University graduates from construction-related departments are undergoing serious difficulties in getting a job as construction companies are reluctant to employ new personnel due to the depression in the construction industry which has been downscaled in both domestic and overseas markets. In the situation is like this, statistics show that the percentage of employment among the university graduates is less than $25\%$, the unemployment problem in the construction sector has started to demand urgent countermeasures. This report anticipated demand and supply for technical man power in the field of construction in between 2002-2008. For preparation of an effectiveness of supply and demand plan on over-supplied in construction technical man power, this suggested expansion of SOC investment, induced into IT field of unemployed construction manpower, enlargement of overseas construction manpower And this considered an elastic operation of curriculum related to construction, and arranged an excess supply and demand of construction technical manpower, which has been considered to education that will meet with demand of enterprise, etc. on both side of quantity and quality simultaneously.

Korean arboretums where a large number of people are visiting could not do visitor's satisfaction in qualitative side and communication through education and event, although a lot of those things statistically have been doing so far. At this side, it needs an arboretum's segmentation: preparing to an adaptation strategy of a new paradigm, differentiated strategy, and problem solving strategy tied by a similar group for the Korean arboretum visitors. This research tries to classify several patterns with Korean arboretums by visitor's behavior and propose each type of subspecialized management plan after analyzing characteristic of supply and demand. The research for this tries to classify several patterns of Korean arboretum and suggest segmentalzed management plan by types after analyzing characteristics of aspects of demand and supply. By looking at the main patterning result of arboretum as a standard of the demand, there were four sorts of arboretums. In the first, it is the arboretum of intermediate type: not a clear characteristic. In the second, it is an arboretum of multipurpose resort type: strongly demanding motivational factors of a rest, health, access, low cost, experience, learning and sightseeing. In the third, it is an arboretum of theme tour type: a strong sightseeing motivational factor and demanding appreciate scenery. In the last, it is an arboretum of studying and admiring type: demanding a motivational factor of sightseeing landscape and plants, a strong experience and learning.

Currently a number of universities and other educational institutions in the e-learning education system being implemented. Also that there is a demand. However, existing e-learning system has many problems. First, the theory of how the university -centered education and training institutions to adopt e-learning system has become the biggest obstacle. In addition, students can not engage the problem of a one-way lecture. In this paper, the theory -oriented and practice to overcome the one-way river systems programming language will develop e-learning content. Using socket communication and multi-threaded server-side Web browser on the client side through the compiler without installing a separate application installation and environmental learning environment can be unrestricted. Hands- content programming language allows the learner to direct the client-side source code in a web browser by entering the lecture is leading the way. For learners to enter the source code compiled to run on the server side, the compiler provides the learner results. Hands- because the future e-learning content development in e-learning systems will be a major contribution to.
These days, as the society has been in the trends of highly industrialized and the family has been downsized, there is remarkably increasing number of women who follow occupation. These changes have made it more difficult for the family to help post-partum mother, which had been performed in side of house. By the help of social believe that during at least 1 month after childbirth professional nursing program is indispensable for both maternity protection and physical-mental recuperation, now many post-partum care centers for post-partum mother have been in operation. Although these post-partum care center have in use for a long time, no study was performed before this study on the same subject. Data were analyzed using by SAS. The results of study are as follow : 1. The general features of the user of the post-partum care center. The predominant band of user's age is extended from 26 to 30. The users are mainly housewives and they are in higher level of incomes and educations. As for the feature of delivery methods, they performed the normal spontaneous vaginal delivery method by 58.0% and the Caesarean operation method by 42.0%. As for the sexuality for babies, 59.3% of infants are male, and 40.7% are female. The highest delivery order of users is first and admission after 1-3days delivery is highest. 2. The results for the investigation into the actual condition of the post-partum care center are as follow : About the main reason for entrance of the post-partum care center was found to be the needs for the better nursing programs for recuperation after childbirth. This demands are also supported by their husbands. The average length of stay in the post-partum care center is 17.6 days and the besides promised expense ; powdered milk, milk-suckers, disposable dippers, skin cares, body shape cares, entrophics, injections. The post-partum have private rooms for mother and infants. Over the half of average expense is 229 million won. They are paying accessory fees the post-partum care center have similar step organization : the nurses, the skin carers, the cleaners. Mostly both ways of feeding powdered milk and breast feeding are in use, and mother's milk is preserved in the night time to be given to infant by nurse in charge. 3. The results of the investigation on users' nursing demand to the post-partum care center and satisfaction are as follow : The ranking order of nursing demand of mothers who used the is that ; infant care demands, environmental demands, emotional and mental care demands, education and training demands. As much as 70% of the respondents have dissatisfaction in nursing program, The ranking order of service satisfaction of mothers who used appears to be higher following order ; satisfaction in infant care demand, satisfaction in physical nursing demand, satisfaction in emotional and mental nursing demand, satisfaction in education and training demand, satisfaction in environment nursing demand. The results of pearson correlation. between nursing demand and service satisfaction of mothers who used are found to be relative noticeable in the level of 0.05. only infant care. The 61.7% of the women who used the post-partum care center. are responding that they will reuse the same post-partum care center again.

This study is to research the use and the demand of the elderly generation that pursue economic ability and active lifestyle. The composition of the meals were "homemade meals" 65.3%, "homemade & convenience meals" 26.7% overall. For the "never miss a meal" category, 70-74 years old was 48.3%, over 80 years old was 60.0%. The elderly under 70 years old showed a high frequency in the use of alternative meals (p < 0.05) and the elderly with higher education used the alternative meals more frequently (p < 0.01). The rice-cakes, bread, tuna cans, Korean side-dishes, beverages, meat, cup-noodles and seafood as alternative meals are in the order of most frequency. Also, 96.0%, 59.0% and 46.5% of the elderly had experience in using "Ready to eat (RTE)", "Ready to heat (RTH)" and "Ready to cook (RTC)". The oldest group surveyed, the elderly at the age of 80 years old and above showed lower preference for "completely cooked state" but showed highest results in the "half-cooked state". This shows the difference between people's perception and the behavior that showed high frequency of 96.0% in the experience with "RTE". This can be inferred that the elderly needs the development of convenience food that is moderately packaged according to the newer lifestyle where the elderly live independent from their children. Moreover, there is a higher demand in the healthy convenience food, which means that there is a need for development in the quality of the convenience food that will allow more faith in convenience food by the elderly.
The purpose of this study was to survey the current status of informal health education which elementary school nurses have performed in these days. The questionaire survey in this study was obtained from 154 (74.0%) out of 208 elementary school nurses in Kyungbuk province. This study is about their health educational conditions, contents, attitudes. The results are summarized as follows. 1. General characteristics of respondents 1) As for age distribution, thirties with 56.5% is larger than any other group 2) As for school size, below 18 classes with 48.1% is the highest 3) As for the place in which the work, country side (below county) with 65.7% is the highest 4) 89.6% of total respondents have graduated from nurse college 5) Their total career below 10 years is 68.2% 6) Their clinical career below one year is 35.7% 2. Actual conditions of health education 1) The rate of respondents who execute health education is 75.3% out of 154 respondents 2) Health education does not execute because the task of school nurses is busy. This percentage is 55.3% 3) Respondents who draw up a yearly health education plan are 84.5% 4) Weekly health education classes with 1~2 times are 79.3% and teaching time with 89.7% is physical class. 5) 75.0% of total respondents don't use the textbook in health education and the reason is that the contents of nextbook are poor. 6) In health education, teaching aids with VTR, slide flims, charts etc. are 80.2% 7) 82.8% of total respondents don't evaluate the result of teaching 3. Analysis of contents of health education and attitudes of school nurses. 1) The rate of private sanitation for keeping health with 64.7% is high among the contents 2) 90.9% of total respondents demand health education and 92.9% of then demand its independence of a subject. 3) The degrees of school principals' help and understanding are 90.3%, and those of teachers are 89.6% 4) The degrees of school nurses' confidence are high at 35.1% 5) Regular health education classes a week of a school nurse with 3~4 times are 40.9% 6) The greatest difficulty in health education with 70.1% is lack of teaching aids.

Recently, with the increase in electrical consumption and the unbalanced power demand and supply, the power reserve rate is becoming smaller and the reliability of the power supply is deteriorating. Under this circumstance, a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is considered to be an essential countermeasure for demand side management. On the other hand, an economic evaluation is a critical issue for the introduction of a power system because the cost of BESS is quite high. Therefore, this paper presents economic evaluation method for utility use by considering the best mix method and successive approximation method, and an economic evaluation method for customer use by considering the peak shaving function based on the real time price. From a case study on a model power system and educational customer, it was confirmed that the proposed method is a practical tool for the economic analysis of BESS.
Modeling approach for mesoscopic model of concrete depicting mass transportation and physicochemical reaction is important since there is growing demand for accuracy and computational efficiency of numerical simulation. Mesoscopic numerical simulation considering binder, aggregate and Interfacial Transition Zone (ITZ) generally produces huge number of DOFs, which is inapplicable for full structure. In this paper, a three-dimensional multiscale approach describing three-phase structure of concrete was discussed numerically. An effective approach generating random aggregate in polygon based on checking centroid distance was introduced. Moreover, ITZ elements were built by parallel expanding the surface of aggregates on inner side. By combining mesoscopic model including full-graded aggregate and macroscopic model, cases related to diffusivity and thickness of ITZ, volume fraction and grade of aggregate were studied regarding the consideration of multiscale compensation. Results clearly showed that larger analysis model in multiscale model expanded the diffusion space of chloride ion and decreased chloride content in front of rebar. Finally, this paper addressed some worth-noting conclusions about the chloride distribution and rebar corrosion regarding the configuration of, rebar diameter, concrete cover and exposure period.
This survey was carried out in order to find out the education needs of rural women in home improvement. The data were collected from 500 samples who were conjugal women under 65 years old by adminitrating the researcher developed questionaire through interview method. This interview was intensively focused in education fee, free or charged. The major findings of the survey were summerized as follows ; 1) In the educational fee is free, $\ulcorner$fatigue recovery$\lrcorner$ is demanded highest(61.7%) and $\ulcorner$wrighting art$\lrcorner$ is lowest among 30 items. The needs of education are devided 7 fields of the home improvement $\ulcorner$dietary life$\lrcorner$ is the highest demand fields among them. 2) If educational fee is charged, the item of $\ulcorner$technique for side job$\lrcorner$ was highest(42.2%) but $\ulcorner$selecting clothes$\lrcorner$ was lowest, And the field of $\ulcorner$home management$\lrcorner$ was highest demands. 3) On the overall needs of education, charged and free, they want the item of $\ulcorner$family nutrition management$\lrcorner$ and the field of $\ulcorner$dietary life$\lrcorner$ was selected highest. 4) In the relationship between needs of education items and individual/household variables, i.e. age, degree of education, life philosophy, hobby, social activity, experience of home improvement education, and transportation convenience, had significant relationship at 5% level. And the relationship of $\ulcorner$dietary life$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$home management$\lrcorner$ fields are higher significant with individual/household variables.

Despite the fact that the construction industry demands a good quality of skilled labors, most of the labors have been nurtured through apprenticeship, without a systematic education. Despite Institutions has been conducted government-funded education and training programs, the number of new workers released through the educational institutions is not up to the demand of the construction sites, and only few construction workers take government-funded education program. This study analyzed the current status and problems of government-funded education and training, to derive problems and illustrates key improvements in the education system. The improvement measures were presented to improve the cost-side difficulties analyzed by major problems and improvements. As a result, this study aids to activate government-funded education and training.
