Purpose: This study was to compare the differences in self-care behaviors between the group with fighting spirit and the group with helplessness. Methods: This study utilized a cross-sectional descriptive design. A total of 97 ambulatory cancer patients completed the Mental Adjustment to Cancer (MAC) scale by Watson et al. (1988) and Self Care Behaviors Scale by Oh et al. (1997). The data was analysed using frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Fighting spirit group were found to conduct self-care behaviors more compared to the helplessness group (t=3.346, p<.0001). The score of the self-care behaviors in fighting spirit group was 4.42 out of a total score of 7 and that of helplessness group was 3.85. There was a significant difference (p<.0001) in self-care behaviors according to the level of faith and performance status. Fighting spirit ($R^2$=0.120, p<.0001), performance status ($R^2$=0.078, p=.001) were predictive of self-care behaviors. Conclusion: Cancer patients' mental adjustment is correlated with the degree of self-care behaviors. Having fighting spirit is one of the most adaptive techniques that cancer patients could use in adjustment to the life with cancer.

This study aims to develop the 21st century eco design-based fashion products by examining Taller Flora products and presenting eco design approaches. Eco design terms were examined based on literature, and Taller Flora products were explored based on literature and websites. The following research issues were discussed. First, eco design terms are totally handled, thus defining the eco design. Second, eco design-oriented Taller Flora products are examined to explore design approaches. Eco design aims to conserve and heal the global environment with focus on a greater understanding of and interest in nature. As such, eco design is based on a new modern concept of aestheticism that seeks to minimize environmental damage caused by the three processes of production and distribution use and disposal, to take social and moral responsibilities for such activities, and to avoid hurting the environment. Taller Flora brands seek to produce products by keeping close ties with indigenous communities in various nations, and by emphasizing and embracing indigenous people's craftsmanship spirit and creativity Indigenous people use eco-friendly materials and produce products with craftsmanship spirit, and their cooperation by linking different cooperative networks is a good model for strengthening fair trade networks. These addresses the problem of expanding design work through traditional crafting. Therefore, the features of Taller Flora brands presented a new method to approach the eco fashion. The research findings are expected to help develop the eco design of fashion products.

The plan for Shinseon Seolleongtang Restaurant in Kimpo has as its goal to create an environment strongly fused with the design of the modern city and the spirit of food culture craftsmanship, and it proceeded as follows. In order to carry out the goal of the plan, the direction of the design concept was set to be a harmonious blending of Ecology and Minimal. Also, for detailed plan direction, in the Minimal domain, conciseness, cleanliness, and high quality were established as the ultimate goals in order to create a spacious food and drink area in today's complicated and energy-draining society, and in the Ecology domain, ancient hieroglyphs representing the forms of natural objects were used that prayed for years of plentiful harvest and blessing, and colorfully expressed the events of the populace.

We need education program and contents that satisfy on-off line's education maximize an initiative spirit development in an absence of UI design for infants and elementary students. For the multiplicity of inflection of these initiative spirit development education program, we need development of contents and teaching materials(Cre-kids) that can educate both in on-line and in off-line. Cre-kids are divided of four areas that are increased fluency, flexibility, originality and delicacy. Four areas are ideas of language, visual, making and computer. Through each area, we can develop children's systematic modeling idea ability. And we divide of fluency, flexibility, originality and delicacy each four areas and evaluate each aspect and mark for index. That is CDQ(Creativity Design Quotient). Through the evaluation result, we will be able to study about a modeling initiative spirit index.

Purpose: The current study aims at knowing and testing factors supporting business and how to distribute it for resilience business in new normal era. Factors Supporting business resilience will be seen in terms of entrepreneurial competence, technology utilization and government support for business resilience through entrepreneurial spirit as an intervening variable. Research design, data, and methodology: A constructed questionnaire in direct survey and interview was conducted with 97 respondents in South Sulawesi. Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis, was utilized to analyze and verify all the data. Results: This study indicated entrepreneurial competence and utilization of technology have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit, while government support has no significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit. This study also indicated that entrepreneurial spirit has a significant effect on business resilience. Conclusion: To increase business resilience, it is very important to have entrepreneurial skills and mastery on utilization of technology. To anticipate future crises, entrepreneurial competencies must be evenly distributed both for business owners and for all members of the organization. To institutionalize crisis management in business, it is important for SMEs in Indonesia to develop an institutionalized Business Crisis Management.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to record, analyze and describe in detail, content of PNF intervention for recovery of function after stroke using SPIRIT intervention recording tools. Methods : A convenience sample of 21 physical therapist from a rehabilitation hospital recorded the intervention for 69 patients with stroke who treated during 30 minutes. The content of the treatment sessions was recorded using the Stroke Physiotherapy Intervention Recording Tool(SPIRIT). Descriptive statistics assessed for describe the intervention. Results : A convenience sample of 21 physical therapist from a rehabilitation recorded the interventions for 64 patients with stroke who treated during 30 minutes. The content of the treatment sessions was recorded using the Stroke Physiotherapy Intervention Recording Tool(SPIRIT). Descriptive statistics assessed for describe the interventions accurately and investigate the difference according to time since stroke. Conclusion : Facilitation techniques were the most frequently used intervention(n=1226,35.6%), practice(n=967, 28.0%) and exercise(n-670, 19.4%) in clinical practice of physical therapist. In contrast, Teaching careers and health care professionals to do or assist category is not frequently used intervention(n=5, 0.1%). Therefore, We need to be careful again with category of teaching careers and health care professionals.

This subject is about the research of Shanghai Art Deco in the aspect of architectural decoration and seek to offers an examination and analysis of the characteristics related to the Art Deco design, which appeared and dominated the field of design from 1910s to 1904s in Shanghai. Study method is a theoretical consideration of reference and gathering data through field trip. In order to carry out this subject, this study will research following factors. First, factors related to Art Deco such as the period of origin, background, spirit, aesthetics, design characteristics. This is followed by the influence of Art Deco movement begun in 1925. Second, the background of Shanghai Art Deco architecture style was studied. Third, the case studies of Shanghai Art Deco Architecture and interior decoration were researched by the expressive factors which were divided by style, form, material and color. As a result early style had compradore style about 1900, later reactionism prevailed of 1920 affected by European Art Deco. Skyscraper style was built and architecture developed with racial characteristics. It has vertical and streamline form of typical Art Deco and strengthen geometrical motive in architectural expression. It appeared naturally and has the contrast of different material in material expression. It has effect on strong color as using highborn and brilliant color in color expression. They appeared chinese national spirit by using 'ot painting' in western oriented furniture. The purpose of such an examination is to classify, understand and validate Shanghai artistic and socio-cultural heritage in order to better appreciate the life philosophy of Shanghai and re-discover their basic roots. Though it began as a Western cultural movement, it is the purpose of this study to discover the inherent orientalism in its basic formative spirit.

The purpose of this study is to analyze movie costume of main character and find design characteristic and historical spirit focusing on the movie, in which Ishioka Eiko, Japanese movie costume designer constructing unique design world, participated. The study captured images of three movies such as , and with Digital Multimedia Converting System and analyzed them by focusing on the pictures showing designer's intention and design characteristic well among acquired 319 pictures. The costumes addressing movie costume designer's sense of values are recreated as future-oriented new works and are expressed as creative costumes by acquiring inspiration from past factors, dissolving them and applying up-to-date technology. Movie costume shall reflect historical spirit of our age as movie shows social cultural trend including fashion trend of manufactured age. Ishioka Eiko has searched for the design, which is proper for three principles such as 'be unique', 'be eternal' and 'be innovative' and from the result of analyzing movie costume, it is found that she showed characteristics of symbolism(transmission of the sensitivity), ornamentalism(effective representation as a decorative effect attention) and multiculturalism(harmony of time and culture) as well as uniqueness. The movie costume are different mutually and create new hybrid culture, in which different costume cultures are mixed with current costumes without the restriction to other culture. It is proper for the age of globalization and localization so it is expected that the multiculturalism will be enlarged more.

Main elements in definition of space value were physical, formal, and reasonable characteristics in the past. Howener recently, definition of space value is changing by being advanced about study concerned with human's cognition and thinking way in definition and analysis of space. As you see, cognitive psychologists have emphasized the importance of human's cognitive structure and process and studied diverse aspects of human's thinking ; consciousness, perception, memory, image, language, decision-making, inference, and so on. Therefore main elements in definition of space value are five-dimensional, psychological, symbolic, mental, emotional characteristics above physical, formal, and reasonable characteristics. As mentioned above, the conversion of thinking focused on reason to thinking focused on human's spirit and emotion is achieved in contemporary architecture and 'human's experience' in space becomes a very important factor. For that reason, the purpose of this study is consideration of human's cognitive process in space by conversion of thinking and gives a definition about experience. And, I would like to define 'experience design' whose main attribute is experience in space and establish theoretical basis of experience design through theoretical researches about experience. This study on experience design that induces users to participate in space and stimulate human's spirit is a important point in definition of space value not only contemporary interior architecture but also prospective generation.

Purpose: This study examined the effects of spirituality promoting intervention for the stomach and colon cancer patients. Method: A quasi- experimental design was used. Data collection was carried out from April 2004 to June, 2004 at a cancer center in Korea. The intervention included pray, meditation, group education and discussion for coping with cancer. The experimental group were received a 1-hour intervention per week for 6 weeks, while the control group received usual care. Data collection was done at pre and post intervention. The degree of spirituality was measured by the Korean version of WHOQOL-SRPB pilot test(WHO Quality of Life-Spirituality, Religiousness and Personal Beliefs pilot test) Module, and social support was measured using scores on a PRQ 85(Personal Resources Questionnaire). Fighting spirit was measured by the scores of MAC(Mental Adjustment to Cancer) scale. Results: The experimental group showed significant increase in the scores of social support and fighting spirit compared to those in the control group after the intervention. There were no significant changes in terms of the spirituality score compared to the baseline score in the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion: This intervention appeared to be effective in increasing social support and fighting spirit, which considered to be very helpful in cancer adjustment.
