&O group proposed orderly expert practitioner, educator, researcher, consultant, and administrator & change agent, but HN & CN group did expert practitioner, educator, consultant, researcher, administrator & change agent. Expert practitioner had the most highest necessary degree in all groups and most highest performance degree in ONS group. That was consistent with results that all groups proposed role of expert practitioner at first. 4 items out of 20 items showed the meaningful differences between groups. For role of educator, oncology nurse specialist group proposed necessary degrees over 4.0 point out of 5.0 in all items. 4 items out of 18 items showed the meaningful differences between groups. For role of researcher, 3 nurses groups proposed a high necessary degree, but performance of ONS group was most lowest among 5 roles. 6 items out of 14 items showed the meaningful differences between groups. The role of consultant had high necessary degree in some items related to hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. 2 items out of 17 items showed the meaningful differences between groups. In nursing behaviors of administrator & change agent, those items about enacting principle, cost development and participation of professional academy had a high necessary degree. 4 items out of 18 items showed the meaningful differences between groups. Oncology nurse specialists group performed 5 roles orderly, expert practitioner, consultant, educator, administrator & change agent, researcher. This result was different from expected role of themselves as well as the other groups. There was a different necessary degree between role and embodied nursing behaviors of role. ONS group and RN group proposed orderly educator, researcher, administrator & change agent, expert practitioner, consultant, but the other groups did educator, expert practitioner, researcher, consultant, administrator & change agent. The expected standards of oncology nurse specialist in this study were usually master's degree, total career of 5-7 years, oncology career of 3-5 years and certification. But for the post, qualification and qualification institution, various opinions were suggested. In the conclusion, there was a different necessary degree between role and embodied nursing behaviors of role. All groups proposed expert practitioner at first in abstract role, but educator at first in embodied nursing behaviors of role. So we have to consider this difference carefully in the future research. ONS acted the role of expert practitioner first of all, but we should develope and expand the roles of researcher, and administrator & change agent. We should enact roles by role behaviors induced from mutual agreements in necessary degree and performance degree, and bargain the role behaviors that showed the meaningful differences between groups But, we should consider carefully which group's opinion we have to select. I suggested 36 items out of 89 items, in which ONS proposed necessary degree over 4.0 out of 5.0 and half of them performed as the nursing behaviors of oncology nurse specialist that did not induce role stress. For the future, We should role bargain the role with other groups based on these items.

통합보건지소 운영 평가 (Evaluation on Management of Unified Health Subcenters)

  • 통합보건지소의 운영실태를 조사하고 이를 평가함으로써 지역주민에게 더욱 효율적이고 지역주민의 요구에 부합하는 서비스를 제공하는데 필요한 사업방향을 제시하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 경상북도의 통합보건지소 3개소와 경상남도의 통합보건지소 2개소, 총 5개소의 통합보건지소를 2000년 12월 부터 2001년 1월까지 방문하여 보건지소 통합 전후의 인력, 시설, 장비, 진료 및 보건사업의 내용과 통합운영의 문제점 및 개선방안에 대한 면담을 실시하였다. 조사 대상 통합보건지소의 통합 전후 인력변화는 전체 인력은 6.8명에서 9.6명으로 2.8명 증가하였으며, 근무자 수는 통합보건지소는 6-14명으로 변이가 컸다. 통합 전후의 인력은 의사와 치과의사, 간호인력은 비슷하였고, 임상병리사와 방사선사는 한 명도 근무하지 않다가 3개 통합보건지소에 배치되었다. 보건지소 통합 후 일반진료와 치과진료는 약간 증가하였고, 방사선검사와 물리치료, 임상병리검사는 크게 증가하였다. 보건사업의 변화는 방문보건사업 건수와 이동진료 건수, 보건교육 연인원은 통합 전에 비하여 통합 후에 크게 증가하였으며, 예방접종과 자궁경부암 검진은 비슷하였다. 고혈압과 당뇨병 등록 환자수는 약간 증가하였다. 보건지소 통합 이후에 검사건수가 증가하였으나 서비스의 질은 높아졌다고 보기 어려우나, 방문보건, 이동진료, 보건교육사업은 크게 증가하여 긍정적인 현상으로 보인다. 보건지소 통합의 문제점은 인력간 업무의 내용의 불명확성, 과다하게 넓은 건물의 관리의 어려움, 보강되지 않은 장비, 운영비의 미책정, 보건교육을 위한 전문교육의 부족 등이었다. 향후 통합보건지소 기능 활성화를 위하여 의사, 간호인력 및 행정직을 배치하기 위한 최소배치 기준을 보건지소의 기준과는 별도로 설정하여야 할 것이며, 진료 및 방문서비스의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 기본장비를 확충하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 인력간 업무의 분장을 명확히 하고, 업무관련 가이드라인을 개발하여 제공함으로써 업무의 효율성을 증대시켜야 한다.
