다이아몬드 터닝의 절삭력 측정용 tool holder를 이용한 미세절삭력 특성 연구 (Measurement of Cutting Force in Diamond Turning Process)

  • A tool holder system has been designed and builted to measure cutting forces in diamond turning. This system design includes a 3-component piezo-electric tranducer. Initial experiments with tool holder system included verification of its predicted dynamic characteristics as well as a detailed study of cutting parameters. In this research, tool holder system is modeled by considering the element dividing, material properties, and boundary conditions using MSC/PATRAN. Mode and frequency analysis of structure is simulated by MSC/NASTRAN, for the purpose of developing the effective design. In addition, tool holder system is verified by vibration test using accelerometer. Many cutting experiments have been conducted on 6061-T6 aluminum. Tests have involved investigation of velocity effects, and the effects of depth and feedrate on tool force. Cutting velocity has been determined to have negligible effects between 4 and 21㎧.(6) Forces generally increase with increasing depth of cut. Increasing feedrate does not necessarily lead to higher forces. Results suggest that a sample model may not be sufficient to describe the forces produced in the diamond turning process.

SOPPY : A sentiment detection tool for personal online retailing

  • The best 'hub' to communicate with the citizen is using social media to marketing the business. However, there has several issued and the most common issue that face in critical is a capital issue. This issue is always highlight because most of automatic sentiment detection tool for Facebook or any other social media price is expensive and they lack of technical skills in order to control the tool. Therefore, in directly they have some obstacle to get faster product's feedback from customers. Thus, the personal online retailing need to struggle to stay in market because they need to compete with successful online company such as G-market. Sentiment analysis also known as opinion mining. Aim of this research is develop the tool that allow user to automatic detect the sentiment comment on social media account. RAD model methodology is chosen since its have several phases could produce more activities and output. Soppy tool will be develop using Microsoft Visual. In order to generate an accurate sentiment detection, the functionality testing will be use to find the effectiveness of this Soppy tool. This proposed automated Soppy Tool would be able to provide a platform to measure the impact of the customer sentiment over the postings on their social media site. The results and findings from the impact measurement could then be use as a recommendation in the developing or reviewing to enhance the capability and the profit to their personal online retailing company.

DOGF를 이용한 분산 프로그램 개발 Tool-Kit의 구축 (The Construction of Distributed Program Developing Tool-Kit using DOGF)

  • 분산응용을 개발하는데 효율적인 환경을 제공해주는 분산 객체그룹 프레임워크(Distributed Object Group Framework)를 이용한 분산 프로그램 개발 Tool-Kit을 구축하였다. 본 Tool-Kit은 분산응용 개발자들에게 DOGF의 기능을 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 객체그룹 운영자 GUI, 서버 프로그램 개발자 GUI, 클라이언트 프로그램 개발자 GUI등 3가지 GUI로 구축하였다. 분산응용의 개발 시, 서버 프로그램 개발자는 서버 객체들 구현한 후 프레임워크에 등록 및 클라이언트에 대한 접근권한을 부여하고, 클라이언트 프로그램 개발자는 자신에게 접근권한이 부여된 이들 객체 또는 객체그룹을 검색하여 클라이언트 프로그램을 작성할 수 있도록 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 분산응용 개발 시 이용되는 Tool-Kit과 DOGF의 상호동작을 정의하고, 분산 프로그램개발 Tool-Kit을 구축하고, 간단한 분산응용을 이용해 Tool-Kit의 수행성을 보인다.

  • A16061, SB41 and SM45C was used for developing tool wear monitoring system in face milling. First of all, Neural networks of which input are 8 $_{th}$ order AR morel parameters, frequency band energies, cutting conditions was used to monitor tool wear for each material. Finally, A unified neural network, which has tensile strengths of each material as an additional input, was constructed to consider the effect three materials on the features of tool wear. It was verified that tensile strength is the one of properties of workpiece materials.s.

  • The purpose of this study is an evaluation of end mills to develop appropriate tools for the high speed machining. First of all, several flat end mills which are produced by different makers are selected to analyze the performances of the tools. Experimental works are also executed to measure cutting force, tool wear and surface roughness for different cutting conditions. And then the results are compared and analyzed for developing optimal cutting tool in the high speed condition. Especially, analysis about tool wear is introduced in this research.

  • Recently, according as USN application service models have been integrated each other and have become various, the need on the development of monitoring programs corresponding each service model has been risen steadily. However, if we stick to the traditional method developing independently each service model, we might pay unnecessary expenses. In this paper, we propose the monitoring program authoring tool for USN. Furthermore, we introduce an implementing example of the forest fire prevention monitoring system for verification of the proposed tool. The tool adopted the framework based programming and the S/W reusability techniques for minimizing waste of redeveloping cost.

  • The CAM software for drill grinding has been developed to save time, reduce cost for tool manufacturing and obtain accuracy of tool. In this paper, the developing software for drill will be presented including calculation and simulation of machining processes using 5-axes CNC grinding machine. The algorithm fer helical flute grinding was applied into calculating NC data. The software will generate NC code for machining by using input data of tool geometry, wheel geometry, wheel setting, machine setting. These NC code files will be used in simulator as input file. The simulator provides some functions for simulating machining processes, inspecting and measuring tool geometry.

3축 CNC 교육용 공작기계 개발 (Developed 3-axis Educational CNC Machine Tool)

  • In this study, we developed for processing complex features using CAM software that satisfies precision for example practice and related qualification tests suiTable for CNC training purposes. In addition, functions such as location control, speed control, and processing path generation, which are the main functions of CNC machining machines, were constructed using small equipment parts, servo motors, inverters, general purpose PCs, and commercial NC software and researched with the goal of developing low-cost education equipment. In the static accuracy inspection, the degree of machine when measuring the parallelism of the X, Y and Z axes and the vibration of the main shaft did not reach the allowable value. However, we have obtained a finished product that satisfies the CNC machine book sample shape machining, detailed functions of the position control function of the CNC machine tool, linear interpolation function, circular interpolation function, and tool offset function. In the qualification test shape processing, a shape with a degree of 1/100 mm was processed to obtain position accuracy that satisfied the tolerance.

Design-Based Research for Developing Wiki-Based Inquiry Support Tools

  • The purpose of this study was to design an inquiry supporting tool on wiki based collaborative learning and to investigate the effect of the inquiry supporting tool. Eight design principles were selected and more specified design strategies were made from the literatures. The first system with the first-round design principles was developed and implemented in an actual classroom. After the first field study, researcher found a few drawbacks of the system. The second system was implemented in the classroom again. Finally developed wiki-based inquiry supporting tool system is unique in that it allows instructors to design their own CSCL inquiry activities, and it has intuitive menu tabs showing inquiry learning processes.
