흙의 최대건조밀도 및 최적함수비와 자연함수비의 상관성에 대하여 -동부, 남부지방을 중심으로- (Relation Bettween the Maximum Dry Density and Optimum Moisture Content and Natural Moisture Content of Soils)

  • Maximum density and optimum moisture content of a soil may be one of the very important properties to be specified in the design of earth structures and their works. However, the determination of these soil properties may not be done without the necessary equipment and time-consuming field tests. This study was conducted to develop an easier method by determing the relations between the natural moisture content and optimum moisture content and between maximum density and optimum moisture content so determined. Factors Affecting the Development of Cultural Tourism in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam

  • Cultural tourism is a form of tourism based on national cultural identity with the participation of the community to preserve and promote traditional cultural values. Cultural tourism is a trend of many countries in the world, it is suitable for the context in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam. Cultural tourism is very good for poverty reduction activities, so it is considered a direction of socio-economic development. The study's goal is to look at the factors that influence the development of cultural tourism in Vietnam's Mekong Delta. Survey findings from 1275 survey samples in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam, were used to compile the research data. Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient; exploratory factor analysis EFA; CFA confirmatory factor; SEM linear regression analysis are used to analyze and assess scales using SPSS 20, AMOS 24 software. According to the findings of the SEM model study, there are six factors that influence the development of cultural tourism in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam, including policy development tourism, infrastructure for tourism, human resources for tourism, tourism resources, geographic location, tourism products, and services. A discussion on administration is proposed to the development of cultural tourism in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam, based on the research findings.

지진하중을 받는 철근콘크리트 장주의 P-$\Delta$ 효과 (Seismic P-$\Delta$ Effects of Slender RC Columns in Earthquake Analysis)

  • 기존의 연구에서 가정된 모멘트-곡률 관계를 토대로 고정된 안정계수를 갖는 응답스펙트럼을 구성하여 동적 P-$\Delta$ 효과를 분석한 것과는 달리, 이 논문에서는 안정계수의 증가, 즉, 축력의 증가에 따른 하중-변위관계의 변화를 고려할 수 있도록하는 적층단면법을 토대로 실용범위의 세장비와 안정계수를 변화시켜가며, 해석을 수행하여 철근콘크리트 장주의 동적 P-$\Delta$ 효과를 분석하였다. 다양한 지진에 대한 보편화된 결과를 얻기 위해 각기 다른 60개의 입력지진을 사용하였다. 또한, 수평지진과 수직지진을 동시에 작용하여 해석을 수행해 수직지진에 따른 P-$\Delta$ 효과를 살펴보았다. 해석결과, 철근콘크리트 장주의 최대변형은 축력, P-$\Delta$ 효과 및 수직지진의 영향을 거의 받지 않는 반면, 부재 내력은 축력에 의한 강성과 항복강도의 증가에 의해 증가하기 때문에, 철근콘크리트 장주의 내진설계시 축력효과를 고려하여 설계할 경우 P-$\Delta$ 효과 또는 수직지진에 대한 추가적인 영향은 고려하지 않아도 될 것으로 판단된다.

연산증폭기 공유 기법을 이용한 145μW, 87dB SNR을 갖는 저전력 3차 Sigma-Delta 변조기 (A 145μW, 87dB SNR, Low Power 3rd order Sigma-Delta Modulator with Op-amp Sharing)

  • 본 논문에서는 디지털 패스가 없는 연산증폭기 공유 기법을 이용한 $145{\mu}W$, 87dB SNR을 갖는 저전력 3차 Sigma-Delta 변조기를 제안한다. 기존 구조는 아날로그와 디지털 패스를 사용한 구조로 첫 번째 적분기의 계수가 작다는 단점을 지연된 피드포워드 패스를 추가하여 개선하였다. 제안한 구조는 디지털 패스를 제거하여 첫 번째 적분기의 계수를 크게 하였고 연상증폭기 공유 기법을 이용하여 전력소모가 기준 구조보다 적다. 전원전압 1.8V, 신호대역폭 20KHz, 샘플링 주파수 2.8224MHz 조건에서 $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS 공정을 이용하여 제안한 구조의 시뮬레이션한 결과, SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio)은 87dB, 전력소비는 $145{\mu}W$이다.

비정질 SeGe 박막의 PL 특성과 광흑화 효과에 관한 연구 (The Photoluminescence(PL) Spectroscopy and the Photo-Darkening(PD) Effect of the Amorphous SeGe Thin Films)

  • In this study, we have investigated photo-induced changes of optical energy gap( $E_{OP)}$ and photoluminescence (PL) in amorphous ($\alpha$-) S $e_{100-x}$G $e_{x}$ (x=5, 25 and 33) thin films prepared by conventional thermal evaporation method. In the $\alpha$-S $e_{100-x}$G $e_{x}$ thin film, the $E_{OP}$ is obtained by a linear extrapolation of the ($\alpha$hν)$^{\frac{1}{2}}$ versus hν plot to the energy axis using the optical absorption coefficient ($\alpha$) calculated from the extinction coefficient k measured in the wavelength range of 290~900nm. Although the values of $\Delta$ $E_{OP}$ are very different, all films exhibit photo-induced photo-darkening (PD) effect that is a red shift of $E_{OP}$ . In particular, $\Delta$ $E_{OP}$ in $\alpha$-S $e_{75}$ G $e_{25}$ thin film exhibits the largest value (i, e., $\Delta$ $E^{OP}$ ~40meV for $\alpha$-S $e_{95}$ G $e_{5}$ , $\Delta$ $E_{OP}$ ~200meV for $\alpha$-S $e_{75}$ G $e_{25}$ , $\Delta$ $E_{OP}$ ~130meV for $\alpha$-S $e_{67}$ G $e_{33}$ ). PL spectra in $\alpha$-SeGe by hν$_{HeCd}$ have no-Stokes shift (SS) and show a tendency dependent on both composition and illumination time. We explain the energy-induced phenomena such as the PD and thermal bleaching, the native charged-defect generation and the no-SS PL, etc..the PD and thermal bleaching, the native charged-defect generation and the no-SS PL, etc..tc..

온도에 무관한 전압검출기의 바이어스 구현 (An Implementation of Temperature Independent Bias Scheme in Voltage Detector)

  • 본 논문에서는 전압검출기에 사용되는 온도에 무관한 검출 전압원을 제안한다. 검출 전압원이 절대온도 영도(Zero degree)에서 실리콘 밴드갭 전압의 m배가 되도록 설계한다. 검출 전압원의 온도계수는 트랜지스터 이미터-베이스 사이의 서로 다른 면적을 가진 다이오드에 생성된 비선형 전압인 ${\Delta}V_{BE}$의 오목한 온도계수와 트랜지스터 순방향 전압인 $V_{BE}$의 볼록한 비선형 온도계수의 합으로 다이오드의 온도계수를 적절히 선택함으로서 거의 제로의 온도계수를 실현한다. 또한 검출 전압원의 값이 ${\Delta}V_{BE}$, $V_{BE}$ 멀티플라이어 회로 및 저항을 이용하여 변화될 수 있도록 설계하였다. 제안한 검출 전압원의 성능을 평가하기 위해, $6{\mu}m$ 바이폴러 기술로 조립된 1.9V용 IC를 제작하여 검출 전압원의 동작특성과 온도계수를 측정하였다. 또한 검출 전압원의 값이 공정에 의해 변화되는 요인을 줄이기 위해 트리밍 기술, 이온 임플란테이션과 이방성 에칭을 도입하였다. 제작된 IC에서 검출 전압원은 -30$^{\circ}C$~70$^{\circ}C$의 온도범위에서 29ppm/$^{\circ}C$의 안정된 온도계수를 얻을 수 있었다. 그리고 전압검출기의 소비전류는 1.9V 공급전압에서 $10{\mu}A$이다.

앞전 형상에 따른 삼각 날개의 공력 특성 (Aerodynamic Characteristics of Delta Wing According to Leading Edge Geometries)

  • Flow visualization and aerodynamic characteristics of delta wings with two different leading edge geometries are investigated by PIV system and wind tunnel balance when the Reynolds number is about based on the freestream velocity and the root chord length. Delta wing models have 65-deg swept angle, and the leading edge shapes are divided into round- and sharp- type. The experimental results indicated that the leading-edge vortex strength and aerodynamic coefficient in the round leading edge are stronger and more, respectively than those in the sharp one. Therefore the flow interactions between vortices and the boundary layer are more desirable or more rapidly swirled in the round-type leading edge.

  • Delayed Detached-Eddy Simulation was conducted to investigate surface pressure coefficient distribution and surface pressure fluctuation over an ONERA 70-degree delta wing at a high angle of attack. Time-averaged surface pressure distribution is directly affected by the primary vortices, whereas the pressure fluctuation is influenced by the unsteady fluctuating boundary layer over the surface. And pressure coefficient, velocity, pressure fluctuation, and turbulent kinetic energy were analyzed along the vortex core in order to investigate the process of vortex breakdown. Consequently, strong pressure fluctuations were found where the vortex breakdown was occurred at x~620 mm. The turbulent kinetic energy abruptly increased and followed after the vortex breakdown.

Plate Fin-Oval Tube 열교환기에서 익형 와류발생체에 의한 Fin 표면에서의 국소 열전달에 대한 특성 (Local Heat Transfer Characteristics on Fin Surface of Plate Fin-Oval Tube with Delta Wing Vortex Generators)

  • In the present study, the effect of delta-wing vortex generators(DWVG) on the local heat transfer of the plate fin-oval tube was experimentally analyzed for Reynolds numbers for 2000, 2500 and 3200. The local heat transfer coefficient of the fin surface for four type DWVGs was measured by the naphthalene sublimation technique. As the results, the distribution of the heat transfer coefficient at rear of DWVGs showed longitudinal contours for common flow down DWVGs and wavy contours for common flow up DWVGs. The distribution showed many cell type contours at near wall and downstream for all DWVGs. Compared to case without DWVGs in present experimental tests, all DWVGs showed the best enhancement of heat transfer at Re=2000. Of 4 cases of DWVGs, D type showed the best enhancement of heat transfer.

ZnO Varistor의 신뢰성 향상 (Improvement of Reliance on Zinc oxide)

  • ZnO varistor ceramics which were fabricated with variation of added of $0.5{\sim}1.0mol%\;Co_3O_4$ sintered at $1150^{\circ}C$. In the specimen added $0.7mol%\;Co_3O_4$, sintered density was $6.03g/cm^3$ and electrical peoperties were superior to any other components. The nonlinear coefficient a was 83, and clamping voltage ratio was 1.35. But, endurence surge current in the specimen added $0.5mol%\;Co_3O_4$ was $7000A/cm^2$, and deviation of varistor voltage was ${\Delta}-3.23%$. As P.C.T and T.C.T environment test were succeed in all specimens, and deviation of varistor voltage in the specimen added $0.6mol%\;Co_3O_4$ was ${\Delta}-0.81%$. All specimens showed a good leakage current property in the High Temperature Continuous Load Test for 1000hr, at $85^{\circ}C$, and variation rate of the varistor voltage was ${\Delta}-2%$.
