한국 가정복지 정책과 서비스 전달체계의 현황 및 평가 (The Current State and Evaluation of Family Life Welfare Policy and Service Delivery System in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to review the current state and issues of family life welfare policy and service delivery system in Korea Up to now social welfare has exclusively represented welfare area and family life welfare has been treated as a subarea of social welfare not an independent area Recently the organization system of family life welfare in Korea was reorganized. The depatment of family life welfare was disorganized and the role and function of it was dispersed. The present policy for family life welfare and service delivery system pose many issues in legal arrangement administrative dimension approach characteristics of welfare concerned department institution professional personnel and certificate system.

  • In this paper, we develop a planning system for the routing and scheduling of vehicles in pickup and delivery service such as door-to-door parcel service. Efficient routing and scheduling of vehicles is very important in pickup and delivery service. The routing and scheduling problem is a variation of vehicle routing problem which has various realistic constraints. We develop a heuristic algorithm based on tabu search to solve the routing and scheduling problem. We develop a routing and scheduling system installed the algorithm as a planning engine. The system manage the basic data and uses GIS data to make a realistic route plan.

불황기에 화물 배달의 정시성을 보증하는 'M'선사의 Daily Maersk Service 성과에 대한 사례 연구

  • 2008년부터 시작된 세계경제 위축은 전 세계 해상물동량 감소로 이어져 컨테이너선업계의 불황이 더욱 심화되고 있다. 선사들은 불황을 극복하기 위하여 여러 가지 전략들을 구사하고 있다. 대부분의 선사들은 잉여 선박의 추가투입으로 감속운항을 통해 선박 운영비용을 절감하고 있는데, 이와 같은 시도는 선사입장에서는 비용절감이 되지만 감속운항이 화물의 정시성을 저해하는 요소로 작용하고 있기 때문에 화주입장에서는 불만요인이 될 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서 'M'선사는 "On Time Delivery"를 보증하기 위해서 아시아-유럽항로에서 새로운 서비스인 Daily Maersk Service를 2011년 10월부터 적용하고 있다. 본 서비스는 아시아발 북유럽행 특정 기간 포트구간 수송에서 100% "On Time Delivery"를 보증하고, 또한 매일 화물수탁을 가능하게 한 신서비스이다. 본 연구에서는 업계 1위를 달리고 있는 'M'선사가 감속운항을 하면서도 화물의 정시성을 높이기 위해 실시하고 있는 Daily Maersk Service를 통하여 가격 경쟁과 더불어 서비스 경쟁에서도 우위를 확보하려는 전략이 효과를 나타내고 있는 지에 대하여 사례연구를 통하여 확인하였다.

  • Vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) is a core feature of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which are commonly referred to as drones. In emerging smart logistics, drones are expected to play an increasingly important role as mobile platforms. Therefore, research on last-mile delivery using drones is on the rise. There is a growing trend toward providing drone delivery services, particularly among retailers that handle small and lightweight items. However, there is still a lack of research on a structural definition of the VTOL drone flight model for multi-point delivery service. This paper describes a VTOL drone flight route structure for a multi-drone delivery service using rotary-wing type VTOL drones. First, we briefly explore the factors to be considered when providing drone delivery services. Second, a VTOL drone flight route model is introduced using the idea of the nested graph. Based on the proposed model, we describe various time-related attributes for delivery services using drones and present corresponding calculation methods. Additionally, as an application of the drone route model and the time attributes, we comprehensively describe a simple example of the multi-drone delivery for first-come-first-served (FCFS) services.

  • TAn E-Mail system is one of the most important services for enterprise and electronic commerce end users on the Internet. However, security for an E-Mail service is not satisfied yet, an E-Mail system with security service is definitely required especially in electronic commerce system. In this paper, an E-Mail system with confirmation of e-mail delivery is proposed, The certification of delivery of E-Mail message is not provided in conventional E-Mail systems. The proposed E-Mail system is composed of this certification of delivery and basic security services. The certification of delivery can prove sender's E-Mail message is securely sent to legitimate receivers. The system is designed and implemented by Java Cryptography API.

  • Drone package delivery routing problem is realistic problem used to find efficient route of drone package delivery service. In this paper, we present an approach for solving drone routing problem for package delivery service using two different heuristics algorithms, genetic and nearest neighbor. We implement and analyze both heuristics algorithms for solving the problem efficiently with respect to cost and time. The respective experimental results show that for the range of customers 10 to 50 nearest neighbor and genetic algorithms can reduce the tour length on average by 34% and 40% respectively comparing to FIFO algorithm.

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between boundary spanning behaviors and service quality, and the moderating effect of gender. Based on the responses from 204 employees in outdoor-food franchising system, hierarchical regression analysis showed that service delivery has positive relationships with all service quality factors, and external representation and internal influence have partly positive relationship with them. Gender appeared to have partly moderating effect on the relationship between only internal influence and service quality.

  • 최근 인터넷을 통한 B2B 전자상거래가 국제적으로 확대됨에 따라 단일화된 전자상거래 표준의 정립이 시급히 요구되고 있다. 이에 UN/CEFACT와 OASIS는 국제 단일 전자 시장 형성을 목적으로 ebXML 표준을 채택하였고, 새로운 표준을 따르는 전자상거래 시장에서는 메시징 서비스를 위하여 ebXML 기반 메시지 전송 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML 메시징 서비스 제공을 위하여 ebXML 메시지를 생성하고 신뢰성있게 전송하며 관리하는 MSH(Message Service Handler)를 구현하였다. 구현한 MSH는 다양한 시스템 환 경을 지원하며, 단순한 인터페이스로 로컬 환경이나 분산 환경에서 MSH를 쉽게 사용할 수 있다. 또한 장애 발생시 메시지 재전송, 중복 메시지 처리, 확인(Acknowledgement) 메시지 전송 등을 통하여 인터넷 상에서 신뢰성 있는 메시지 전송을 보장한다. 개발된 시스템은 현재 ebXML 등록기/저장소 시스템에 적용되고 있다.

개인혁신성과 자기효능감이 모바일 배달 어플리케이션 서비스 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (Intention to Use Mobile Delivery Application Services, Depending on Personal Innovativeness and Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 배달 어플리케이션 서비스에 대한 사용자의 개인적 특성이 이용의도에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하고 검증하였다. 이를 위해 기술수용모델(TAM)을 연구모형으로 채택하고, 모바일 배달 어플리케이션 사용자 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 먼저, 개인혁신성은 인지된 용이성과 인지된 유희성에, 자기효능감은 인지된 용이성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 인지된 용이성은 인지된 유용성과 인지된 유희성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 인지된 유용성과 인지된 유희성은 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 개인혁신성과 자기효능감은 서비스 이용의도에 유의한 간접효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 향후 모바일 배달 앱 서비스 개발에 있어 사용자의 개인적 특성과 서비스에 대한 인식을 고려한다면, 사용자의 자발적이고 지속적인 사용을 유도할 수 있음을 시사한다.

O2O 배달 앱 플랫폼 서비스에서 공급 업체의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Vender's Continuous Use Intention in O2O Delivery App Platform Service)

  • Recently, delivery app services based on the O2O platform are increasing rapidly. Accordingly, various studies on O2O service have been conducted. Most of the studies are on consumer behavior in O2O services, and few studies on platform vendors have been conducted. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the factors affecting the vender's intention to continuous use in the O2O delivery app platform service. Based on prior researches, we set the quality characteristics and network characteristics of the O2O platform as independent variables. The quality characteristics of the O2O platform consisted of system quality, information quality, and service quality, and the O2O platform network characteristics consisted of network externality and platform reputation. Perceived value and switching cost were set as mediated variables, and vender's intention to continuous use was set as dependent variables. For empirical analysis, we conducted a survey targeting vendors of O2O delivery app platform service, and conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the quality characteristics of the O2O platform, such as system quality, information quality, service quality, and O2O platform network characteristics, showed that network externality and platform reputation had a positive effect on perceived value. The perceived value was found to have a positive effect on the switching cost and the intention to continuous use, and the switching cost was found to mediate the perceived value and the intention to continuous use. This study can contribute to the establishment of platform operation strategy as an empirical analysis on the factors that influence the intention of O2O platform vendors to use the platform continuously.
