  • Internet is spread by the rapid development of information telecommunication infrastructure. But there are swinging damages becuase of most of the user has a shortage of knowledge. Especially, in proportion to increase of Linux user as PC, that is exposed to various threatener and is target of malicious attacker. In this paper, design and implement Fakeport based on Linux to control port efficiently and easily for protection against attack.

  • The Internet worm is changed rapidly and virus vaccine can not defense the whole Internet worm. To prevent them form spreading into network and analysis specifications, we design and implement the Internet Worm Traffic Generator. In this research, we offer the real worm propagation environment through protocol and scenario specification.

  • In this paper a design and an implementation of a crypto chip which implements SEED and Triple-DES algorithms are described. We designed it by VHDL(VHSIC Hardware Description Language) which is a designed system-description language. To apply the chip to various application, four operating Modes such as ECB, CBC, CFB, and CFB are supported. The chip was designed by the Virtex-E XCV2000E BG560 of Xilinx and we confirmed result of it at the FPGA implementation by functional and timing simulation using the Xilinx Foundation Series 3.li.

  • It is necessary to design th anti-vibration system of precision machinery for a sound operation and a quality assurance. However, in general. the allowable vibration limit is not well known. In the paper, the vibration criteria for foundation of vibration sensitive machinery is proposed and anti-vibration system is designed by using vibration measurement results of foundation. Also, the F.E. analysis is performed to verify the effectiveness of a designed anti-vibration system and to determine allowable dynamic load of machinery

  • The recent introduction of BIM technology has raised the interest on the BIM quality assurance and management more than ever. This study aims to consider the ways of BIM quality improvement by analyzing the most frequent issues rising from multiple BIM projects. For this purpose, the 12 test models from BIM education program hosted by buildingSMART Korea are investigated based on the requirements in the public BIM guidelines. All the BIM issues generated are categorized by the criteria applied and analyzed for each kind of building element. The results showed that more than half of the issued at least could be cleared out by improving modeling habits and technical guides.

  • In the manufacturing process the most widely used $\bar{X}$ chart has been applied to control the process mean. Also, Accelerated Life Test(ALT) is commonly used for efficient assurance of product life in development phases, which can be applied in production reliability acceptance test. When life data has lognormal distribution, through censored ALT design so that censored ALT data has asymptotic normal distribution, $ALT\bar{X}$ control chart integrating $\bar{X}$ chart and ALT procedure could be applied to control the mean of process in the manufacturing process. In the situation that process variation is controlled, $Z_p$ control chart is an effective method for the very small fraction nonconforming of quality characteristic. A simultaneous control scheme with $ALT\bar{X}$ control chart and $Z_p$ control chart is designed for the very small fraction nonconforming of product lifetime.

  • Latex modified concrete (LMC) has grown to be accepted as a standard material of construction overlaying bridge decks in America due to its superior physical and chemical properties. The properties of latex, combined with the low water-cement ratio, produce a concrete that has improved flexural, tensile, and bond strength, lower modulus of elasticity, increased freeze-thaw resistance, and reduced permeability compared to conventional concrete of similar mix design. LMC overlays have been service in excellence for 30 years on thousands of bridge in U.S.A. This may, also, prolong the life cycle of bridge deck once it is adopted in Korea. The self-contained, mobile, continuous mixer is most appropriate particularly for concrete quality assurance. Assuring quality on a bridge deck overlay project should begin in the design phase and continue after the construction is completed. Quality should be the concern of everyone involved-owner, designer, and contractor.

  • In this study, a method is presented to find out a relationship between modes of a substructure and those of the system structure. Superelement analysis is performed for a full vehicle system, where the bus is partitioned by six parts. In this study, Modal Assurance Criteria(MAC) which is to represent the correlation between two mode shapes is used to investigate the contribution factor of each substructure for the full system. The proposed participation factor can be used for design of substructures to meet the design target of the total structural system.

  • This research proposes the importance of physical environment if integrated early childhood education. For a successful integration of children's education, we processed fundamental research on requirements of facility and equipments, looking at related standards and code on handicapped person's convenience facility. Also, this research alms at providing first step to establish evaluation method and quality assurance standards of integrated child care facility, regarding space planning of handicapped children. By examining home and abroad material and analyzing handicapped children's convenience facility standards, this research pursues improving the basis of planning criteria. As present criteria of relevant regulations appears not to handle detailed facility standards, and the handicapped people's facility is for childhood education, it is necessary first to differentiate indispensable equipments from optional one, then categorize them into more specific needs.

  • Purpose: In this paper we propose modified Notz designs which are useful to experimenters who want to adopt the sequential experimentation strategy and to estimate second-order regression model with as few experimental points as possible. Methods: We first present the design matrices and design points in two or three dimensional spaces for such small sized second-order designs as small composite, hybrid, and Notz designs. Modified Notz designs are proposed and compared with some response surface designs in terms of the total number of experimental points, the estimation capability criteria such as D- and A-optimality. Results: When sequential experimentation is necessary, the modified Notz designs are recommendable. Conclusion: The result of this paper will be beneficial to experimenters who need to do experiments more efficiently, especially for those who want to reduce the time of experimentation as much as possible to develop cutting-edge products.
