이 논문은 비선혀성, 모델링오차 그리고 잡음입력이 존재하는 선형 및 비선형시스템에서의 모델에 근거한 이상검출방법을 제시한다. 대상 시스템은 연속형이나 이산형 모두에 적용할 수 있도록 통합연산자$(unified operator)^[5]$로써 표시한다. 이 논문에서 제시되는 이상검출법은 잡음과 모델의 부정합과 비선형성을 고려한 것이다. 모델링 오차는 더하기꼴로 나타내며 계수추정에서 불확실성의 한계를 정량화시키기 위해 공칭모델 분모는 사건실험을 통해 고정시키는 것으로 한다. 공칭모델의 분자 계수들은 최소자승법으로 추정한다. 컴퓨터 모의실험을 추정하여 이 논문에서 제시한 방법이 기존의 방법보다 우수한 성능을 지니고 있음을 보인다.

In this study, we have focused on various types of costumes for traditional Ganggangsullae and daily dance Ganggangsullae. To analyze their costumes, spot photographs of Ganggangsullae contests from 2011 and 2013 were collected from the Department of Culture and Tourism, Jindo County Office and the Jeonnam Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency. Costumes were analyzed by categorising them as type, shape and color. Traditional Ganggangsullae costumes are two types: traditional hanbok and saenghwal hanbok. Traditional hanbok design dates back to the late Joseon dynasty and saenghwal hanbok design to the middle Joseon Dynasty. They reflects confucianism, a male-dominated society, totemism, shamanism and Yin-Yang and the five elements theory in agrarian society and community life. Daily dance Ganggangsullae has various types of costumes such as the fusion hanbok, saenghwal hanbok, cheering uniform and casual wear. They show modern color schemes. There is not any magical meaning from Yin-Yang and the five elements theory. Instead, they have individualism, liberty, equality and welfare in information-oriented society. So its costumes are easy and comfortable clothes. But traditional hanbok, fusion hanbok and saenghwal hanbok are inspired from Korean identiry. Even though traditional Ganggangsullae and daily dance Ganggangsullae have different costumes and ideology, they have a common denominator 'playfulness.' It will function as a key for Ganggangsullae to be performed continuously over the period.

Support vector machine (SVM) classifiers have been widely used for object detection. These methods usually locate the object by finding the region with maximal score in an image. With bag-of-features representation, the SVM score of an image region can be written as the sum of its inside feature-weights. As a result, the searching process can be executed efficiently by using strategies such as branch-and-bound. However, the feature-weight derived by optimizing region classification cannot really reveal the category knowledge of a feature-point, which could cause bad localization. In this paper, we represent a region in an image by a collection of local feature-points and determine the object by the region with the maximum posterior probability of belonging to the object class. Based on the Bayes' theorem and Naive-Bayes assumptions, the posterior probability is reformulated as the sum of feature-scores. The feature-score is manifested in the form of the logarithm of a probability ratio. Instead of estimating the numerator and denominator probabilities separately, we readily employ the density ratio estimation techniques directly, and overcome the above limitation. Experiments on a car dataset and PASCAL VOC 2007 dataset validated the effectiveness of our method compared to the baselines. In addition, the performance can be further improved by taking advantage of the recently developed deep convolutional neural network features.

The purpose of this study is to understand the difference of cognitive structure depending on the level of the 6th graders' problem-solving abilities about the division of fraction and to propose a method for improving the 6th graders' understanding about the division of fraction through the word association test. The following is the findings from this study. 1)The lower level students' is, the lower the step that the chunk appeared in cognitive structure is. 2)The basic level students' association frequency between any two concepts was less than the excellent level students and the ordinary level students' it. 3)The basic level students' connection number between concepts was far less than the excellent level students and the ordinary level students' it. 4)The connection between natural number and unit fractions, subtraction of fraction and division of fraction, division of fraction and reduction to common denominator, and division of fraction and common multiple that expected in this study did not appear in the three groups.

An investigation was conducted to evaluate both the time required and the time allowed for persons to cross streets. Currently, the local municipality uses a standardized formula to determine the time allotted for 'WALK' signals to function allowing pedestrian traffic to cross thoroughfares. The formula to determine the 'Theoretical Time(in seconds)' is the width of the street(in meter) divided by 1.2m/s. The basis of the denominator is 'normal' walking speed. Initially, 3 locations were chosen to evaluate the time between the appearance of the 'WALK' signal and the appearance of the 'DON'T WALK'. The interval between the two signals was assumed to allow a person to begin crossing the street at the appearance of the 'WALK' signal and terminate their crossing at the appearance of the 'DON'T WALK' signal. Of the 3 locations, 2 locations(elementary?middle schools and general hospital areas), the duration of the 'WALK' signal were not properly set and therefore need more time for those who use these cross walks. Specific details regarding the crossing locations and validity of the standardized formula were also presented and discussed.

옥내${\cdot}$외의 전력선 환경에 대한 정확한 채널 모델링에 관한 노력이 최근에 이루어지고 있다. 알려진 일반표준, 제한과 발표된 모델들은 특별한 형태의 접근들이였다. 본 논문에서는 더 신속하고 효율적인 전력선 통신 실험을 위한 전력선 채널 모델링에 관한 연구이다. 용량성 부하 시뮬레이터는 전력선 옥내 망 모뎀 개발에 필수적인 장비이다. 총 244 경우의 용량성 부하 변화에 대한 주파수 응답 특성 측정으로 채널 모델링을 수행하였다. 본 측정 실험에서 PLC는 일반적으로 알고 있었던 특성 보다 더 확정적인 매체라는 것을 확인하였다.

Recent hypothesis suggested that intracellular accumulation of calcium is a common denominator of ischemic celullar damage. Flunarizine, a calcium entry blocker, posses vasodilating properties in cerebral vascular beds and clinically used in circulatory disorders. The present study was designed to evaluate the effect of flunarizine on ischemic and hypoxic brain damage. An ischemic model was made by bilateral carotid artery ligation (BCAL) in Wistar strain rat. Hypoxic model was made by intravenous injection(i.v.) of KCN to rats and mice. In mice, flunarizine not only reduced the mortality of KCN, but also delayed the onset time of convulsion. The contents of ATP, creatine phosphate and glucose, cerebral energy metabolite, decreased 30 minutes after BCAL and KCN i, v, while that of lactate increased. But these variations were suppressed by flunarizine. Furthermore, increase in the dosage of flunarizne generally promoted the recovery of cerebral energy metabolites in hypoxic animals. The results suggest that flunarizine had a protective effect against ischemic and hypoxic brain damage due to its ameliorating action on the cerebral energy metabolism.

Eumyang-ohaeng[陰陽五行-Eumyang and five phases], as a standing rule that establishes the theory of Oriental medicine and origin of the oriental philosophy, it provides the perspective of the oriental medicine's outlook of the world. Without knowing the Eumyang-ohaeng, we cannot discuss Oriental medicine, nor can we understand the oriental way of thinking. Time and Space is what the human being created in order to explain the existence and change of matters. There is a common denominator between this universal concept of time and space and the theory of Eumyang-ohaeng. Consequently this paper investigates how characteristics of Eumyang-ohaeng and that of time and space matches Eumyang represents all matter and its characteristic, by comparison with each other space, and Ohaeng shows the change of matter with time gradually and sequancely. But this separation is only a separation by words, they really melt into one like two sides of a coin is actually just one coin. After all the theory of Eumyang-ohaeng is a theory that leads us to realize time and space, matter and power are all just one. So consequently, despite the difference in mass or size or longevity of matters, Eumyang-ohaeng pulls all matter into one body. It's why Eumyang-ohaeng is defined as the unified theory of time and space.

일부궤한 제어시스템이 안정화되는 비례보상기의 이득의 구간을 연구한다. 이 논문에서 제어시스템이 연결된 구간에 대하여 안정화되는 조건을 구한다. 연결된 구간은 그 구간에 있는 어떤 임의의 두 실수를 취할 때 두 실수 사이의 모든 실수가 그 구간에 속하는 경우를 말한다. 조건은 페루프 전달함수의 분자나 분모의 주파수를 매개변수로한 부등식으로 표현된다. 또한 이산 시간 제어시스템과 시간지연 연속시스템에 관한 조건도 구한다.

Human rights problem of refugee is the most important task to be solved in the international society. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) was established in 1950, with the need for cooperation in the face of the European refugee crisis. In 1951, 'The 1951 refugee convention' was signed for the protection of all refugees. Since the 1951 Refugee Convention, a legal framework has been established for responding to refugees. However, the discrimination and persecution of refugees are still lingering. The interest and the political will of many people in the world are needed to solve this problem. This article analyzes what efforts should be made with respect to human rights issues. This article concludes that, when comparing refugee acceptance and Korea, Korea needs to look at the common denominator of refugee law, human rights law, and international humanitarian law while looking at the treatment of refugees and displaced people from an inclusive approach, and reorganize law and policy. Since Korea is expected to gradually require inclusive policies, Korea should also supplement the legal system and take an inclusive approach. Although Korea as a member of the Refugee Convention, the Geneva Convention, and the Supplementary Protocol, has an obligation to enact domestic implementation laws, it does not reflect all of the obligations required by these conventions, so reorganization is needed.
