This study was carried out to set up the effective development strategy for resources industry of Chungnam Province. Data were gathered from relevant organizations and several times of brain storming was conducted by specialists in the field of animal science. The results obtained were as follows; 1) It was found by SWOT analysis that pig, cow, poultry, pets and selected fishes were desirable items as promising animal resources(Table 9). 2) According to the road map of animal resources industry for Chungnam Province, the principles and strategies were needed for the implementation of the industry(Fig. 3). 3) It was recommended that each city and county should develop their major animal resources industry(Fig. 4). 4) For synergy effect of development strategy as animal resources industry, networking among universities, industries, and government organizations, etc. is needed.

This study is to suggest a strategy and trend of products development by major construction companies to form a trend and to set the trend in housing market through investigation about brand image campaign for TV ad, individual design items, result of products development and special plans. It is the strategy for products development of construction companies surveyed to be divided into five kinds. First, the change from in the unit to outside. Second, centralization of design powers about products development through submit and the wining of a prize in the domestic & foreign design fair to publicize a excellent quality in a roundabout way. Third, reinforcement of service for support the habitability and design manual for secure uniform quality. Forth, investment in the environment-friendly housing and new recycling energy. Fifth, reinforcement of organizational power for improving production capability.

The great strategy of China has been changing depending on the time, change of surrounding environment and personality of leaders of the time. However, the process of the change was not the drastic change but has maintained the consistency through the course of modification and development. The great strategy of Mao Ze-dong was to have the objective in 'World Great Nation' with the facilitation of the 'Surpass Strategy' and 'Autonomy, Independence and Alliance strategy' to successfully build up the political great nation, but he entrapped China's politics and economy into the point of no return by excessive war preparation under 'The Principle of Inevitable World War', striving of rapid communism and other policies. The Deng Xiao-ping era also targeted for ‘World Great Nation’ but, unlike Mao Ze-dong, he had the foundation in the 'The Principle of Evitable World War' and undertook the ‘Peace and Development Strategy’ and ‘Peaceful Coexistence' to build up the advantageous surrounding environment for China to focus on the economic construction as the core of the nation by establishing ‘The Reform and Opening Strategy’ and 'Three-step Development Strategy‘ to have the successful soft landing of the Chinese economy with the astonishing economic development. The system of leader's group of China after Deng Xiao-ping succeeded the practical and realistic spirit of Deng Xia-ping, and based on the drastically grown economic strength, the great strategy of China is on the ‘The Great Reinvigoration of Chinese Nation’. This is one step further from the strategy of 'World Great Nation' of the past that it embraces all the minority races in China, Chinese economic sphere, foreign citizens of Chinese origin as well as Chinese residing abroad. China contemplates the time of making 'The Great Reinvigoration of Chinese Nation’ in 2050, 100 anniversary of the birth of new China.

본 연구는 벤처기업의 제품개발 전략 실행과 제품개발 성과간의 관계에서 제품 혁신성의 매개효과를 검토하고 있다. 벤처기업의 제품개발과 관련된 기존 연구들은 주로 벤처기업의 기술력에 초점을 맞추어 보유한 기술 수준과 연구개발 투자가 어떻게 제품개발 성과를 증대시키는 지에 주목하고 있으며, 최근 연구들은 조직수준에 형성된 기업가정신이 제품개발 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 논의하고 있다. 비록 벤처기업의 제품개발과 관련된 많은 중요한 논의들이 형성되어 있지만, 제품개발 전략을 실행하기 위한 연구개발 기능 분화가 어떻게 이루어져야 제품개발 성과가 높은지에 대한 논의는 부족하며, 조직수준에 형성된 기업가정신이 어떠한 과정을 거쳐 제품개발 성과를 달성하게 하는지에 대한 설명 또한 부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 한국의 벤처기업을 대상으로 조사한 설문조사 자료를 이용하여, 벤처기업의 연구개발 기능 분화로 나타난 연구개발 부서의 존재와 벤처기업에 형성된 기업가적 지향성이 제품개발 성과에 미치는 정(+)의 효과를 살펴보았으며, Day & Wensley(1988) 모형을 적용하여, 제품개발 전략 실행과 제품개발 성과간의 관계를 제품 혁신성이 매개하는 지를 확인하였다. 한국의 중소 벤처기업을 대상으로 수집한 703개 자료를 분석한 결과, 연구개발 부서의 기능 분화 및 기업가적 지향성 수준과 같은 제품개발 전략 실행이 제품 혁신성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 제품 혁신성은 제품개발 전략 실행이 제품개발 성과에 미치는 영향을 대체로 매개하여 성과로 연계되는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 기존제품 개발의 경우, 연구개발 부서를 통한 제품개발 전략실행이 제품 혁신성을 높여 제품개발 성과를 높이는 것으로 나타났으며, 신제품개발의 경우 기업가적 지향성이 제품 혁신성을 높여 제품개발 성과를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 벤처기업의 제품개발 전략 실행과 제품개발 성과에 관심을 가진 연구자들과 제품개발 전략이 제품개발 성과로 나타나는 과정을 파악하고자 하는 실무자들에게 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

본 연구는 중국해군이 진행 중인 공세적 서해 진출 전략을 목표, 방법, 수단 차원에서 분석하여 우리해군의 대응전략 발전방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석결과 중국해군의 공세적 서해 진출전략은 목표 차원에서 미-중 경쟁 간 해양권익 수호 및 해양강국을 달성하기 위한 대전략과 연계하여 진행 중 있으며, 방법 차원에서 평상시 '진입 일상화'와 '관할권 행사'를 통해 국제사회가 서해를 중국의 내해(內海)로 인식하는 기반을 조성하며, 유사시는 항모전단의 압도적 선제공격 능력을 바탕으로 우리나라의 해양교통로를 차단하여 단시간 내 서해 해양통제권 확보를 시도할 것이라 예측된다. 수단 차원에서 항모전단 건설 가속화 및 원거리 미사일 교전능력을 향상시키고 있다. 이에 대응하는 한국해군 대응전략 발전방향으로 첫째 한국형 인도-태평양 전략과 연계한 국가 해양안보전략 수립 및 발전, 둘째 서해 중간선 이동(以東) 해역에 대한 효과적이 경비작전 개념 발전, 셋째 생존성과 치명성 강화를 위한 전투 수행개념 발전 및 능력 구축을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 최근 들어 새로운 소프트웨어의 유통방식으로 이슈가 되고 있는 ASP/SaaS 산업현황과 비즈니스 모델의 개발전략에 대하여 기술한다. 먼저 ASP/SaaS 산업현황에서는 ASP의 진화개념으로서의 SaaS에 대하여 정의하고, ASP/SaaS 사업자와 이용자의 현황에 초점을 맞추어서 기술하기로 한다. 그리고 최신 IT 기술발전에 대응할 수 있는 ASP/SaaS 비즈니스 개발 전략을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 비즈니스 개발 전략은 ASP/SaaS 사업자들이 향후 비즈니스 시장에 새롭게 진출하거나 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 가이드라인으로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

This paper articulates the STI strategy development principles and methodologies that have been elaborated through iterative processes of STI strategy development cases for the past ten years. The consultation cases include poverty traps in Nepal and Laos, African health challenges in Nigeria and Tanzania, and ASEAN global challenges in Indonesian Water, Vietnamese Green Energy, and Filipino Food, in partnership with some multilateral agencies.The iterative elaboration process has continued with consultation activities on Thailand and on Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar in planning partnership with Thailand. The principles were originally conceptualized from the benchmarking process of the Korean STI development experience. They were further incorporated as methodologies with which relevant planning bodies are guided to address individual and regional challenges through science, technology and innovation strategies. The methodologies are strong in providing plausible holistic perspective scenarios by which various stakeholders can be engaged in the planning and implementation process. But it is heuristic in nature and can be learned only through on-the-job training process. This is the structural limitation for scaling up.

Purpose: This study was attempted and completed in order to settle down and qualitatively improve web-based nursing education by evaluating effect and managing strategy of tutor. Method: The development of tutor's managing strategy was based on "The Self-regulated Learning" and "The supportive Learning", then it was applied to 79 learners in one of the cyber-learning centers. After applying the tutor's managing strategy, self-regulated learning scale, attitude for school, preference for computer and academic achievement were evaluated. The development of tutor's managing strategy for web-based nursing education are consisted of participation promotion, psychological support and motivation, recognition and promotion strategy of learning activity, management strategy of evaluating stage. Result: The levels of learner's self-regulated learning, recognition, behavior, attitude on the school and learning achievement were meaningfully increased in statistics after applying for the managing strategy of tutor. The motivation level and learning participation kept high scores from the beginning with no significant statistical changes. Conclusion: It is required to develop an educational program for cultivating well-educated tutors in order to help the effective learning process of nurses based on understanding characteristics of learners.

PURPOSES : This study suggests the application of glow line marking technology for reducing traffic accidents at nighttime. METHODS : In this study, using a statistical analysis, we analyzed the characteristics of traffic accidents occurring at nighttime. Next, the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat (SWOT) factors were derived based on a current-status analysis of glow line marking technology and road environments. An SO strategy, ST strategy, WO strategy, and WT strategy were established in accordance with the four SWOT factors. RESULTS : This study suggests that the following strategies should be promoted to apply glow line marking technology to a road environment: 1) an activation strategy for the technological development of glow line markings for a new paradigm in reducing traffic accidents, 2) a benefit enhancement strategy applying glow line marking technology in places where nighttime traffic accidents frequently occur, 3) a strategy for the expansion of glow line marking by replacing streetlights, and 4) a strategy for enhancing road applications through the development of various line marking methods in consideration of both performance and costs. CONCLUSIONS : The application of glow line markings in a road environment can contribute to a reduction of traffic accidents at nighttime, and aid energy savings from the replacement of streetlights.
