미래 유망연구 및 기술과제의 선정을 위한 방법론의 개발과 이를 통한 구체적인 아이템 선정을 위한 연구가 추진되고 있다. 본 논문은 과학기술연구분야의 미래 유망분야를 선정하기 위한 조사로 과학계량학이라는 객관적인 지표를 이용한다. 스커퍼스(Scopus)라는 과학기술정보 데이터베이스를 이용하여 건설교통분야의 고인용 및 클러스터링 정보분석을 수행한다. 정보분석을 통하여 각 국가간의 기술동향을 비교하고, 건설교통분야의 유망연구 영역을 선정하였다.

This study examines empirically the characteristics of agricultural corporations in terms of their market and technology environment and the efficiency of the governmental support to the firms. Also the study analyzes the moderating effect of the environmental characteristics on the relationship between governmental supports and firm performance based on the concept of balanced performance. Test results show that firm tend to evaluate favorably their technology and market competitiveness of product quality and price and to require tools for reaction to changes of customer needs and technology or competing products and external corporation that is necessary for long-term technological competitiveness. As for governmental support, strategic support and service is much more appreciated than direct individual supporting item. Agricultural corporations with unfavorable market environment evaluate relatively high on their balanced performance. Correlations of balanced performance factors and technology environmental factors show all positive statistical significance. The moderating effect of the environmental characteristics on the relationship between governmental support and balanced performance can be interpreted that the support is provided without considering environmental aspect and based only on financial performance and as a result not to be satisfied by agricultural corporations with technological competitiveness.

전통공연예술단체의 발전요소에 따른 지원효과에 미치는 영향 연구를 위해 문화체육관광부 전통공연예술진흥재단에서 지원받은 경험이 있는 267명의 표본을 추출하여 기술통계방법과 다변량통계분석 실시하였다. 연구 변수에 대한 특성을 파악하기 위해 평균, 표준편차 등을 산출하여 항목-전체 영향관계를 측정하였다. 문항 간 내적일관성을 나타내는 크론바하알파 계수를 이용하여 0.7이상으로 나타나 측정도구에 대한 신뢰도는 양호하였다. 가설인 전통공연예술단체의 발전요소가 지원효과에 유의한 영향 관계를 보이는가를 알아보기 위해 대 가설 1개를 중심으로 소 가설을 4개로 설정하고 분석하여 설정한 가설은 유의한 영향요소가 있음으로 채택하였다. 하지만 전통공연예술단체의 선행 연구가 부족한 분야로 향후 후속연구가 활발히 이루어져 이론적 체계화는 물론 현업에서도 성과가 도출되기를 기대한다.

In order to have better understanding of the concept and meaning of soundscape, it is very important to consider entirely the objectives, activities, historical development processes and accomplishments of world soundscape project leading by R. Murray Schafer. Therefore, the ultimate purpose of this study is to inquire into the concrete development processes and practical activities of the soundscape in order to correspond to Schafer's conception of a tuning of the world. The establishment of WSP is based on noise pollution, listening attitudes and noisy music. Schafer formulated 5 types of item as a target, and wrote down concrete activities to achieve the goals. Especially, he devised the conceptual, educational, political and social strategies as the practical strategies of WSP. It is obtained various products by the activities of WSP from the planning starting year in 1969 to the stagnation period in 1979. That is, there are the social survey on noise-vancouver 1969, the book of noise, Okeanos, a study of community noise by-laws in canada 1972, the music of the environment, the vancouver soundscape, european sound diary, five village soundscapes, handbook for acoustic ecology and so on. The research activities of WSP arouse inspiration in many people interested in sound. Specially, it is emphasized the importance of increasing for their social roles in order to more actively improve and create the quality of sound environment. Also, it shows us the directions on how to lead our furture sound.

The purpose of the study was to develop an environmental cyber inservice education program for middle school teacher. The blended environmental cyber inservice education program was developed, through reviewing literatures, analyzing domestic and foreign's environmental inservice education programs and e-Learning contents, and experts conference. And, Pragram validity was evaluated by environmental education experts. Program development stage was confirmed five stage: (1) foundational analysis, (2) planning, (3) design, (4) production, and (5) evaluation. The developed contents for middle school teachers were consisted of 3 domains: (1) Foundation of Environmental Education, (2) Understanding about Environment, (3) Strategy for School Environmental Education. The contents of each sessions were selected considering synthetically objectives, themes and components of environmental education and structured of 62 hours Course totally. Developed program evaluated by 8 environmental education experts according to 10 evaluation item of total contents and contents development structure. In result, it evaluated comparatively high score. Based on the results, some recommendations were suggested.

In common works to use commercial CAM system to generate tool path, some decision making process is required to produce optimal result of CAM systems, The paper proposes a methodology for computer-assisted tool selection procedures for various cutting type, such as rough, semi-rough and finish cuts. The system provides assist-tool-items for machining of design model part of injection meld die by analyzing sliced CAD model of die cavity and core. Also, the generating NC-code of the tool size is used to calculate machining time. The system is developed with commercial CAM using API. This module will be used for optimization of tool selection and planning process.

This paper develops a process monitoring system for real-time process control. The practical case is studied on a small and medium marine equipment company. For business process reengineering of the company, we adopt an approach based on information engineering methodology, which consists of four stages : planning, analysis, design, and implementation. The system is developed for Client/Server environment. We discuss the constructing of hardware system for real-time process control at low cost. The developed system is composed of interrelated modules for item master and BOM management, process control, facility management, SQC and work report.

국가연구개발사업은 국가연구개발사업의 관리 등에 대한 규정 제17조에 의거하여 연구개발결과를 활용하는데 그 목적을 가진다. 그러나, 사실상 최근 국가연구개발사업을 통해 개발된 연구기술들은 특허 등의 라이선스를 획득하고 기술이전을 통해 사업화로 이어지는 사례가 매우 미미하다. 실제로 2005년 산업자원부의 조사에 따르면, 국가연구개발사업의 사업화 성공률은 평균 31.4%로 선진국의 1/2에도 못 미치는 수준이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 국가연구개발사업의 예산 대비 기술이전 및 확산을 통한 기술사업화 성공률을 높이기 위한 하나의 방법으로, 연구과제 평가 시 기술의 가치를 평가하여 그 평가결과를 예산배분에 반영 할 수 있도록 기술가치평가방법을 활용한 R&BD(Research &Business Development) 활성화를 위한 평가항목 및 개발될 기술의 사업성을 평가할 수 있는 평가모델을 설계하였다.
