Effective management of business processes is a crucial issue to every enterprise in e-business environment. What's needed is a new framework of applications that can automatically manage distributed and heterogeneous business processes that span multiple functions of a company. In this paper, we propose technical design of a new enactment model that can coordinate such business process that involves multiple functional units or even multiple companies. In our approach, a process model is decomposed into several structural units, called 'process block', according to their procedural characteristics. Each of them is controlled by autonomous enactment units that can communicate with each other using a mutually agreed coordination protocol. The protocol takes the use of 'associative communication' concept, which allows the autonomy for each unit and secure the correctness of process execution.

복합화력 발전플랜트의 주기기 특성을 고려한 설계품질 향상과 원가절감을 위해 3차원설계의 업무절차를 대상으로 업무재설계기법을 이용한 개선된 업무절차를 제시하였다. 업무 구현을 위해 3차원설계 프로그램을 중심으로 통합된 설계운영시스템을 구축하였으며 개발 모듈로는 주기기 제작사에서 제공한 3차원 모델정보를 사내 표준코드와 비교하여 변환시켜주는 3차원 모델정보 변환시스템을 통하여 3차원 통합시스템의 연계성을 강화하였다. 또한 3차원설계의 수행사례를 분석하여 개선된 효과를 정량적으로 산출하였으며 분석결과 적정평가금액 대비 설계분야별 평균 20.4%의 설계비용 절감효과를 나타냈다. 업무개선 사항은 각 공종 및 협력사와 주기기 제작사에서 제공되는 설계정보의 통합화로 후행 부서의 중복 작업감소 및 반복적인 설계변경에 대한 일관성을 향상시켰다.

최근에 많은 기업들이 기업 목표를 달성하기 위해 프로세스 혁신이나 개선을 지속적으로 꾀하고 있으며, 이를 지원하는 도구로 BPM (Business Process Management)이 많이 도입되고 있다. BPM의 생애 주기는 프로세스 진단, (재)설계 및 실행으로 이루어지는데, 모든 BPM 활동들은 성과 척도와 밀접한 관련을 갖고 운영되어야 한다. 본 논문의 목적은 프로세스 기반 성과 측정 모델과 통합된 생애 주기 기반 BPM 프레임워크를 제안하는 것이다. 제안 프레임워크에서는 BPM 전 생애 주기 동안 비즈니스 프로세스와 성과 척도가 체계적인 상관관계를 가지고 밀접하게 운영된다. 기업의 혁신이나 개선 담당자들은 제안 프레임워크를 사용하여 프로세스 진단 단계에서는 기업 성과에 가장 영향을 주는 프로세스를 용이하게 확인할 수 있고, 프로세스 (재)설계 단계에서는 새롭게 설계된 프로세스의 성과를 측정할 수 있으며, 프로세스 실행 단계에서는 성과 척도를 모니터하여 비즈니스 활동 들을 조정할 수 있게 된다.

The value of intangible assets of a company attracts attention in enterprise management environment drastically changing. Following such a trend, many companies have adopted knowledge management. Especially in construction industry of which success of a project is easily affected by the capacity of various participants and work performers, we may find many cases to which the knowledge managements have been adopted. However, the domestic design companies have tended to be late to introduce the knowledge management or have difficulty in effective use of KMS already constructed. This study suggests KMS based on BPM (Business Process Management) and drives its effects to improve problems mentioned above. We drives the expected effects by studying the existing studies and surveying domestic design companies and suggests Prototype for introducing a real system.

To survive in rapidly changing business environment, the enterprises of all over the world are trying to integrate their IT infra structure and are trying to automate their business process. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is being accepted as an IT standard to support efficient system integration and flexible business process automation between enterprises or departments. The material control system is required this software architecture between manufacturing company and materials supply vendors. This paper introduces concept of SOA, relevant technology about SOA such as Web Services and Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and describes how to automate materials control process by designing the material control system based on SOA. The analysis of requirements is proceeded by Unified Modeling Language (UML) and SOA delivery strategy is selected the top-down strategy. And this paper describes how to derive services and operations and how to arrange services in three service layers and how to design business process.

There have been many research papers and practical implementations on the various EC(Electronic Commerce) aspects such as merchant system, security, payment gateway, legal and policy issues. However, it is very hard to find the systematic approaches and business process models from the viewpoint of the company willing to start B2C(Business-To-Customer) EC. Therefore, we develop business process models for the planning, systems analysis and design, implementation, and operation of internet shopping mall to suggest a guideline and reference model for the realization of successful B2C EC.

본 연구는 과거 산업체의 요구에 따라 수동적으로 디자인개발업무를 담당하였던 디자이너의 역할에서 벗어나 능동적이고 주도적으로 디자인을 개발하고 궁극적으로는 디자인개발이외의 다양한 방법으로 수익을 창출하는 디자인비즈니스의 실현방안을 제안하였다. 즉, 디자이너측면에서는 주관적인 심미성접근에서 벗어나 시장 지향적인 정보탐색과 과학적 디자인개발 및 효율적 디자인관리 등 객관적이고 과학적인 디자인프로세스를 전개함으로써 산업체에 성공가능성이 높은 디자인개발 안을 제안할 수 있어야 하며 아울러 디자인에 대한 소유권행사나 유통참여 혹은 생산아웃소싱업무를 담당함으로써 디자인개발비가 아닌 판매로열티, 관리비 및 다양한 수수료를 통해 수익창출을 극대화하는 디자인비즈니스마인드를 제고해야 한다. 또한 산업체측면에서는 디자인이나 마케팅보다는 소재개발, 기술개발, 생산설비능력구축에 대부분의 자금을 투자하는 과거 제조기반 산업패러다임에서 벗어나, 소비자가 원하는 욕구를 파악하고 이를 디자인을 통해 상품화하는 과정에 대한 투자가 우선적으로 이루어져야 하는 디자인 주도적 사업운영시스템을 구축하여야 한다.

본 연구에서는 중소기업인들을 위한 디자인 교육 사이트의 부분으로서 I-business readiness 라는 이름으로 중소기업인들의 기존 사업을 Online을 통하여 확장하는 방법을 교육하는 컨텐츠를 개발하였으며 비즈니스 기획에 있어서의 디자인의 중요성을 강조하고 중소기업인들의 디자인에 대한 이해를 높이며 디자인을 사업에 잘 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

최근 들어 건설사업관리에서 설계관리에 대한 중요성이 증대되면서 협업업체간의 협업설계관리에 대한 필요성이 중요시 되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 첫째, 건축 설계업무 능력 향상을 위하여 설계관리 업무에 관련된 설계 프로세스의 흐름에 대한 파악, 관리요소 도출하는 것에 목적을 두었으며, 둘째, 현업에서의 협업설계에 대한 문제점 파악 및 설계 프로세스 관리요소를 바탕으로, 공기의 최소화, 각 회사 간의 협업부족에 따른 도서간의 불일치, 설계 변경 시 설계정보 추적 어려움등의 개선을 통하여 설계 최적화를 목적으로 한 협업 설계 관리의 대안을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 협업설계에 관한 체계적인 활용을 통해서 협업 설계관리를 통한 건설 프로젝트의 기대효과를 제시하고자 한다.

In B2B e-commerce environments, many initiatives for process modeling have made efforts to design business processes correctly. Especially, Petri nets have been widely used as a good theory to design and verify process models. Therefore, we propose the process modeling method for the B2B e-commerce based on Petri nets. First of all, a B2B process model based on BPSS is represented by the UML activity diagram. Second, the activity diagram is transformed to a Petri net model. For the transformation, well-behaved building blocks/control structures and the modeling rules for inter-organizational workflow processes are proposed. Third, the process is partitioned into sharable processes for individual business partners. Finally, according to needs of individual business partners, the sharable processes are modified by well-structured refinement rules. The whole procedure is explained with the purchase process of an e-bookstore.
