Typical multi-tier client/server architecture includes various and complex objects scattered around the network. Those objects must be clearly identified and designed. Then, their interface must be well-defined so that the integration can be done without major difficulties. This paper presents an application framework to increase reuse and to accomplish architectural simplicity in information systems development. Each component of the architecture is identified and designed. The proposed architecture of the application framework provides the fundamental structure for developing individual functions of an information system. Resulting architectural simplicity achieves effective and efficient maintenance throughout the lifecycle of the information systems. Although the framework aims at the reuse within a project, the productivity of information systems development across projects will be greatly improved eventually. Cases are discussed to evaluate the practicality of the architecture presented.

Although the strategies and experiences of GIS leading countries are considered for the implementation of NGIS-Development in Korea, the western european nations cases are not analysed. Based on this study focused on German approaches to establish and implement the construction of national geospatial data framework. The goals, construction strategies and contexts of german national framework data, it called authoritative topographic-cartographic information system(ATKIS) in germany, are presented in detail. As a result, some lessons are suggested that can be learned by german approaches. Because we are now standing on the phase of "A Second Master Plan for National Geographic Information System", the german approach can be very for the development of the national framework database in Korea.

오늘날 컴퓨터 사용 환경은 사용자 지향형의 RIA(Rich Internet Application)로 발전되고 있다. Flex 프레임워크는 RIA의 대표적 개발 방법으로써 메인프레임과 C/S(Client/Server) 구조의 단점을 극복하였다. 그러나 메모리 관리의 난해함, 바인딩 구조의 복잡함, 컴파일 결과물이 큰 용량을 지니고 있다는 점 등 다양한 문제점을 안고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Flex 플랫폼에서 사용자 지향의 웹 어플리케이션을 신속하고 정확하게 개발할 수 있는 프레임워크를 구현하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. DDX(Dynamic Data eXchange) 프레임워크는 Flex 플랫폼에서 효율적이고 표준화된 개발 환경을 제시한다. 다양한 업무 분야에서 적용할 수 있는 확장성을 갖춘 라이브러리를 활용하여 성능 향상과 개발 생산성을 증대시켜 안정적인 시스템을 구축할 수 있도록 한다.

Missile system. which requires high speed/high maneuverability is getting more important as a defensive weapon system. Integrated design environment which includes all related resources during the missile development process, is a very useful development tool, Therefor the design framework can perform the operation analysis and utilize design information for the efficient missile design. For this purpose, various analysis computer codes under heterogeneous platforms and operating systems, the database, the optimization module, and Ideas a commercial CAD are integrated using distributed. middleware. and the complicated GUI design has been made for the specific missile system design. Under the various constraint, maximize missile range and loadfactor with missile design computer framework.

In this age of convergence, a combinative nature of innovation is in need of revisiting. The innovation based on combination is named "combinative innovation" and defined operationally as the innovation that combines different modes of combinations. Five modes are characterized and the framework is applied to the case of CDMA mobile phone development of Samsung Electronics Company in the 1990s. The case study demonstrates the usefulness of the framework and the future direction of further elaboration of the framework.

Throughout the six decades evolution of the public diplomacy concept, international relations approaches have remained at the margins of the field. An important international relations theory that has been virtually non-existent in the public diplomacy literature is the English School of international relations. This theory has been the centerpiece of literature in diplomatic studies, but curiously, has not been applied to public diplomacy. In this editorial, I outline a public diplomacy framework for global governance issues that builds on the English School and Pamment's framework on the intersection of international development and public diplomacy.

In this study we examine Taiwan's overall performance in accordance with sustainable construction by developing an appraisal indicator framework. The framework consists of five layers, from bottom to top: the indicator; the indicator category; the core cluster; the theme; and the overall performance. The procedure for the development of a sustainable construction indicator system is outlined. Finally, a framework consists of 3 themes, 10 core clusters, and 33 indicator categories are established. Following the established framework, 67 proper indicators are selected for each category in the framework, and data of the 53 indicators are collected respectively from a nation's statistical databank in Taiwan. Sustainable construction index aggregated step-by-step from the indicators, the indicator categories, the core clusters and the themes is computed to assess Taiwan's progress in sustainable construction. The preliminary results and the discussion are reported.

Analyze the Android game framework that can be apply to the Application development of new areas and suggest Document-View pattern of a design pattern, design that this applies the Android framework(DVAGF) for novice Game programming learner. Case of Snake game development through DVAGF is supporting modularity of the code, reusability and expandability that seems that the learners can easily understand the game programming basic structure. In addition, the Android framework (DVAGF) seems to provide a basis that can be easily extended to 2D and 3D games.

This paper proposes an object-oriented software development guidance and an evaluation index for the productivity related to Seam Framework. 본 논문은 분산 시스템 기반에서 경량급 프레임워크의 간단한 개발 주기를 지원하며 분산 처리가 가능한 IPO(Input-Process-Output) 모델 기반의 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안 프레임워크는 입력 함수, 처리 함수, 출력 함수를 가진 클래스를 개발하면 분산 시스템의 표현 계층과 중간 계층에서 하나의 응용 프로그램으로 실행되도록 지원해준다. 또한 이 기법의 특징으로 응용 프로그램 개발시 분산 시스템 의존적인 부분을 제거하며, 개발-구축-배치-검증의 개발 주기를 개발-검증 주기로 감소시킨다. 이 기법의 생산성 향상과 성능 검증하기 위해 기존의 분산 시스템과 경량급 프레임워크의 응용 프로그램을 제안 기법의 응용 프로그램과 비교 분석한다. 그 결과 상당한 코드 감소와 분산 시스템 의존적인 부분이 감소하여 개발 생산성을 향상시키고 경량급 시스템에 비해 상대적으로 안전적인 성능을 보인다.
