온라인 쇼핑의 새벽배송 서비스품질이 고객만족도와 고객행동(재이용의도)에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Early Morning Delivery Service Quality of Online Shopping on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Behavior (Reuse Intention))

  • 새벽배송은 일반 배송 서비스와는 다른 고유한 특성을 가지고 있다. 이 서비스는 일반적으로 새벽 시간대, 주로 새벽 7시 이전에 제품을 고객에게 배송하는 것을 의미한다. 온라인 새벽배송에는 고객측면에서 다양한 가치를 제공하는 반면 판매자와 온라인 쇼핑몰과 같은 서비스 제공자 측면에서는 극복해야 할 적지 않은 도전과제를 가지고 있다. 새벽배송 시장은 PC기반 온라인 쇼핑과 모바일 쇼핑을 합친 온라인 식품판매에서 성장세가 확대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 확대되어 가는 온라인 쇼핑 새벽배송에 대한 고객만족과 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 한다. 온라인 쇼핑 새벽배송 환경을 모형화하기 위해 독립요인을 다음 세 가지 유형으로 분류하였다: 시스템 특성, 제품특성, 그리고 배달특성. 그리고 본 연구에서는 세 가지 독립요인, 고객만족 (매개요인), 그리고 재이용의도 (종속변수)와의 관계를 실증적으로 탐색하여 보았다. 분석결과, 온라인 쇼핑의 새벽배송 서비스품질에 시스템특성과 제품특성이 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며, 특히 시스템특성 중에 신뢰성, 편리성, 유용성, 그리고 상호작용, 제품특성 중에는 제품품질, 제품가격, 제품다양성, 제품간편성이 고객만족에 정(+)영향을 주는 것으로 조사되었다. 하지만 배달특성은 고객만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하고 있다는 결과가 나왔다.

감정부조화와 서비스제공수준 간의 관계에서 고객지향성의 매개효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Customer Orientation on Emotional Dissonance and Service Delivery Level)

  • The purpose of this study were to examine the effects of emotional dissonance on customer orientation and service delivery level, and to examine the mediating effects of the customer orientation. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were obtained from 199 nurses working in a general hospital in Changwon City were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0. and AMOS 5.0. The findings are as follows: Firstly, there was a negative relationship between emotional dissonance and customer orientation. Secondly, there was also a positive relationship between customer orientation and service delivery level. Thirdly, there was also a negative relationship between emotional dissonance and service delivery level. Finally, the customer orientation was a partial mediating effect on the relationship between emotional dissonance and service delivery level. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

삼음교(SP6)지압이 산부의 분만통증, 분만소요시간에 미치는 효과 (Effects of San-Yin-Jiao(SP6) Acupressure on Labor Pain, Delivery Time in Women during Labor)

  • Purpose: The study was done to examine the effects of San- Yin-Jiao(SP6) acupressure treatment on subjective labor pain, length of delivery time in women during labor. Method: The study design was a randomized controlled clinical trial study using a double-blinded method. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire, a subjective labor pain scale and measurement of delivery time. The experimental group(n=29) was received SP6 acupressure and control group(n=29), SP6 touch for the duration of each uterine contraction, during 30 minutes after 3cm dilatation of cervical os. Result: The subjective labor pain scores was significantly different between the two groups(p=0.042). The total length of delivery time in the group which had the SP6 acupressure was shorter than SP6 touch group (p=0.036). Conclusion: These findings showed that SP6 acupressure was effective related to labor pain, length of time for delivery. SP6 acupressure during labor could be applied as an effective nursing treatment.

Government-Nonprofit Service Delivery from Resource Dependence Theory: Revising with System Dynamics

  • This study explores the partnership between government and human service nonprofits in the United States from the perspective of resource dependence theory and extends the theory with system dynamics in order to better explain government-nonprofit service delivery. The article is structured as follows. First, I introduce the historical development of the government-nonprofit partnership in service delivery in the United States. Second, I present an overview of resource dependence theory for government-nonprofit service delivery, including assumptions, key elements, claims, how well it explains the government-nonprofit service delivery, and limitations. Third, I highlight the advantages of system dynamics along with the limitations of resource dependence theory, as an attempt to revise the theory. Finally, I conclude with a summary and suggestions for the next steps in theoretical development and research.

생산 및 배송을 위한 공급사슬망에서의 일정계획에 관한 연구 (A Scheduling Problem for Production-Delivery in a Supply Chain)

  • This paper considers an integrated scheduling problem for consecutive production and delivery stages in a two-stage supply chain. The Production is performed on a single facility and then the finished products are delivered to the customer by capacitated multiple vehicles. The objective of this paper is to obtain job sequencing and delivery batching minimizing the total cost of the associated WIP inventory, finished product inventory and delivery. The inventory cost is characterized by the sum of weighted flowtime. The delivery cost is proportional to the required number of delivery batches. Some polynomial-solvable cases are derived. For the general case, two efficient heuristic algorithms are suggested, and then the heuristics are tested through some numerical experiments.

  • Keeping the promised delivery date for a customer order is crucial for a company to promote customer satisfaction and generate further businesses. For this, a company should be able to quote the delivery date that can be achieved with the capacity available on the shop floor. In a dynamic make-to-order manufacturing environment, the problem of determining a delivery date for an incoming order with consideration of resource capacity, workload, and finished-product inventory can hardly be solved by an analytical solution procedure. This paper considers a situation in which a delivery date for a customer order is determined based on a job schedule, and presents the SimTriD algorithm that provides the best scheduling for determining a delivery date of customer order through the job schedule that efficiently utilizes manufacturing resources with consideration of interacting factors such as resource utilization, finished-product inventory, and due date.

  • We discuss that the proliferation of new types of retailers such as Internet shopping malls. home shopping systems, which use telecommunication media as means of providing information of products. makes delivery service generally available. Then. we show that the delivery service can be used strategically for profit maximization by intentionally homogenizing consumers and. furthermore, social welfare generally increases by this delivery service unless the cost of delivery service is higher than that of all consumer groups.

  • According to the fast-paced environment of information technology and improving customer services, the design activities of logistics systems improve customer centric services and delivery performance implementing e-logistics system. The fundamental design issues that arise in the delivery system planning are optimizing the system with minimum cost and maximum throughput and service level. This study is concerned with the integrated model development of delivery system with customer responsive service level for DCM, Demand Chain Management. We used a two-step approach for this study. First, we formulated the supply. center facility planning using stochastic set-covering problem and assigned the customers to the supply center using clustering algorithm. Second, we developed vehicle delivery planning for a supply center based on GIS, GIS-VRP. Also we developed a GUI-type computer program for proposed method for supply center problem using GIS and Geo-DataBase of Busan area. The computational results showed that the proposed method was very effective on a set of test problems.

  • In this paper, an unmanned delivery service using drone was proposed and verified the feasibility. The multicopter has GPS for autopilot and a camera for remote control by human operator. The gripper for manipulation of delivery object was designed and evaluated. The multicopter flies to a given position automatically based on GPS, and approaches to the prepared delivery desk by remote control of human operator using the received image from the multicopter. GPS sensor verification and experimental PID tuning were performed to ensure the flight stability. The flight tests were carried out to verify the feasibility of delivery service.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out how price perception and the site's delivery system affected consumer satisfaction in surrogate internet shopping for apparel products. A survey questionnaire was used to collect information from 233 respondents who had experience in purchasing apparel products from online venues within the preceding 6 months. Collected data underwent descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. Results showed that the price perception and the delivery system was influenced by three factors. Both price perception and the delivery system factors showed a significant difference depending on the gender of consumers. Also, according to the regression results, both price perception and the delivery system had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction in surrogate Internet shopping mall for apparel products.
