Various COVID-19 quarantine guidelines and measures are being taken by country at the WHO, but the number of confirmed cases has not decreased significantly. In order to prevent the inflow and outflow of COVID-19 through individual droplets, it is mandatory to wear a mask anytime, anywhere. However, as virus bacteria entering the mask amplify, it pollutes the mask and causes a disgusting smell. In this paper, a new method of preventing the spread of COVID-19 was proposed by sterilizing the mask with a dental gait spray introduced into the mask that has been used for a long time. Dental gargle water is usually produced by electrolysis of tap water, and the unstable ion water (HOCl) dissolved in water penetrates the cell barrier of various viruses and fails to act in its nucleus, causing water to self-purify. As a result of the experiment, when the mask used for a long time was washed with gargle water spray, the washed mask was dried after 10 minutes, and the smell of virus droplets or saliva almost disappeared. In particular, as a result of MOS testing the fit of the subjects who participated in the mask cleaning, it was excellent at 4.4 on average. Therefore, the mask was disposable, but if the spray was washed in the proposed method more than twice a day, the mask could be used in a comfortable state for more than a week.

The purpose of this study is to find out the optimal mixing ratios of three different amount of red ginseng powder(0, 5, 10%), water(12, 16, 20%) and sugar(4, 8, 12%) per weight of glutinous rice powder. The microbial count increased with increasing moisture content. The microbial count has decreased in 10% addition group though the microbial count according to the red ginseng powder addition did not have a difference the having mind in 5% addition group. Control group(the red ginseng powder no addition) showed an exponential increase in the change in hardness according to the amount of the red ginseng powder addition 24 hours after(except the moisture addition amount 20%). However, the change in devotion hardly appeared without the relation in moisture and the amount of the sugar addition in the addition group of the red ginseng powder 5%. Moreover, the change in hardness besides the moisture addition amount 12% hardly appeared also in the addition group of the red ginseng powder 10%. It has been understood that the red ginseng powder addition 5% crowd smells, and the taste and the color are suitable though it was clarified to the red ginseng powder addition 10% crowd that a peculiar smell taste and taste to the red ginseng are very strong by the sensory inspection. In conclusion, according to its microbial count, texture and sensory analyses, the optimal Injulmi formulation consisted of red ginseng powder, water and sugar were 5, 16 and 8%. The results suggested that red ginseng powder is effective in increasing the self life of Injulmi.
A preparation process's conditions of aqueous sol which contains anatase-type nano titania particles with photocatalyic properties was established by using Yoldas process, so called, DCS(Destabilization of Colloidal Solution) process in this study. And crystal size change and phase transformation of titania particles in aqueous titania sol depending on reaction conditions was investigated by a light scattering method and XRD analysis of frozen dried powders, respectively. This sol with photo catalytic nano titania particles was used to the following hydrophilic hybrid coating film's fabrication and its properties was evaluated. Subsequently, for coating film using the above mentioned aqueous titania sol, non-aqueous titania sol was prepared without any chemical additives and its time stability according to aging time was investigate. By using the above mentioned aqueous titania sol and non-aqueous sol, a complex oxide coating sol for metal and ceramic substrate and a organic-inorganic hybrid coating sol for polymer substrate was prepared and it's hydrophilicity depending on UV irradiation conditions was evaluated. As a conclusions, the following results were obtained. (1)Aqueous titania sol The average particle size of titania in formed aqueous titania sol was distributed between 20$\sim$90nm range depending on reaction conditions. And the crystal phase of titania powders obtained by frozen drying method was changed from amorphous state to anatase and subsequently transformed to rutile crystal phase and it is attributed to concentration gradient in aqueous sol. (2)Non-aqueous titania sol Non-aqueous titania sol was prepared using methanol as a solvent and a little distilled water for hydrolysis and nitric acid as a catalyst were used. The obtained non-aqueous titania sol was stable at room temperature for 20 days. Additionally, non-aqueous titania sol with addition of chealating reagent such as acethylaceton and ethylene glycol prolonged the stability of sol by six months. (3)Complex sol and hybrid sol with super hydrophilicity The above mentioned aqueous titania sol as a main photocataylic component and non-aqueous titania sol as a binder for coating process was used to prepare a complex sol used for metal, ceramic and wood material substrate and also to prepare the organic-inorganic hybrid sol for polymer substrate such as polycarbonate and polyethylene, in which process APMS(3-Aminopropyltrimethoxysilane), GPTS(3-Glycidoxypropyl-trimethoxysilane) as a hydrophilic silane compound and HEMA(2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate) as a forming network in hybrid coating film were used. The hybrid coating film such as prepared through this process showed a superhydrophilicity below 1$10^{\circ}$ depending on processing conditions and a pencil's hardness over 6 H.

Two types of very small multiplying gears and arrays have been developed for new dental hand-pieces, and the increased speed ratios, modules, number of teeth, gear diameters, and gear types were calculated based on the dynamics of the machinery. The contacting and bending strengths were evaluated for gear teeth with two design concepts using AGMA equations and finite element analyses, and the contacting stresses on teeth with and without DLC (diamond-like-carbon) coating layers were calculated. Fatigue and tension tests were performed to obtain an S-N curve, the Young's modulus, and the strength of the gear material, and these were utilized in the analyses. Slightly larger stresses were found for 2-axis-type gears than for other types of gears, and the S-N curves showed that a gear lifetime of 109 cycles was satisfied. The contacting stresses in gears coated with DLC were reduced by 30%. A new prototype model of a hand-piece with small gears was successfully fabricated and tested.
Reconstruction of defect in the anterior part of the maxilla to enable implant placement or prothesis is a complicated treatment due to the anatomical position and lack of soft tissues. Two cases are presented in which autogenous iliac PMCB(particulate marrow and cancellous bone) with titanium mesh were used for premaxilla reconstruction and alveolar bone repair of the anterior maxillas prior to denture and implants fixation respectively. Cancellous bone from the anterior iliac crest was compressed and placed against a titanium mesh fixed to the bone of palate in a patient with severe defect of the anterior maxilla. There were no problem in the healing, and the anterior maxillas of two patients had increased height and width during the initial healing and remodeling. The clinical reports describe the use of titanium mesh for reconstruction of premaxilla. Autogenous bone grafts were harvested from the iliac crest and were loaded on a titanium mesh that were left in the patient's maxilla for 6 months before they were removed respectively. The radiographic analysis demonstrated that a 10mm vertical ridge augmentation had been achieved. In guided bone regeneration, the quantity of bone regenerated under the barrier has been demonstrated to be directly related to the amount of the space under the membrane. This space can diminish as a result of membrane collapse. To avoid this problem which involved the use of a titanium mesh barrier to protect the regenerating tissues and to achieve a rigid fixation of the bone segments, were used in association with autologous bone in 2 cases. The aim of this study was to evaluate the capability of a configured titanium mesh to serve as a mechanical and biologic device for restoring a vertically defected premaxilla.
This study aimed at inquiring into the basic theory on CIEO(the Cooperation between Industry and Educational Organizations), grasping and analyzing the present situation of the health junior college, the present condition of CIEO and into problem and seeking to find a solution to activate the CIEO of the health junior colleges. This study suggested five methods as the method of consolidating the on-the-spot-training as below : 1. The execution of the basic research for the on-the-spot-training. And the reorganization of the existing curriculum into the curriculum the industrial organization requires. 2. The participation in solving commonly the problems of the industrial organization and in education. The establishing of the guidance system assuming exclusive charge of the on-the-spot-training. 3. The extension of the period of the on-the-spot-training and the reorganization of an educational system. The submission of the evaluation sheet for the on-the-spot-training. 4. The securing of the educational dost spent on the on-the-spot-training and the imposition of benefits on the industrial organization. 5. The persistent support for the on-the-spot-training at the governmental dimension. It is required that the CIEO law should be enacted as the legal and institutional solution and that government should lend systematic support to the business enterprise exeuting the industrial educational cooperation such as the institutional support for and the imposition of benifits on the cost of research. The cost of research and development, the cost of internal education and training, and the cost of experiment and practice.

Titanium and Titanium alloys are widely used as an orthopedic and dental implant material because of their excellent biocompatibility and mechanical strength. In this study, ECAP Cp-Ti and Cp-Ti were heat treated for different annealing time of 30 min, 90 min and 3 hours. The grain size for each condition was studied. The micro-Vicker hardness test was carried out f3r each different heat treated samples. The micro-Vicker hardness test for ECAP Cp-Ti, Cp-Ti and Cp-Ti (3hr) revealed hardness values of 239.5, 182 and 144 Hv, respectively. The grain size was increased from approximately $70{\mu}m\;to\;300{\mu}m$ with the increase in heat treatment time from 30 min to 3 hours. The heat treated samples were tested for their biocompatibility in simulated body fluid (SBF) and corrosion rates was determined using Polarization Curve test (PCT). The PCT results showed Cp-Ti with comparatively high corrosion potential of -0.18 V and corresponding corrosion current of $2\times10^{-6}$ A, while the corrosion rate in ECAP Cp-Ti and Cp-Ti (30 min annealed) showed very similar results of corrosion potential about -0.47 V with corresponding corrosion current of $7\times10^{-8}$ A.
Purpose: In this research, non-linear three dimensional finite element models with contact elements were constructed. For the investigations of the distributions of contact stresses, 3 units fixed partial dentures model were studied, especially on the interface of the gold screw and cylinder, abutment screw. Methods: 3 types of models were constructed ; the basic fixed partial denture in molar region with 3 units and 3 implants, the intermediate pontic fixed partial denture model with 3 units and 2 implants, and the extension pontic fixed partial denture model with 3 units and 2 implants. For all types, the external loading due to chewing was simulated by applying $45^{\circ}$ linguo-buccal loading of 300 N to the medial crown. For the simulation of the clamping force which clinically occurs due to the torque, thermal expansion was provided to the cylinder as a preload. Results: Under 300 N concentrated loading to the medial crown, the maximum contact stress between abutment screw and gold screw was 86.85~175.86MPa without preload, while the maximum contact stress on the same area was 25.59~57.84MPa with preload. Conclusion: The preloading affected the outcomes of the finite element stress analysis. Reflecting the clinical conditions, the preloading conditions should be considered for other practical study utilizing FEA. For the study of the contact stresses and related motions, various conditions, such as frictional coefficient changes, gap between contact surfaces, were also varied and analyzed.
This study demonstrates holding condition of CT by medical institution classification and by season, and examination fee in Korea currently to quantitatively understand frequency of examination region by change of CT equipment, domestic growing trend and change of distribution and using rate. Recent 10 years of CT holding condition by medical institution classification (Tertiary hospital, General hospital, Hospital, Clinic, Dental hospital, Dental clinic, Hospitalized health center) and by year (2003-2012), and CT examination fee of distribution of medical institution by year is surveyed. The holding ratio of Tertiary hospital level and General hospital level is 32.7% in 2003 and 33.0% in 2012. Whereas, Hospital and Clinic level is 74.2% in 2003 and 66.8% in 2012, which takes approximately 70%. Based on data in 2012, it is 82.2% of total examination fee in Tertiary hospital and General hospital, while 17.5% in hospital and clinic. CT holding rate of Hospital level is increasing, while Clinic level is decreasing. Approximately 80% of CT examination fee is claimed by Tertiary hospital and General hospital. Therefore, there is a significant correlation between CT holding condition of medical institution classification and examination fee. Particularly, correlation between CT holding number of Tertiary hospital and examination fee is significant (p<.001). The more CT holding number, the higher the amount claimed examination fee.
