Recently, there is an increasing demand to quickly identify changes in the field by applying Digital-twin for on-site management control and analyzing changes in real-time data transmitted. When technologies such as Digital-twin are applied, early problem response and quick response to situations are possible. However, in order to maximize the advantages of digital twin technology, a method of collecting and managing sensor data that collects field information at an appropriate period is required. need. In addition, it is necessary to consider how sensor information is transmitted to each management domain and how to identify and respond to abnormal situations so that it can be visualized for each management purpose. In this paper, we propose a method for collecting heterogeneous sensor information and related system configuration for on-site inspection management based on digital twin.
K-BEMS System was introduced to reduce peak load and to save total energy of the 200 buildings that KEPCO headquarter and branch offices use. And K-BEMS system is composed of PV, battery, and hybrid PCS. KEPCO research institute has carried out this K-BEMS research project for 3 years since January 2016. In this paper, the results of the project are shown. 9 modes of test results of K-BEMS system and are operational problems were analyzed. And measures to cure the trouble are also suggested. Batteries are operated more than 20% of SOC, and less than 20% of SOC battery protection switches are automatically shutting down the system and the system no longer respond to EMS, ending the supply of PV, and so therefore to continue the PV power supply it was turn out to be necessary that the EMS should automatically change its policy to change PV only supply mode automatically when the Battery Switch automatically operated. To operate the system continuously and automatically, it is necessary to modify the minimum operational SOC value, and in addition to that the EMS computer must remember the last shut-down SOC and Voltage which interrupted the system and add some margin to reflect the measurement error in the system.
The Korean film industry with significant increase every year exceeded the number of cumulative audiences of 200 million people in 2013 finally. However, starting from 2015 the Korean film industry entered a period of low growth and experienced a negative growth after all in 2016. To overcome such difficulty, stakeholders like production company, distribution company, multiplex have attempted to maximize the market returns using strategies of predicting change of market and of responding to such market change immediately. Since a film is classified as one of experiential products, it is not easy to predict a box office record and the initial number of audiences before the film is released. And also, the number of audiences fluctuates with a variety of factors after the film is released. So, the production company and distribution company try to be guaranteed the number of screens at the opining time of a newly released by multiplex chains. However, the multiplex chains tend to open the screening schedule during only a week and then determine the number of screening of the forthcoming week based on the box office record and the evaluation of audiences. Many previous researches have conducted to deal with the prediction of box office records of films. In the early stage, the researches attempted to identify factors affecting the box office record. And nowadays, many studies have tried to apply various analytic techniques to the factors identified previously in order to improve the accuracy of prediction and to explain the effect of each factor instead of identifying new factors affecting the box office record. However, most of previous researches have limitations in that they used the total number of audiences from the opening to the end as a target variable, and this makes it difficult to predict and respond to the demand of market which changes dynamically. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to predict the weekly number of audiences of a newly released film so that the stakeholder can flexibly and elastically respond to the change of the number of audiences in the film. To that end, we considered the factors used in the previous studies affecting box office and developed new factors not used in previous studies such as the order of opening of movies, dynamics of sales. Along with the comprehensive factors, we used the machine learning method such as Random Forest, Multi Layer Perception, Support Vector Machine, and Naive Bays, to predict the number of cumulative visitors from the first week after a film release to the third week. At the point of the first and the second week, we predicted the cumulative number of visitors of the forthcoming week for a released film. And at the point of the third week, we predict the total number of visitors of the film. In addition, we predicted the total number of cumulative visitors also at the point of the both first week and second week using the same factors. As a result, we found the accuracy of predicting the number of visitors at the forthcoming week was higher than that of predicting the total number of them in all of three weeks, and also the accuracy of the Random Forest was the highest among the machine learning methods we used. This study has implications in that this study 1) considered various factors comprehensively which affect the box office record and merely addressed by other previous researches such as the weekly rating of audiences after release, the weekly rank of the film after release, and the weekly sales share after release, and 2) tried to predict and respond to the demand of market which changes dynamically by suggesting models which predicts the weekly number of audiences of newly released films so that the stakeholders can flexibly and elastically respond to the change of the number of audiences in the film.
With an elevator supply and demand increases, It has been enlarged various requirements for the safety of the elevator. Elevator safety requirements can be the ability to respond to emergencies quickly. Recently, QR code was attached to all elevator for the elevator safety and it is established by law for the Elevator rescue work. And also the elevator system is seeking to utilize more secure elevator with mandatory installation of CCTV and direct call devices. However, CCTV and direct call service is operating on an individual method and it has not been proposed integrated model. In this paper, we propose the safety elevator integration model with CCTV, direct call service and remote control based on smart phone. Using the proposed model, we can be improved the efficiency of maintenance and ability of prompt action in the event of a disaster.
The term "articles for ship" is a general term for all relevant mechanical accessories (SPARE) and consumable materials (STORE) commonly used in ships. Ships commonly are at sea, so it is difficult to respond rapidly to the demand for them in an emergency situation. In particular, it is more difficult to determine the boarding location of tramper ships as it is more difficult to predict the next sailing route in advance. The purpose of this study was to identify the important factors to be considered in determining the boarding location of tramper ships through a survey of each ship owner and ship management company. This valuable information on the proposed supply procedures for each country and port, would be an efficient way to supply articles for ships.
In recent years, hacking and malware techniques have evolved and become sophisticated and complex, and numerous cyber-attacks are constantly occurring in various fields. Among them, the most widely used route for compromise incidents such as information leakage and system destruction was found to be E-Mails. In particular, it is still difficult to detect and identify E-Mail APT attacks that employ zero-day vulnerabilities and social engineering hacking techniques by detecting signatures and conducting dynamic analysis only. Thus, there has been an increased demand for indicators of compromise (IOC) to identify the causes of malicious activities and quickly respond to similar compromise incidents by sharing the information. In this study, we propose a method of extracting various forensic artifacts required for detecting and investigating Hacking E-Mails, which account for large portion of damages in security incidents. To achieve this, we employed a digital forensic indicator method that was previously utilized to collect information of client-side incidents.
Cyber terror and cyberwarfare are no longer virtual, but real, and as an actual security situation, it is necessary to have new understanding through expanding the concept of war to neutralize not only the other country's military command system, but also the country's main functions such as telecommunications, energy, finance, and transport systems, and it also needs to establish the future development strategy of cyber terror response at the national level. Through analysis of cyberwarfare trends in each country and current status of cyberwarfare in Korea, it will systematically explore the demand of new policy based on laws and systems, including the strategies of cyber security technology development, industry promotion, and manpower training and existing information protection policies. through this, it effectively manages a sustainable national crisis, and it suggests to establish a future strategy for the medium and long term cyber security that can effectively and actively respond to cyberwarfare.
The recent decades have seen a growing rate of international cooperation in science, technology, and innovation (STI) including in the field of green technologies. However, current approaches to national systems of innovation (NSI) have not kept up with this development. International aspects are rather treated as external conditions within which policymakers operate and respond but not influence. This paper tackles this problem by applying a refined NSI concept that includes an international dimension and complements past frameworks by focusing on those Korean government policies, actors, and activities relevant for the internationalization of STI. Austria and Korea have both formulated differing strategies to acquire international leading positions in the field of innovation and the development of green technologies. In the first step, the paper assesses Korea's international activities within the field of green technologies that transcend national boundaries and establish international connections. The government has still a strong influence on selecting technology areas for strategic funding but our findings show that international STI actors have difficulties in identifying the appropriate point of contact to initiate cooperation or apply for related funding. Second, an external perspective on Korea's international collaborations in the field of green technologies is offered. Austria has tentatively identified the East Asian country as a second-priority cooperation partner for its future STI internationalization activities. Interviews with Austrian stakeholders in the field of green technologies indicate a high interest in cooperation with Korea that is facilitated by a similar business culture based on personal networks. Moreover, researchers and policymakers referred to a shared need of small countries for intelligent decision-making processes regarding potential cooperation partners abroad. However, in order to enhance awareness, visibility and demand for Korean STI cooperation in European countries, more long-term funding programs featuring a more permanent point of contact should be introduced.

Recently, as the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) prolongs along with the development of artificial intelligence technology, a non-contact society has become commonplace. Many companies are promoting digital transformation and the activation of artificial intelligence introduction to respond to this which leads to dramatic increase of demand for Chatbot. In addition, a Chatbot has reached the point of processing business transactions from responding simple inquiries. However, it is necessary to develop an API to interface with the legacy system and there are many difficulties in connecting. To solve this, it is becoming important to establish a hybrid Chatbot environment through RPA interface. Recently, the combination of RPA and Chatbot is considered an effective tool for handling many business processes. But, there are many difficulties due to the lack of interface cases and the difficulty in finding a method to development them. This study suggests a method for building a hybrid Chatbot which is an interface Chatbot(Conversational UX) and RPA(Task Automation) from the perspective of hyper-automation based on actual development cases and review of literature review is presented, so that the interface method can be understood and develop more easily. Therefore, there are implications for actively using AI Chatbot for digital transformation.

In recent years, while the demand for electricity is rapidly increasing, fire accidents due to negligence in management of switchboards. In particular, switchboards for industrial and electrical resource control can cause serious problems. Thus, for the safety management of power switchboard, a secondary response is conducted to control firing when a specific condition value is satisfied, but in this case, it is highly likely that a considerable amount of time has elapsed after firing. In this paper, we propose a method to acquire big data for the development of a switchboard temperature and power control system that can actively respond to the current situation by monitoring and learning the temperature of the switchboard's busbar connection in real time. Specifically, a method for periodically acquiring and managing data such as temperature and power from various scattered sensors is proposed.
