JBI 기반 ESB 환경에서 효과적인 메시지 추적을 위한 메시지모니터링 프레임워크 (A Message Monitoring Framework for Tracing Messages on JBI-based Enterprise Service Bus)

  • In order to resolve the problems of traditional Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) for system integration and to establish flexible enterprise IT environments, Enterprise Service Bus(ESB) which have distributed architecture and support Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) has introduced. Particularly, JBI which developed by the Java Community Process is most widely used to implement ESB for advantages of Java technology. In ESB based on JBI, reliable message delivery is very important to ensure stability of services and systems because it is a message driven architecture. But, it is difficult to verify messages and trace messages when system fault or service error occurred because JBI specification is not enough to address them. In this paper we has proposed the Message Monitoring Framework for JBI-based ESBs which for using in monitoring messages efficiently. It provides foundations for gathering and tracing message-related information about component installation, message exchange, service deploy by using proxy-based change tracking and delegation mechanism for data processing. The proxy which used in our solutions collects data about message automatically when it changed, and the delegation mechanism provides users flexibility for data processing. Also, we describe the performance evaluation results of our solution which is acceptable. We expect to it enables users to ensure reliability and stability of the JBI-based ESB by systematic monitoring and managing messages being used to interact among components.

A New Framework of 6lowpan node for Neighboring Communication with Healthcare Monitoring Applications

  • The proposed technique uses cyclic frame structure, where three periods such as beacon period (BP), mesh contention access period (MCAP) and slotted period (SP) are in a data frame. This paper studies on a mechanism to allow communication nodes (6lowpan) in a PAN with different logical channel for global healthcare applications monitoring technology. The proposed super framework structure system has installed 6lowpan sensor nodes to communicate with each other. The basic idea is to time share logical channels to perform 6lowpan sensor node. The concept of 6lowpan sensor node and various biomedical sensors fixed on the patient BAN (Body Area Network) for monitoring health condition. In PAN (hospital area), has fixed gateways that received biomedical data from 6lowpan (patient). Each 6lowpan sensor node (patient) has IP-addresses that would be directly connected to the internet. With the help of IP-address service provider can recognize or analyze patient data from all over the globe by the internet service provider, with specific equipments i.e. cell phone, PDA, note book. The NS-2.33 result shows the performance of data transmission delay and data delivery ratio in the case of hop count in a PAN (Personal Area Networks).

BIM 기반 공동주택 유지보수 이력 관리를 위한 공간 모델 생성 연구 (Study on Spatial Model Generation for BIM-based Apartment Maintenance History Management)

  • This study proposes a BIM-based space model generation framework for managing maintenance history in apartments. While BIM adoption in design and construction phases is increasing, its use in operation and maintenance remains limited, particularly in the continuous utilization of as-built BIM models. To address this, the study introduces a methodology for automated space model generation using DYNAMO, analyzing 1,875 maintenance records and long-term repair plans from two apartment projects over two years. The framework was applied to case projects, achieving a 100% space model creation rate for dedicated spaces and 108.91% for public spaces, proving its applicability. This suggests that the automated space model generation process proposed in this study is applicable. The significance of this study is that it presents a model transition framework for the operation and maintenance phase of the as-built BIM model. In addition, it is of research value that a simplified BIM space model is proposed to overcome the limitation of not being able to manage the history of each part in the current maintenance phase. This study can be utilized as a basis for future BIM guidelines applicable to operation and maintenance phases and delivery guidelines for as-built BIM models.

공간 빅데이터의 개념 및 서비스 프레임워크 구상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Concept and Services Framework of Geo-Spatial Big Data)

  • 본 연구는 수요 및 관심이 증대되고 있는 공간 빅데이터의 개념설정과 이를 기반으로 공간 빅데이터 기술을 활용할 수 있는 서비스 프레임워크를 개념적으로 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 공간 빅데이터는 정형 반정형 비정형 공간 빅데이터를 효율적으로 수집 저장 관리하는 동시에 공간정보와 융합된 다양한 속성정보에 대해 실시간 통합 분석을 수행하여 의미 있는 정보를 추출함으로써 미래에 대응할 수 있는 기술이라 할 수 있다. 또한 공간 빅데이터는 기존 빅데이터가 가지는 3V(Volume, Variety, Velocity) 특성에 4V(Veracity, Visualization, Versatile, Value)가 추가된 특성을 가지며, 저장 관리, 분석, 서비스로 구분하여 활용범위를 설정할 수 있다. 그리고 공간 빅데이터를 활용하기 위한 서비스 측면에서의 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 구체적으로 서비스 관리, 서비스 콘테이너, 서비스 모니터링의 구성요소로 구상안을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 참조로 새로운 기술 및 기법들을 적용하여 수정 보완하고, 향후 개발예정인 저장 관리, 분석 기술개발과 연계하여 구체적인 서비스 제공방안에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

  • Cancer is a disease which has the huge burden in worldwide, and cancer is the number one cause of death in Korea. At this point, the new framework for cancer monitoring index is required for regional cancer monitoring. Especially, cancer survivors are the important target which is rapidly increasing recently, also cancer survivor's quality of care should be considered in the cancer monitoring index framework. To develop the Multidimensional Cancer Monitoring Index considering cancer survivor's quality of care, we took into account cancer continuum which including prevention, detection, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, assessment of quality of care and monitoring cancer patient, and end-of life care for stage. For target, components of health care delivery system such as patient, family, provider, payer, and policy maker are included. Also, Donabedian model which is a framework for examining health services and evaluating quality of health care such as structure, process, and outcome is applied to contents. This new cancer monitoring framework which includes multidimensional components could help to develop regional cancer monitoring index, and to make national cancer management and prevention policy in the future.

공공건설공사의 기술제안형 입찰 운영모델 개발 (Development of an Operation Model for Technical Proposal-Based Tender of Public Construction Projects)

  • 공공건설사업의 발주방식을 다양화하려는 차원에서 재정경제부는 2007년 10월 $\ulcorner$국가계약법시행령$\lrcorner$ 개정을 통해 기술제안형 입찰인 '기술제안입찰', '설계공모 기술제안입찰'을 새로이 도입하였다. 이러한 입찰은 사업의 특성 및 목적에 맞게 입찰자들에게 기술제안서를 요구한 후 이를 평가하여 낙찰자를 선정하는 방식이다. 본 연구는 국내에 처음 적용되는 기술제안형 입찰제도의 효과적인 운영을 위한 가이드라인을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 국내외 관련 문헌 및 사례를 분석하여 운영모델의 틀을 구축하였으며, 이후 수차례의 전문가 자문을 통해 표준적인 운영 프로세스, 기술제안서 작성기준, 기술제안서 평가기준, 그리고 낙찰자 결정방법을 개발하였다. 발주자의 중요한 의사결정 요소인 낙찰자 결정방법은 가상 사례를 이용한 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 '기준적합최저가', '가중치', '가격조정입찰', '기술조정점수'의 4가지 낙찰방식이 갖는 정량적 인 특성과 적용기준을 시사점으로 도출하여 제시하였다.

가족정책 전달체계 전담인력의 역량강화를 위한 교육방안 모색을 위한 기초 연구 (A Study on the Education Plan for Empowerment of Healthy Family Specialists in the Family Policy Delivery System)

  • The number of Healthy Family Support Centers has dramatically increased and the services for healthy families such as family education, family counsel, family culture and family care have increased during the past ten years since the Framework Act on Healthy Families was enacted. This growth is largely credited to Healthy Family Specialists. At a time when the family policy delivery system is changing, it is most urgent to enhance the capability of Healthy Family Specialists. In this study, we aim to investigate the current capability of Healthy Family Specialists and suggest the education plan for their empowerment. We collected data from 151 Healthy Family Support Centers by mail and e-mail in June 2014. There were total of 1,001 subjects for analysis(781 by mail and 220 by e-mail). We analyzed the capabilities of Healthy Family Specialist by service areas according to work-related characteristics and possession of a license. Our findings revealed that the capabilities of Healthy Family Specialist varied depending on the service year and whether or not having a licence. These results suggest that the education program for empowerment will provide a differentiated content according to the service year and whether or not having a license. This study contributes to a better understanding of Healthy Family Specialists' current capability and provides insights on how to enhance their capability in order to change the family policy delivery system.

O2O 플랫폼 충성도에 플랫폼 정보 품질과 고객 정보품질이 미치는 영향 분석 (An Analysis of the Effect of Platform Information Quality and Customer Information Quality on Customer Loyalty to Online to Offline Platforms)

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the impact of two types of information quality, which are platform-oriented information quality and customer-oriented information quality, on customers' decision-making processes in the Online to offline (O2O) platform environment. Grounded in the product brokering efficiency model, which encompasses screening cost, evaluation cost, and decision quality, a model framework was developed. Furthermore, this study explores how these decision-making processes affect customer loyalty. Methods: Given that food delivery apps are the most widely used O2O service in Korea, this study targeted users of these apps for data analysis. We conducted hypothesis testing through a purposive sampling methodology focusing on food delivery app users. A Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling analysis was conducted to analyze the data. The data collection occurred via an online survey from October to December 2021, with a total of 212 respondents participating. Results: The results of this study revealed the significant role of information quality in helping customers' decision processes while using food delivery apps. Specifically, it was found that platform-oriented information positively influences decision quality, while customer-oriented information significantly affects both the reduction of evaluation cost and the enhancement of decision quality. Additionally, the study indicated that lower evaluation costs and higher decision quality lead to increased platform loyalty. However, a reduction in screening cost did not have a significant impact on platform loyalty. Conclusion: While previous studies have overlooked the existence of two sides, service provider and user, in a platform, this research holds significance in its analysis of how information quality impacts loyalty by utilizing the two kinds of information quality. Practitioners can enhance customer loyalty to the platform by enriching customer-oriented information, thereby reducing customers' evaluation costs and encouraging more loyal usage of the platform.

Web1.0과 프로슈밍기반 Web2.0 서비스 가치생태계 비교 (Value Ecosystems of Web Services : Benefits and Costs of Web as a Prosuming Service Platform)

  • We first develop a value ecosystem framework to model the SDP(Service Delivery Process) of web services. Since the web service has been evolving from the basic web architecture (e.g., traditional world wide web) to a prosuming platform based on virtualization technologies, the proposed framework of the value ecosystem focuses on capturing the key characteristics of SDP in each type of web services. Even though they share the basic elements such as PP(Platform Provider), CA(Customization Agency) and user group, the SDP in the traditional web services (so-called Web1.0 in this paper) is quite different from the most recent one (so-called Web2.0). In our value ecosystem, users are uniformly distributed over (0, ${\Delta}$), where ${\Delta}$��represents the variety level of users' preference on the web service level. PP and CA provide a standard level of web service(s) and prosuming service package, respectively. CA in Web1.0 presents a standard customization package($s_a$) at flat rate c, whereas PP and CA collaborate and provide customization service with a usage-based scheme. We employ a multi-stage game model to analyze and compare the SDPs in Web1.0 and Web2.0. Our findings through analysis and numerical simulations are as follows. First, the user group is consecutively segmented, and the pattern of the segmentations varies across Web1.0 and Web2.0. The standardized service level s (from PP) is higher in Web1.0, whereas the amount of information created in the value ecosystem is bigger in Web2.0. This indicates the role of CA would be increasingly critical in Web2.0: in particular, for fulfilling the needs of prosuming and service customization.

초등학생 방과후 돌봄 서비스 분석과 개선방안 (Analysis of an After-school Care Service Program for Elementary School Children and Suggestions for Improvement)

  • The purpose of this research is to suggest some measures to improve policy issues by analyzing policy related to a child care service program in the community. Gilbert and Terrell's social policy analysis framework is used to analyze an after-school care service program for elementary school children. Furthermore, the Elementary Care Class(including the After-school Program), Youth After-school Academy, and Community Child Center, referred to as public care services, are employed to analyze community care service programs for children. The Elementary Care Class, Youth After-school Academy and Community Child Center are very similar in terms of the contents and application of the care service program for children, and mainly serve children in low-income groups. In addition, although user overlapping is an inevitable problem because the operating time of the Elementary Care Class and After-school Program coincides with that of the Youth After-school Academy and Community Child Center, it is structurally very hard to adjust the content of service, operating time, and so on because of differences in the delivery system for each program. Therefore, it is necessary to generate a unified delivery system to manage after-school care service programs for children and create a new special control tower to solve these problems. Furthermore, it is needed to extend the services to children from general double-income family, which is a blind spot of the care service.
