한국 관광기업의 경쟁우위 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Management Performances originated from the Competitive Advantages of Korean Tourism Firms)

  • 본 논문은 한국 관광기업의 경쟁우위요인이 과연 해당기업들의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가에 대한 실증연구이다. 즉, 한국의 수도권 및 경남권에서 경영활동을 수행하고 있는 관광기업들의 기본적인 현황과 문제점을 파악하고, 이어 FTA환경이라는 기회와 위협의 요인을 어떻게 적응하여 경쟁우위를 강화시키며 그들 자신의 경영성과를 제고할 것인가에 대한 연구인 것이다. 한국 관광기업의 경쟁우위는 일반적으로 중요하게 인식되고 있는 마케팅, 제품개발, 서비스 공급, 재무, 그리고 조직문화 등의 요인 등으로 분류하였으며 이들의 요인들이 경영성과에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보기로 한다. 종속변수인 경영성과는 매출, 이윤, 경영만족도로 분류하였다. 이들 간의 원인 관계를 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 구조방정식모델링 기법을 사용하였다. 분석 절차를 요약하면, 선행연구를 통해 문헌분석을 실행하고 이를 토대로 연구가설을 설립한 후 이를 검증하기 위한 실증분석을 실시하는 것이다. SPSS를 이용하여 상관분석, 신뢰성과 타당성 분석을 실행하였고, 가설검정을 위한 최종 추리통계분석인 구조 방정식 모델링을 통한 경로분석은 AMOS 통계프로그램을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 경영성과 변수들인 매출, 이윤과 경영만족도에 영향을 미치는 경쟁우위요인들은 다양하게 나타났으며 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 요인은 마케팅인 것으로 확인되었다.

  • Analysis of the thermodynamic cycle of IC engine from the point of view of economy and emissions was carried out. From this analysis potential capability of engine development was derived. This potential capability is lean-burn engine, fuelled with homogeneous mixture with $\lambda \geq$ 1.4. Several different modes of fuelling were proposed and tested on one-cylinder test engine from the point of view of extending lean operating limit of the engine, emissions and fuel economy. Among them were: fuelling with evaporated preheated gasoline, with gas (LPG evaporated) and with liquid butane. From these modes, fuelling with liquid butane injected to inlet port was selected and finally tested. This novel system of fuelling offered better than standard engine performances and emissions at lean operating limit. These results were validated on full-scale two-cylinder engine.

  • This study was conducted to assess performances of the developed environmental control systems under various seasons of Korea. In all trials for the environmental control systems, the manure pit ventilation system in the windowless pig-housing with partly slatted floor was used. Consequently, under all seasons of Korea, the complex environmental control systems could comfortably maintain the indoor temperature (14.8~27.2$^{\circ}C$) , concentrations of noxious gases (CO2 gas : 631~1,874ppm, NH3 gas : 0.3~3.2ppm), air velocity (0.11~0.23m/s), air movement, and so on. Therefore, the performances of the complex environmental control systems were evaluated as proper as the intended.

  • HYOSUNG manufactured and tested 1kW class PEFC systems to generate electrical and thermal energy for each residential usage. In particular, HYOSUNG developed power conditioning system that performs over 91% electrical conversion ratio specified in 1kW class PEFC systems. Prior to system integration, we tested each performances of components to derive control issues from it. In addition, we have been developing the adequate simulator to describe and predict system performance. In this paper, we verified HYOSUNG's 1kW class PEFC systems are valid for residential energy sources by testing the characteristics of systems and performances of main components.

  • The goal of this research is to apply the neural networks models for the disaggregation of the pan evaporation (PE) data, Republic of Korea. The neural networks models consist of generalized regression neural networks model (GRNNM) and multilayer perceptron neural networks model (MLP-NNM), respectively. The disaggregation means that the yearly PE data divides into the monthly PE data. And, for the performances of the neural networks models, they are composed of training and test performances, respectively. The training data consist of the mixed data The mixed data involves the historic data and the generated data using PARMA (1,1). And, the testing data consist of the only historic data, respectively. From this research, we evaluate the impact of GRNNM and MLP-NNM for the disaggregation of the nonlinear time series data. We should, furthermore, construct the credible data of the monthly PE data from the disaggregation of the yearly PE data, and can suggest the methodology for the irrigation and drainage networks system.

  • To start or stop the train safely within the limited traveling distance, it is necessary to guarantee the proper traction or braking force. Presently, most trains are run by the electrical power and have adopted a combined electrical and mechanical(friction) braking system. In order to design a good traction or a brake system, it is essential for designers to predict the traction or brake performance. In this paper, the traction/coasting/braking performances analysis program has been developed and verified by comparing the simulation results with on-line test results of the Korean high speed train(HSR-350); Both results match very well. Consequently, the designers can predict the traction/coasting/braking performances of trains by using the proposed program under various operating conditions.

  • Using one chip microcontroller 87Cl96 (On chip EPROM type) and EPLD (Erasable & Programable Logic Device), an implantable control system to drive pendulum type electromechanical total artificial heart was developed. This control system consists of 4 parts, main management system, motor driver with power regulator, state monitoring system and communication part. The main system has the functions for speed detection, PI(proportional and integration) control, PWM generation, communication and analog data processor. Two kinds of power system were used and separated by 8 photo coupler arrays to improve the system stability. The performances of each compartments were compared with our previous z80 microprocessor based control system and good correspondences was shown. Logic power consumption was reduced to a one third of our previous controller. Using mock circulation tests, the overall performances of control system are evaluated.

  • This paper deals with the surge protective devices to minimize damages of communication equipments in signal data lines. The basic circuit consists of zener diodes, spark gap and series impedances. Therefore the hybrid circuit using bipolar zener diodes as clamps and a three-electrode spark gap as crowbars was proposed. The surge suppression performances and the characteristics of frequency response were investigated experimentally. Consequently, it was found that the frequency bandwidth and surge suppression performances are excellent.
