The purpose of this study is to improve the strategies for transportation systems of container cargoes in Busan port. Therefore, container cargoes forecasting is done through logistic methods based on past trends. In 2011, container cargoes demand was forecasted 8.791 million TEU(T/S including 12.559 million TEU). In order to improve transportation systems of container cargoes, the conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows ; \circled1 port facilities expansion, \circled2 diversity of container transport modes, \circled3 make up ICD and exclusive container roads, \circled4 the second Seoul-Busan Expressway.

본 논문에서는 철도 수요예측 문제의 유형을 목적에 따라 3가지로 분류하였고, 최근 철도자원을 재고관리 차원에서 접근하고자 하는 시각에 따라 분배모형으로써 적응필터를 사용하는 방법의 타당성에 대해 설명하였다. 또 철도 승객수요의 주요 특징을 분석하였으며, 철도 승객수요 예측의 요구사항 및 방법론을 대규모 재고관리 시스템의 일반적 요구사항에 따라 정리하였다. 영향인자에 대한 분석으로 요일별 계절변동 지수를 정량적으로 산정하였다. 적응필터를 이용한 철도 승객수요 예측의 예제를 제시하였으며, 예측에의 정확성에 대한 비교를 제시하였다.

본 고에서 저자는 신규 통신 서비스로서 공중 무선 LAN 서비스의 수요 예측에 대해 다룬다. 신규 사업에 있어서 수요 예측은 사업의 수익성을 평가하는 가장 기본적인 자료이며 효과적인 마케팅 전략 수립을 위한 기초 단계로서 의미가 크다. 그러나 신규 서비스는 특성상 과거의 판매 자료가 존재하지 않기 때문에 시계열 자료를 이용한 수요 예측이 불가능하다. 따라서 본 고에서는 공중 무선 LAN 서비스와 유사한 특성을 지닐 것으로 판명되는 기존 서비스인 ADSL/케이블모뎀 서비스와 이동전화 서비스의 과거의 확산 과정을 분석하여 공중 무선 LAN 서비스의 확산 과정을 살펴본다. 이러한 유사추론과정을 통해 2006년까지 공중 무선 LAN 서비스의 가입자 수를 예측한다. 또한 선택모형(choice model)을 이용한 잠재 시장 규모의 추정법에 대해 언급한다.

Logistics network of the enterprise is defined to determine the optimal node and link considering the production, inventory and transportation based on the demand forecasting. This study consider the optimal logistics network of A painter company which maintain the existing transportation network and plan to relocate its plants and build new distribution centers. For this, we design possible alternative scenarios and install the simulation models for analysis of each scenario. The result of simulation will help the proper logistic network and determining the size of distribution center further.

Growth curves including Logistic and Gompertz functions are widely used in forecasting the market demand. To estimated the parameters of those functions, we use the non-linear least square method. However, it is difficult to set up the starting points for each parameter. If a wrong starting point is selected, the result reveals the local optimum or does not converge to a certain value. The purpose of this paper is to resolve the problem of selecting a starting point. Especially, rescaling the market data using the national economic index make it possible to figure out the range of parameters and to utilize the grid search method. Applications to some real data are also included.

This paper presents the power system basic planning in urban area, when the superconductive power cable is installed in power system in the future. To decide the proper superconductive cable routes, load flow calculation was carried out based on the long term load forecasting of kyoungin area. The simulated results show that installation of superconductive power cable is able to overcome rapidly growing power demand of unban area.

A technique computing short-term load foadcasting is essential for monitoring and controlling power system operation. This paper shows the use of general exponential smoothing to develop an adaptive forecasting system based on observed value of hourly demand. Forecasts of hourly load with lead times of one to twenty-four hours are computed at hourly intervals throughout the week. Standard error for lead times of one to twenty-four hour range from three to four percent average load. Studies are planned to investigate the use of weather influence to increase forecast accuracy.

Nowadays, road transportation which has played a key role in the market of both passenger and freight transportation is facing with a serious problem, the traffic congestion causing a delay of transportation. Therefore, railroad transportation is considered as an attractive alternative mode of inland transportation due to its inherent merits in mass transportation such as relatively low cost compared with road transportations, less air pollution and noise than other mode ets. In this paper, therefore, we examine the current situation of railroad transportation markets including TKR(Trans- Korean Railway}, TSR(Trans-Siberian Railway} and prospects for the connection of TKR-TSR. And then we examine the structure of the container transportation market by railroad in Korea with a brief analysis of the traffic volume of TKR-TSR.

In Korea, the mobile telecommunication service market is expanding rapidly and becoming more competitive. For service providers in such a dynamic environment, it is very important to accurately forecast demand including market potential in order to work out marketing strategies. In this paper, we suggest a general approach to forecast the market potential using a multinomial logit model, which is applied to individual-level market survey data. Then we develop a dynamic market potential model that can adapt to changes in the external environment without requiring further market survey. The proposed model is applied to the mobile telecommunication service market in Korea.

우리 경제는 지난해에 그동안의 어려웠던 대 ${\cdot}$ 내외적 경영여건이 호전되고 내수경기의 회복및 수출증가세의 확대되는 등 경기회복속도가 빨라진 모습을 보여주었다. 경기가 나아지고 경기전망이 나아짐에 따라 한국경제가 혁신주도형 경제로 빠르게 전환되고 있으며, 그 중심에 정보화는 기업 및 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심전략수단으로 입지를 굳혀나가고 있다. 그러나 자금, 인력, 정보, 등의 측면에서 열세인 중소기업의 경우 벤치마킹의 자료나 검증된 성공 ${\cdot}$ 실패 사례의 부족으로 정보시스템 도입과 투자를 망설이고 있는 듯 하다. 그러므로 국내 중소기업의 정보시스템의 도입과 투자를 통한 정보화 촉진을 위해 현재 중소기업에서 실제 운용되고 있는 정보시스템의 투자현황과 수요를 살펴보고, 이를 통해 필요한 정보시스템의 범위와 적용의 기대효과를 예상하여 전반적인 국내 중소기업의 정보화 투자현황의 개선 방향을 제시해보고자 한다.
