최근 해외 건설시장 플랜트 분야의 수주 증대에 따라 오일 가스 분야의 프로젝트가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 국내 건설 산업 업체들의 해외 플랜트 사업의 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 생산성 향상 기술 경쟁력 확보 전략적 경영 추진 등 적극적인 대처 방안 수립이 요구되고 있다. 그 중에서도 해외 플랜트 사업의 오일 가스 분야는 산업 경쟁력 향상을 위하여 프로젝트 수행과 관련한 EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction) 유통 정보의 활용이 더욱 요구되지만, EPC 단계별 다양한 업무에서 발생하는 유통정보 콘텐츠를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 콘텐츠 분류체계가 제시되고 있지 못하고 있다. 그로 인하여 설계도면의 변경, 중복업무의 발생, 업무주제간의 정보 누락 등의 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이런 문제점으로 인하여 시장점유율이 감소하고 있으며 경쟁력이 약해지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 오일 가스분야의 콘텐츠 관리체계의 실무적 활용의 증대와 건설산업 정보관리의 효용성을 향상시키기 위하여 콘텐츠 관리 체계를 확립하기 위한 BPM(Business Process Management) 기반의 콘텐츠 분류 체계를 제시하고, 국내기업의 경쟁력이 가장 낮은 설계단계의 Business Process를 정의하고 요구되는 지식의 유형을 체계화하고, 콘텐츠 정보를 분석하여 설계단계 산업설비 유통정보의 체계화를 지원하고자 한다.

These days, architectural projects are becoming larger and more complex. And lots of information occurs through each phases and areas. For these reason, it is emphasized that collaboration with other parts. Therefore we need more effective architectural design process. However, it is difficult to collaborate in early stage with existing design process and it causes unnecessary spending of time and cost because of 2D-based working system. For solving these problem, we should introduce BIM-based Integrated Design Process which makes it possible to collaborate with other parts from early stage. Now the AEC industry in Korea has been trying to introduce BIM, and promoting variety of related business. However, for actual application of this system, it is unfortunately necessary to change various system throughout the construction industry. And this will cause lots of effort and expense. It is essential that scientific analysis and evaluation of efficiency and validity about this investment, because estimation of the investment and accompanying effects will provide reasonable standard of judgment for investment decision. Thus, this research conducted Cost-Benefit Analysis about BIM-based Integrated Design Process compared to existing design process. It is expected that this paper can be used for preliminary data in the future BIM market.

The aim of this study is to identify research trends of "Journal of Fashion Business" by analyzing the keyword network of the paper published between 2006 and 2017. The papers selected for analysis in the study were 287 fashion design articles and 281 fashion marketing articles published between February 2006 and December 2017 and titles, volumes, publishing years, authors, keywords, and abstracts of each paper were collected for data analysis. The research was carried out through selection, collection of article data, keyword extraction and coding, keywords refinement, formation of network matrix, and analysis and visualization process. First, based on the title of the paper used in the analysis, the fashion design/aesthetics, marketing/social psychology, clothing materials, clothing composition, and other fields were classified. Research analysis used the Netminer 4 (Ver.4.3.2) program. Results indicated showed that the intellectual structure of the "Fashion Business" research paper showed key word changes over time, and the degree centrality and between centrality of the keywords.

Purpose - The purpose of this development the business model of the healthcare sector in order to promote patents satisfaction towards medical sector services improvement for the medical business model innovation to possess a competitive advantage in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Research design, data, and methodology - Safety standard protocol from existing multidisciplinary literature is a process of theorization, which uses grounded theory methodology rather than a description of the data and the targeted phenomenon by using Jabareen (2009). The first task is to map the spectrum of food safety literature regarding the phenomenon in safety management. This process includes developing the implementation factors and other sources such as existing business models and practices into the protocol design. Results - The study suggests the conceptual framework to improve the safety management for patients' environmental sustainability performance. Conclusion - The business model may support the beneficial aspect to healthcare government's policymakers, hospital employees, and medical specialist who can apply the practical perspective of its value regarding an educational protocol. Originality/value - This study contributes to and extends our understanding of environmental sustainability performance, identifying the rationale for safety standards performance in the healthcare industry with suggested hybrid safety standards market consumer interconnector.

Integration of engineering information through the IT (Information Technology) is very important key during the collaboration design process. How can we realize the data efficiently in real-time at the early design stage? How can we manage to integrate the separate information made by each designer or department effectively in real time? IT global trend is the unique way of handling these complicated problems from the information inundation. This paper suggests the design process management system deduced from the analytical results considering BPM (Business Process Management) solution workflow. Workflow based design process management system can help user share and integrate the needed information at the right time through Internet. It is found that the proposed tool works well for a beam design case, and this framework can be thus further expanded for an engineering design environment smoothly.

This study aims to consolidate the qualitative growth of knit design thru the creation of high value-added brand and design, in the state of active trend for competitive promotion of professional knit brand, by collapsing the border line between the knitwear market and the woven one. In accordance with the market situation of increasing a demand of knitwear products, I wish to awaken the importance of knit design thru this study, to survey domestic knit brand products and their planning directions and to plan for the high value-added knitwear products, thru presenting the problems of knit industry and developing knitwear design. This study is focused on showing process of planning and items developed personally by me in charge of developing products practically at the job site of knit industry. From the stage of planning for goods, I suggested the 2007 s/s goods of M company as a strategy of distinctiveness caused by the problems with rival companies, and also proposed a method conducted by the actual business. Setting up M company's s/s concept of the year 2007, I suggested a plan of quantity, time of forwarding, color, fabrics, etc. as well as the process and schedule thru order, and based on the above result, I made a planning for 2007 s/s knitwear for middle-aged women.

본 논문에서는 기업 온톨로지(EO: Enterprise Ontology)를 기반으로 한 조선소 건조 공정의 표현 및 분석 사례를 기술한다. 조선소 건조 공정은 가공, 조립, 탑재, 진수, 시운전, 명명, 인도의 과정을 거친다. 본 논문에서는 그 중 가공공정과 조립공정의 배관설계 업무를 표현하고 분석하였다. 우선, 조선 가공공정과 조립공정의 배관설계 업무를 대상으로 온톨로지를 구축하고 기존의 기업 온톨로지와 병합(Merge)하여 조선소 건조 공정에서의 기업 온톨로지를 생성하였다. 병합된 온톨로지와 프로테제의 플러그인을 활용하여 각 프로세스를 표현할 수 있었고 건조공정의 현재 상태를 분석하고 프로세스상의 여러 요소들 간의 의존성도 분석할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 조선과 같은 복잡한 프로세스를 가지는 산업에서도 기업 경영과 프로세스 관리에 기업 온톨로지가 유용함을 검증하였다.

CRM(Customer Relationship Management)은 비즈니스 환경에서 기업의 이익과 경쟁적 우위를 차지할 수 있도록 하는 비즈니스 전략이다. 기업의 고객 응대 기법으로는 인터넷, E-mail, SMS(Short Message Service), 텔레포니 서비스, DM(Direct Mail)이 이용되고 있다. 최근 수익성 모델 향상을 위한 노력으로 기존 고객의 이탈 방지 및 유지, 신규 고객의 가입 및 유지를 통한 비즈니스 모델을 다각화하고 있다. 또한 고객의 최초 접점이 될 수 있는 CRM 센터의 업무 프로세스 재설계(Business Process Re-engineering), 업무 프로세스 관리(Business Process Management)가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고객응대 CRM 모델 구축시의 고려 사항을 제시하고 콜 객체 라우팅(Call Object Routing)을 위한 에이젼트(Agent)를 제안하고 구현 및 성능평가를 하였다. 제안한 모델은 대 고객 응대 CRM 모델로 효율적으로 이용될 수 있다.

The objective of this study was to derive a list of creative thinking techniques applied with the requirements of the appropriate technique for the task of fashion design development among the process of fashion product planning. This was done through the analysis of thinking techniques by the type of thinking and idea method. Also, the study presented how each creative thinking technique derived is applied to the task of developing fashion design. The scope of the study was 'Fashion Design Development Task', which corresponds to the design sketch of a fashion item based on the seasonal design concept derived through the fashion design planning stage. Research on the thinking techniques consisted largely of the process of idea thinking, the elements of creative thinking, the patterns and types of thinking. Four studies by Makoto, Michalko, De Bono, and Cox suggesting that the patterns and types of thinking techniques were analyzed for the purpose of this study as empirical studies through FGI of a group of five fashion experts. The analysis results showed that the thinking techniques suitable for the development of fashion design were derived from the technique of fractionation, attributive listing, scamper, morphological analysis, mind mapping, lotus blossom, pattern language, provocative operation, and forced connection. In particular, it can be confirmed that the scamper was treated as an efficient and practical technique in the many studies.

본 연구에서는 기존에 이용되었던 디자인 프로세스의 실증적 단점들을 극복할 수 있는 소비자 지향적인 방법론을 제안하였다. 즉, 기존의 디자이너 직관에 의한 디자인 속성 도출 방법과는 다르게, 디자인 속성을 규명하지 않은 상태에서 소비자들이 선호하는 제품의 중요 디자인 속성을 추출해 내는 소비자 관점의 디자인 속성 도출방법을 제시하였다. 실증분석에서는 구체적인 속성 규명을 요구하지 않는 PRETREE 모형을 활용하여 유무선 전화기를 대상으로 소비자 선호 기반 중요 디자인 속성을 도출하고 그 시사점을 제시하였다. PRETREE 모형은 심리학, 소비자학, 경영학분야에서 널리 활용되어 왔던 소비자 선택모형으로, 디자인분야에서도 주관적으로 치우칠 수 있는 디자인 평가를 계량화할 수 있는 새로운 분석방법으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
