Based on the improvement in reinforcing SiC fibers and the utilization of very fine nano-SiC powders, the well known liquid phase sintering (LPS) process was drastically improved to become a new process called the Nano Infiltration and Transient Eutectic Phase (NITE) Process. Laboratory scale NITE-SiC/SiC composites demonstrated excellent mechanical properties, thermal conductivity, hermeticity and microstructure stability which made them attractive for not only energy application but many other industrial applications. For the real deployments of these materials, mass production system and evaluation methods, together with the design code and safety assurance systems are essential. The current efforts to establish these bases were introduced.

This Paper provides perceptual metrics for video quality based on properties of human visual system, and audio quality based on human audition. All metrics work without reference signals, allowing non-intrusive, in-service measurements. A simple and easy-to-learn user interface displays the metrics and saves them in popular file formats like CSV. In this paper, proposed method was able to various and corrective measurement for the multimedia service video quality. As that it was able to application to set up service guide line and the methode of measurement and system for the set up standardization of the high quality video service.

Airborne separation assurance is a key requirement for Free Flight. This paper is to propose autonomous flight algorithm, such as extended authority of delegation, efficiency of airspace issue to deal with the empirical solution for free flight, and to measure flight efficiency and conflict detection and resolution (CD&R) by utilizing flight performance data under the two circumstances of scenario with the modeling of proposed algorithm and potential field algorithm. The results show that the autonomous flight algorithm is superior to the potential field algorithm under the circumstances of free flight airspace in terms of algorithm performance, CD&R, and flight efficiency.

본 논문에서는 인터넷을 통해 다양한 컨테츠 서비스를 사용자가 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 EAP-TLS 인증 방식과 SKKE(Symmetric-Key Key Establishment)방식을 이용하여 보다 효율적인 인증 메커니즘을 설계하였다. 제안하고 있는 메커니즘에서는 사용자가 인증서 방식을 통해 AS(AAA Server)로부터 인증을 받으면 AS 와 가맹 관계에 있는 CP(Contents Provider)에는 별도의 로그인 과정없이 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 SSO 서비스, 사용자 익명성, 프라이버시를 제공한다. 사용자가 익명성을 필요로 하는 컨텐츠 서비스를 이용할 경우 사용자의 익명성을 보장 해주고 AS 모르게 사용자와 CP 가 안전하게 서비스를 전송하기 위해 사용 할 세션키를 교환하고 CP 마다 다른 세션키를 사용함으로써 사용자의 프라이버시를 보장해 준다.

We design a DEA-AR model using multiple regression analysis with new methods which limit weights. When there are multiple input and single output variables, our model can be used, and the weights of input variables use the regression coefficient and coefficient of determination. To verify the effectiveness of the new model, we evaluate the efficiency of the Regional Corporations in Korea. Accordance with statistical analysis, it proved that there is no difference between the efficiency value of the DEA-AR using AHP and our DEA-AR model. Our model can be applied to a lot of research by substituting DEA-AR model relying on AHP in the future.

IEC 60300 series, the international standards on dependability management system are newly developed and introduced rapidly worldwide. In order to meet this situation, it is necessary to apply them to the Korean industries effectively. This requires for us to prepare in advance for the introduction of the certification system of IEC 60300. It includes the establishment of the infrastructure such as documentation of Korean Standards, introduction of test equipments and test manuals, recognition of the certification body and training of specialists etc. This paper addresses the first step for the Introduction of IEC 60300. It includes the necessity of introduction of the system, general requirements and procedures for the certification of the industries, sampling methods design and establishment of the dependability assurance system of the materials.

This paper illustrates a prototyping framework of the documentation-standards retrieval system via the data mining approach for enhancing software development quality. We first present an approach for designing a retrieval algorithm based on data mining, with the three basic technologies of machine learning, statistics and database management, applied to this system to speed up the searching time and increase the fitness. This approach derives from the observation that data mining can discover unsuspected relationships among elements in large databases. This observation suggests that data mining can be used to elicit new knowledge about the design of a subject system and that it can be applied to large legacy systems for efficiency. Finally, software development quality will be improved at the same time when the project managers retrieving for the documentation standards.

This study compares the results of a sled test and FEA(Finite Element Analysis) of a vehicle seatbelt system and aims to propose a method to efficiently reduce the error rate in the results of the FEA. This study evaluates the relative importance of potential causes, applying AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique in order to improve the reliability of the result of the FEA, and draw a highly reliable result of FEA, conducting a Taguchi Method and optimization for reducing the error rate in the FEA through the design of experiments.

Coil spring of automobile suspension system is very important to safety and dynamics of passenger car and requires a highly advanced quality control during manufacturing processes. Surface cracks on the coil spring rod produced by mechanical machining and heat treatment may cause a severe accident and large cost to the manufacturer. In order to detect surface cracks of the rod, guided wave technique is applied for a fast total volumetric inspection. Pochhammer equation is studied to investigate the dispersion characteristics of the guided wave in the spring rod and optimal wave modes sensitive to the surface crack are selected experimentally to design the experimental arrangement for the generation of guided wave. Rod samples with different size of artificial axial EDM notch on the surface ranging from 50${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ to 1 mm are examined by guided wave and inspection results discussed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of product's qualify improvement by the effectiveness which is identified as worker's mindset improvement, a management ability improvement and quality system's establishment in the existing papers as well as the construction of a quality assurance system by acquiring the ISO 9000 series certification. In order to identify the product's quality improvement, the analysis of Garvin's eight dimensions of quality characteristics as well as the analysis a design quality improvement, a manufacturing quality improvement, a service quality improvement are conducted through this study.
