Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review the academic development of school health system and projects implemented in Korea since 1945. Methods: This study analyzed and reviewed literatures to find out the process of the development of school health system and projects implemented in Korea. Results: The history of school health in Korea since 1945 could be divided into three periods according to the development of school health system and projects; countermeasure period (1945-1969), support period (1970-1999), and innovation period (2000~). The major school health system and projects were focused on the health screening and prevention, health management and support, and health promotion for each period. Conclusion: School health system in Korea has been set successfully due to school health law(1967) and school meal law(1981), and various countermeasure, support, and innovation projects had implemented during last 60 years.

In the guided missile and unmanned vehicle system, the navigation system is one of the most important components. Recently, low-cost effective smart projectiles and guided bomb are being developed using MEMS based navigation system which has high-G, low-cost and small size. In this paper, locally developed MEMS based GPS/INS integrated navigation system will be introduced in comparison with the state of the art of MEMS based navigation system. And technical design and development method is described to satisfy the required performance of GPS receiver, MEMS inertial sensor assembly, navigation computer and software.

RAM study has been used for various range of industry such as chemical, electronics, defense industry. Recently, in the offshore & shipbuilding industry, demand of owners to analysis risk has been increased. RAM study is a quantitative pointer to risk based design and provides effective method for improvements. This article shows the result of RAM study for LNG fuel supply system. The result provides information to improve design. This study shows how result of risk assessment affects the design of LNG fuel supply system.

Future sub-meter resolution LEO missions require simultaneous dual-polarization downlink and/or multiple channel downlinks in single polarization. Especially, dual-polarization is needed to cope with bandwidth limitation due to high speed data transmission. Current KARI 13m X-Band antenna system needs to be upgraded to cope with such downlink schemes. This paper describes brief discussions on engineering work regarding how to meet the new requirements with minimum impact on current system as well as C&M (Control and Monitoring) software.

In this paper, we introduce the software and hardware of the measurement system for on-line testing and evaluation of high speed railway. The test items focus on the verification of the performance and acquirement of the technical data of the high speed railway system. The software controls the hardware of the measurement system, perform the analysis and calculation of measurement data and acts as interface between users and the system hardware. For this purpose, three programs a measuring program, a monitoring program and post-processing program are developed. The detailed test scenario is in the process of development to closely follow the process of development and design of the system.

Today the tastes of consumers change rapidly and the kinds of the products become diverse. Therefore the product life cycle becomes shorter and shorter. Moreover the save of resources and the recycling for the environmental preservation are the essential theme. On this the necessary information for the product development increases enormously. For the right use of the information the design process should be supported by the proper design tool. For this the 'design catalogue system for recycling' is suggested here. This system consists of four parts, that is, 'the existing automobile system database', 'working principle database', 'assessment system of the ease of disassembly' and 'one's own product development database'. By the use of this system the product development period could be reduced about $30\%$ drastically.

There is an increase in the need of an unified manual for library signage system, due to recent increase in library construction or remodeling. This paper, therefore, can be a basic research to develop library signage system manual. Based on an anual released from KLA and the sum of opinions of expert groups, this research proposes a concrete list of contents for library signage system manual as follows. First, there is a need of theoretical basis of library signage system. Second, for the actual practices of signage system, planning, check list, and standard terms shall be necessary.

This paper introduces the result of a 3D climbing navigation system development which is based on PDA. In the visual viewpoint, this system is better than conventional systems that were developed 2D based. In addition, the proposed system was developed so that it could become compatible with these systems. In this paper, we will illustrate as the functional viewpoint than technical description about the system development.

The great development of semiconductor industry demands the high efficiency and performance of related device, but the pick and place system of semiconductor packaging device can load a few units until nowdays. Although the system can load a lot of units, it can work multiple sort operation. The defect like that causes a low efficiency. Therefore, this paper represents the development of pick and place system which can work multiple sort operation.

Today, manufacturing market is highly competitive due to more complex and variable products, shorter delivery lead times, intensified product development rate, customers's increasing concern about quality, durability, maintainability, safety and environmental performance. To survive this environment, development of the automated design system is needed using AutoCAD. This paper represents a computer aided design system for watergate by using AutoCAD R2000 system and its Visual LISP computer language. The developed system ultimately generates the design for water gate through AutoCAD.
