ODA에 근거한 문서 클래스 에디터 설계 및 구현 (Implementation and Design of Document Class Editor based on ODA)

  • 본 논문은 이 기종 문서처리 시스템간에 문서교환을 위해 국제 표준으로 재정된 ODA에 따른 문서 클래스(class) 에디터 설계 및 구현에 대하여 기술하였다. ODA에서처럼 문서구조를 공통 논리구조와 배치구조로 분리하여 처리하였으며, 문서 프로화일을 작성 할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 문서가 정확하게 작성되었는지를 객체(object) 단위로 확인할 수 있는 유틸리티(utility)를 구현하였다. 또한 그 문서의 ODIF 스트림(stream) 데이타가 정확한지를 확인하였다. 본 에디터는 국제 문서 응용 프로화일 (DAP : Document Application Profile)인 DAP 단계 2의 제안에 따라 설계하였으며, UNIX 운영체제의 SUN 워크스테이션상에서 이식성이 좋고 일관된 사용자 인터페이스(interface)를 제공하는 X 윈도우 및 Motif 환경하에서 구현하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 구현된 에디터는 특정 문서구조를 갖는 실제 ODA 문서를 작성시 이용될 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 설계 경험이 적은 설계자가 효율적으로 선급규정을 이용하여 선체설계를 할 수 있도록, 범용 전문가시스템 쉘(Shell)인 NEXPERT를 이용하여, 선체 구조설계를 지원할 수 있는 전문가 시스템을 개발하였다. 먼저, 기존의 Rule Scantling프로그램으로 부터 지식을 추출하고, 이를 바탕으로 객체지향개념에 의해 지식의 그룹핑과 계층화를 시도하였다. 또한, NEXPERT가 갖고 있는 외부 프로그램과의 접속기능(Callable Interface)을 이용하여 각종 설계에 필요한 프로그램과 실적선 데이타베이스를 접속하였다. 특히, Motif를 이용한 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(Graphical User Interface : GUI)를 도입하였고, 설계자가 결과에 대해 검토를 할 수 있도록 Knowledge tracing 기능을 부여함으로써, 사용자 지향의 구조부재 치수 결정 지원 전문가 시스템을 개발하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 사용자가 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 대화식 선형변환 기법을 이용한 선형설계 프로그램을 개발하였다. 선형변환 기능은 기존의 선형 Variation 기능을 가진 선박 계산 Package의 CB, LCB변환 이외에 Deadrise 생성 및 제거, 중앙 횡단면 형상 변환, 선수미부 형상변환, 단면형상 특성 변환 등 다양한 기능을 가지고 있다. 프로그램 수행시 사용자의 편의와 대화식 입출력작업을 위해 X-Window를 근간으로 하는 OSF/Motif를 이용한 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(Graphical User Interface: GUI)를 구현하였고, 2,3차원 그래픽 라이브러리인 X-PLOT과 GLBAX를 이용하여 변환결과를 가시화하였다. 또한 선박 기본계산 프로그램과 내항 및 조종 프로그램과의 접속을 위한 interface 모듈도 개발하였다.

조선시대 연화문(蓮花紋)을 모티브로 한 현대패션디자인 연구 (Research on modern fashion design using the Chosun Dynasty's Lotus pattern as the motif)

  • As our world is becoming more and more globalized, nations tend to turn their interests towards their unique legacy and traditional culture. This research is intended to re-illuminate the Korean beauty through the Lotus Pattern, a traditional factor, from the Chosun Dynasty, and at the same time, analyze how its peculiar representation and figural elements can be reflected in modern fashion designs. The results will be an essential factor in creating exclusive and original designs. Research method was theoretical research from documents and to refer to positive data on preserved relics, and research contents consists of analysis on the use of lotus patterns in artworks that were exhibited during 2000 to 2008 by Korean and foreign artists. Results showed that lotus patterns that were used during the Chosun Dynasty are categorized by shape, composition form, and structural form. Applying these results, a total of 8 works were designed and created.

In this study, to re-appear in openwork having regard to the symbolism of pattern and shape of the lattice door flower temple molding properties were highlighted, change the part of the motif, repeated the curve geometric has been designed to simplify as. As a result, it is possible to present the possibility of a design element that can design a traditional Korean is reinterpreted Modern thereby simplify the repetitive element of the related art, for a new aesthetic changes unique.   • Identity of the place where the physical location and time and spatial context, and is structured as socially agreed symbols to build a consistent image, while fraught with Differentiation can be achieved through integration. And discrimination and the practical and effective deployment of an integrated image to be useful as a guide for the top design 'Design Guidelines' are, The findings, where the identity used to establish guidelines for the design for the following conclusions can be drawn. First, of public space design guidelines agreed upon by the public and social identity as the basis to establish a new identity as a contemporary and practical plan for this is to provide guidance. Second, the design guidelines in principle, the physical elements and activities of the parent and the temporal and spatial context and meaning were overridden. Third, the horizontal axis with respect to the identity and principles to guide development in the detail, and the vertical axis as a place to build an image in order for the specific design items are listed. Fourth, the guidelines can set a specific motif, and coverage including identity of the place. Fifth, by applying image and schematic the identity can be Implemented effectively and clearly. Without interfering with the designer's creativity and implement new image of the place, Design guidelines should study how a reasonable instructions.

모시 소재의 문양에 따른 감성 이미지 평가 (The Effect of Motives of Ramie Fabrics on Sensory Image Evaluation)

  • The purpose of the study were to find out (1) the effect of motives on perceiver's image perception on ramie fabrics, and perceiver's trait, age and gender on sensory image evaluation of ramie fabrics. The research was a quasi experiment and experimental materials developed for the study were a set of material stimuli and semantic differential scales to measure sensory image of the stimuli, an aesthetic value scale. the independent design was motif design techniques(Plain Weave, burnt-out, embroidery, stripe, check). The subjects were 421 adults in Daejeon and Seachun. The results was as follows: The factor analysis of semantic differential scales for the ramie materials emerged 4 different image dimensions: attractiveness, hand, elegance, weight). The five design techniques showed significantly different image affects on some selective dimensions. The burn-out design gave the most attractive image, the embroidery design gave the softest image and plain weaved fabric presented the lightest hand image. Consumer's aesthetic values, gender and age tended to affect sensory image evaluation of ramie materials. On conclusion the result revealed that design strategy for the ramie material, design development though motives will be an essential process. and for material design pursued design image and target consumer's trait should be carefully considered.

  • The textile designs expressed in contempor-ary fashion are studied in this paper. The dec-orative paintings have been encouraged to be-ing adapted in textile designs for apparel as a motif of the surface design to promote the ar-tistic atmosphere in it. Adopting paintings in textile design through the method of printing is valid to improve the fashion in several reasons as follow : First the printed paintings on the fabrics could be possible to contribute individuality and creativity to the fashion im-proving the quality of textile design and the taste of the consumer as well, Second the limitted types of the clothing construction for preparing the proper space to reveal a paintings is needed on the costume The simple clothing types of loose from the body or fitted to the body are easy to adopt and to recreat the paintings on the apparel. Third the paintings which have been favored in use for the textile design are mostly derived from the abstract arts rather than re-alistic paintings for its decorative traits. Fourth a proposal to adapt the other genre of the art could be encouraged to enrich the field of textile and fashion design. Fifth aquisition of the individuality and the creativity in fashion design to differenciate in international market could be obtained through the adaption of Korean paintings which is ap-preciated with Korean sentiment and mind. This would be one of the essential and advis-able ways for designers to solve the problems which have been consistently pusuing in the area of Korean industrial design to find the Korean design model.

한글 타이포그래피를 활용한 셔츠 디자인에 관한 연구 (Study of Shirt Design Utilizing Hangeul Typography)

  • As the superiority of Hangeul becomes known globally, design products utilizing a Hangeul motif are gaining attention in international markets. Accordingly, the interest in Hangeul typography is also increasing. Visual and formative designers are actively developing typographies, as typographies have limitless development potential as a type of formative expression for communication. Accordingly, this study will encompass the spirit, value and beauty of Hangeul in fashion design. The purpose of study is to demonstrate how to express the greatest amount of the beauty of the Korean language for the general public and how to utilize such expressions in various areas. The detailed content of this study is as following. First, the functionality and expression characteristics of typography will be understood by exploring the concept of typography and reviewing the design cases utilizing typography. Second, cases that utilized Hangeul typography will be reviewed and their types and issues will be identified. Third, the design direction will be set based on above exploration. Finally, four design works utilizing Hangeul typography will be suggested as the study result. Accordingly, this study applied Hangeul typography on the shirt design and attempted to contribute to the practical use of Hangeul in everyday living through design products.
