  • The Smart City Plan specifies that it should reflect the content of the Smart City Comprehensive Plan, which is the upper plan while presenting the basic direction, promotion strategy, service establishment and operation plans of a smart city construction project. However, there are not enough empirical studies on whether plan contents are systematically established according to smart city planning hierarchy. In this study, we are to use the social network analysis to find out the local government's smart city plan is actually highly connected to the Smart City Comprehensive Plan, a master plan at national level. To this end, we conducted a social network analysis on Gwangmyeong and Chuncheon, which were recently approved for smart city planning. First, 108 keywords were derived from the 2nd Smart City Comprehensive Plan, and the connectivity between these keywords and Smart City Planning was analyzed. The results of the social network analysis showed that the total connections of Smart City Planning in Gwangmyeong was 371, which was higher than 307 in Chuncheon, and the average degree of connection per keyword and network density were also higher in the Gwangmyeong Smart City Planning than the Chuncheon Smart City Planning. The results of the study showed that the Smart City Planning actually had a high connectivity with the Smart City Comprehensive Plan, and the keywords with high connection centrality were different for each local government. The result of this study can be used as a basis for judging whether there is a high correlation between plans.

  • This study is to study Jung's analytical psychology and to study counseling process and counseling techniques based on the counseling theory derived from it. Jung divides the counseling process into four stages based on analytical psychology. The first stage is confession, and the prototype of analysis therapy is confession. The first step in the treatment process is to share secrets and reveal suppressed emotions. The second stage is elucidation, a process that clarifies by shedding light on the contents induced by the transfer. The third stage is the level of education. Explanation makes my counselors intelligent, but leaves them still in an incompetent state. At this stage, treatment goes beyond insight to train as a responsible client. The fourth stage is transformation. In the transformation phase with inner counselors, not only the debaters, but also the therapist is in the "in-analysis." Jung's counseling technique uses six things: dream analysis, use of symbols, word link test, symptom analysis, case history and MBTI. In conclusion, analytical psychology counseling has enabled, first, a more in-depth approach and understanding of the human mind, especially the unconscious world. Second, analytical psychology counseling has enabled us to recognize that all humans are human communities with a common mental structure through the concept of unconsciousness and archetypes. Third, analytical psychology counseling has allowed you to look at the meaning and purpose of life from a new perspective. Therefore, Jung emphasized that he should not be seen as having a pathological problem with patients, but as an omnipotent human being who wants to realize its fullness on his own.

  • The marine ecosystem survey investigates and analyzes multi-parameters at various times from various sites. Therefore, it is very difficult to analyze the complex ecological data of multi-items effectively, and it is more difficult to identify the current status and diagnose the problems of ecosystem through data analysis. Therefore, this paper aims to provide an example of interpretation of complex ecological data through analysis of distribution characteristics and outliers of ecological survey data. The main contents of the study are to elucidate the background levels of coastal ecosystem parameters considering the distribution characteristics of data, and to establish ecosystem monitoring indicators and an adaptive management system for the coastal waters in Korean Peninsula. The data used in this paper are based on the coastal ecosystem survey of the National Marine Ecosystem Monitoring Program conducted by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries (MOF) and the Korea Marine Environment Management Corporation (KOEM), and the major citations are from year 2015 to 2017. This article is a preliminary study to establish the above processes and the final result will be derived in 2020 when the coastal ecosystem survey is completed three times along the Korean coast.

  • The virtual reality industry has an opportunity to take another leap forward with the surge in demand for non-face-to-face content and interest in the metaverse after Covid-19. Therefore, in order to popularize virtual reality content along with this trend, high-quality content production and storytelling research suitable for the characteristics of virtual reality should be continuously conducted. In order for content to which virtual reality characteristics are applied to be effectively produced through user feedback, a quantitative index that can evaluate the content is needed. In this study, the process of viewing virtual reality contents was analyzed and head movement was set as a quantitative indicator. Afterwards, the experimenter watched five animations and analyzed the correlation between recorded head movement information and immersion. As a result of the analysis, high immersion was shown when the head movement speed was relatively slow, and it was found that the head movement speed can be used significantly as an index indicating the degree of content immersion. The result derived in this way can be used as a quantitative indicator that can verify the validity of the storytelling method applied after the prototype is produced when the creator creates virtual reality content. This method can improve the quality of content by quickly identifying the problems of the proposed storytelling method and suggesting a better method. This study aims to contribute to the production of high-quality virtual reality content and the popularization of virtual reality content as a basic research to analyze immersion based on the quantitative indicator of head movement speed.

  • The content of the information age does not simply convey content but includes all the transactions that arise from its interaction. The types and forms of information being traded through this interaction are recognized differently from the contents that have been passed on to mankind so far by creating new meaningful content. Because the distribution of interactive content transcending the concept of time-to-time in the network environment is an important component of access to added value in the new world, unlike the content of simple concepts seen in the products of communication so far. In this study, the purpose of this study is to recognize the current status and problems of the Korean digital content industry and to seek ways to revitalize the Korean digital content industry to lead the global market in the future. Specifically, first, we want to learn about the concept of digital content. Second, we would like to look at the industrial trends of digital content at home and abroad. Third, we present a plan to streamline digital content. Fourth, derive research results and implications. In this work, the following results are derived: First, in order for Korea to enter a digital content powerhouse, each government department must first break away from the selfishness of the ministry and actively cooperate to efficiently establish and implement various policies. Second, e-books should be introduced just as current paper and CD-ROM titles are exempt from VAT, and security solutions, related technology development, and copyright issues should be urgently addressed to revitalize the market. Third, the demand for high-quality content should increase as information infrastructure such as high-speed information and communication networks and satellite broadcasting is established.

  • Traditional Chinese medicine has treated diseases and improved health in nature-based experience. Advanced nations began to be interested in naturopathic therapy in the late 19th century and it led China to research aromatherapy. This study searched previous researches related with aromatherapy and generally analyzed aroma oil, applied body parts, methods of use, and period of use. For research contents, scientific and society journals from 2000 to 2019 related with aromatherapy were searched in CNKI(www.cnki.com) and WANFANG DATE(www.wanfang.com). Finally, 30 papers were selected through 5-step qualitative evaluation and expert review and analyzed. Frequency and percentage(%) were calculated by means of the Excel 2013 Program and represented by a chart. The results of analyzing aromatherapy trends are as follows. All 30 papers were researched in the medical society. The most common symptom was irritation and anxiety that appeared in 13 papers. Lavender oil and bergamot oil were commonly used aroma oil. Commonly applied part and method were nose and nasal inhalation. For aroma oil associated with symptoms, lavender oil was the best in irritative, anxious, and negative emotion, depression, labor pain, sleep disorder, migraine, tension, and vomiting, pain, and fatigue after operation. Lemon, ginger, and peppermint oil was good for nausea. Based on the findings, this study derived applied body parts, methods of use, and period of use in aromatherapy. However, most aromatherapy was used for patients in the nursing and medical fields in the simple form of inhalation and local massage. This study will suggest a standard ground that aromatherapy is good for pain, colic pain, and tension in a short period but needs a long period for the efficacy of psychological and neurological symptoms.

  • 2:1 clay minerals such as smectite incorporating ammonium were extracted to investigate the ammonium behavior and nitrogen isotope characteristics for two different sediment cores which were collected from shimmering sites on seafloor of the Wakamiko crater, southwestern Japan. Inorganic nitrogen contents in clay fraction were estimated by calibration curve based on consistently decreasing carbon and nitrogen ratio during the treatment to decompose organic materials, after removing inorganic carbon. The results show that the proportions of inorganic nitrogen for total nitrogen in clay fraction of SWS site(Core#1094MR: av. 18.2%) are higher than those in SES site(Core#1093MG: av. 11.5%). Relatively good crystallinity of the former suggests that exchangeable ammonium was transformed to non-exchangeable ammonium during more evolving diagenetic process. Nitrogen isotope variance of clay fraction(SES site: Core#1093MG: -4.4 ~ +0.2 ‰, av. -2.4 ‰; SWS site: Core#1094MR: -0.7 ~ +3.0 ‰, av. +1.5 ‰) during sequential decomposition of exchangeable ammonium suggests that heat flow derived from deep magma led to nitrogen isotope fractionation between dissolved ammonium and ammonia in the fluids involved in the formation of 2:1 clay mineral incorporating ammonium with local temperature variation.
