The Reason of collapse accidents, Seongsu bridge Accident in 1994 and Sampung department store Accident in 1995 and so on, that is found out to the shortage construction. Consequently, depending on orderer's self-regulating judgement the meanwhile, Electricity Technique Administration Law in 1995 owes at the public opinion to need the plan of a law system device about the electricity design and supervision and is born. This various issue problem, the combined ordering with Constructing, Electricity, fire-fighting, Information & Communication and so on, field problem, low cost services, the problem about the selection procedure of the design and supervision businessman, the business range between general and specialized, which the system appears as are carried out have been risen. Therefore basic solution plan about this have been desired. We consider a domestic current situation about an electricity design supervision system in this paper, and try to present the plan for healthy upbringing development of the electricity industry through this.

Southeast Asian region cruise market is expected to be stable or grow in the near future depending on the region's economy. Star Cruises company, which has entirely dominated the regional market since 1998, has attempted to expand beyond traditional cruise routes in Southeast Asian region and develop new markets in Thailand and Dubai. Such a situation urges Korean shipyards to study on Southeast Asian region based cruise ships. This study is to suggest directions for planning of interior spaces of Southeast Asian region based cruise ships. In order to accomplish this purpose the market situation is analyzed and the adequate ship's tonnage(70,000grt class) is decided. According to mission-based design process the sizes of standard staterooms are set up first and then the sizes of the important structural parts of ship are calculated. Through analyzing the 26 cruise ships of 70,000grt class the kinds, locations and sizes of public rooms are grasped. And we inspect 4 cruise ships of Star Cruises, which are now being operated in Southeast Asian region to understand design characteristics of interior spaces.

As of today-half a century has passed after 1945, the liberation from Japanese imperialism-it's significant to introspect our culture. On the one hand our culture has succeeded due to the peculiar history, but on the other hand it hasn't. So to speak, it has gained in Quantity but lost in Quality. There are keen, international competition and exchange in the modern culture. So the Qualitive success of modern design depends on if it had an original character or not. According to Korean rapid industrialization, technological extence, and economic growth, the export has increased greatly, but package design hasn't been match for them. Korean expoters have been meeting with cutthroat competition in world market. Under these circumstances it's very important that we have a real understand and interest in our culture, we strengthen the competitive power of home products with good package design. This is our age of not home market but world market. We live in an age when design wins, so that we have to develop the good design native to Korea. Many designers have proposed their opinions with the characteristic designs, but it has been only a fragmentary and passive method. We must seek for the new method more positively. The effective and proper method resolves itself into the following four points. First, to understand Korean history and culture. Second, to have the exact grip of this economic situation. Third, to promote the national emotion. Fourth, in conclusion, to accord the package design with them. We cannot put off this task to overcome the cultural subordination, to place Korea on a firm cultural basis in the world, and to contribute to the cultural exchange of package design. This paper aims to build a drone platform based on an optimum design of its single arm. We assumed its single arm as a cantilevered beam with a tip mass. Based on the numerical optimization theory, we conducted validation and optimization of a new design by comparing the results with the similar ones obtained by ANSYS. Finally, this design is reflected in the control simulation, and the requirement of an optimum structural design considering the resonance situation is demonstrated.

There are many realistic system necessities on the huge size of rule matrices with any Fuzzy Logical Inferences. This paper indicates the experimental design policy on the PCS design for the Platoon and AOS for the social application with some identical resemblances in between them so that we could use a design for two different usages feasibly.

The educational facilities is the facility wining the specific gravity which is the most abundant by 269s (25.5%) among the godfather lease application facilities (1056)s of the abolition of school. The pattern study thinks about a purpose with the master plan through the plan characteristic derivation according to the analysis of current situation of the domestic closing down a school application educational facilities in which the related study is nonexistent and type in the educational facilities plan of the closing down a school still afterward in being utilized for reference data and guide book.

Surgical operating gowns are worn by doctors and nurses in operating theater to address dual function of preventing transfer microorganisms like bacteria and body fluids from the operating staffs to patients. and also from patients to staff. They must allow necessary mobility without rubbing and must resist tearing. These gown must be designed to fit a diversity of body shapes and sizes with a limited range of sizes as hospitals will stock limited quantities. Also they must proper in various operating situations. In order to suggest improving design features of surgical gowns, it has been done to analyze current situation of medical uniform manufacturing and wearing. Surgical gown were made with plain fabric of cotton 100% and had a little size system without sexual division. Many doctors were unsatisfied with surgical gown size and wearing comfort. Surgical operating gowns need continuos research for new material and design as surgical situation, and new sizing system.

To understand whether Falling, which is one of the causes of injuries, occurs, various behavior recognition research is proceeding. However, in most research recognize only the fact that Falling has occurred and provide the service. As well as the occurrence of the Falling, the risk varies greatly based on the type of Falling and the situation before and after the Falling. Therefore, when Falling occurs, it is necessary to infer the user's current situation and provide appropriate services. In this paper, we propose to base on Fog Computing and Cloud Computing to design Context-aware System using analysis of behavior data and process sensor data in real-time. This system solved the problem of increase latency and server overload due to large capacity sensor data.

This study defined the pre-elderly as middle age people from 50 to 59. Because it is difficult to produce a design to satisfy the pre-elderly without deeply understanding them, their financial and physical characteristics and persona-based scenario method was studied. An experimental study about persona based scenario method was conducted, and as a result, the types of personas found were as follows: 1) Users enjoy the same games online and offline. 2) Users enjoy playing alone on the computer. 3) Users prefer games that end quickly with win or loss. Writing the situation scenario for each type, the pre-elderly's problems and needs occurring while they play web board games were obtained. The obtained user requests were as follows: users would like the level of difficulty to be simpler in the game of baduk; users wanted unlimited credit and refrainment from using English words in go-Stop; and there were simple comments about game screen design.

Marketing communication is becoming a critical element in today's competive retail environment. Consumers are better educated and discriminating in their choices. Especially, now in the totally opened Korean market situation, establishing proper retail marketing strategy faces many challenge and require special attention. In this study, various promotion media application strategies are mentioned in order to help retailers who need to develop their own promotion plan. Among the media mix, xisual merchandising is becoming effective communication system for retail promotion. Because of its complex development process, retailers and professionals both need to understand the theoretical background of VMD and application method. As a guide in developing systems for each use, it might have some limitations due to the method of research and data related to researcher's choice. In spite of above mentioned limitations, this study will serve as a practical guide for the retailers who wishes to achieve marketing goals in order to survive in this competitive retail situation.
