This paper addresses the design procedure and testing result of a servo driven pan/tilt device which is capable of tracking arbitrary movement of a specified target object. In order to achieve real-time acquisition of feedback signal, a 2 degree-of freedom non-contact type displacement follower has been employed in stead of vision camera. The performance of the designed system is tested for different target velocities and control gains. The test result shows the satisfactory performance to be adopted as an effective tool for visual transfer in the context of teleoperation.

Recently, computed management is used to obtain a high degree of efficiency at the various fields. In this paper, we obtain as follow ; 1. This paper studied two factors for the manufacturing companies whose number of employee are under three hundred. One is the effect of the observation of quality system under the CEO's interest degree of quality management. First, most of company answered acquiring certificate ISO 9000 is very helpful for the company management .therefore the company have competence for the change of economic environment of domestic and international economy. Second, after acquiring the certificate ISO 9000, there were many improvements in company culture, quality control and business process productivity. As a result, acquisition of certificate of ISO 9000 system makes the company culture preparing the future to become a world first class company.

The change in the degree of powder in cement is very important because it plays a major role in the reaction in the concrete. In this study, we intend to apply the principle of early estimation of concrete strength using the non-middling method previously conducted to the quality evaluation of cement powder. In other words, it is proposed to analyze the potential of Hydrometer density values and the data of temperature variation in the trust solution to propose a method of acceptance inspection. According to the experimental results, the quick evaluation of the cement distributorship will be possible if the resulting regression results are used : y = 161867.4 x₁ + 117.953 x₂ - 165437 (R = 0.9158).

The recent emergence of new Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) has resulted in a gradual improvement in the performance of positioning services. This paper verifies the degree of improvement in positioning performance of Assisted-GNSS (A-GNSS) receivers using assistance information compared to standalone-GNSS receivers that do not use assistance information in various urban environments in Korea. For this purpose, field tests are performed in various urban and indoor environments in Korea. The assistance information is provided by u-blox's AssistNow Online and low-cost commercial receivers are used for mobile station receivers. Through experiments, the Time to First Fix (TTFF), acquisition sensitivity, and position accuracy performance improvement are analyzed. The results of the experiments show that using assistance data improved the performance in all experiment locations, and, in particular, a significant performance improvement in terms of TTFF.

In this paper, We studied an antenna for the wireless home network service. From the structural modification of patch and ground plane, we made a reverse heart shape radiated pattern of antenna which is suited to wireless home network service. As a result, bandwidth between maximum gains is 110 degree, and the difference of downward direction gain from maximum gain have become -3.6dB. Installing the antenna on the ceiling, horizontal plane of the inner home will be formed the uniform electromagnetic environment. Accordingly, stable reception level acquisition and outdoor radiated suppression could be possible.

The aim of this paper is to research on the actual condition of Koreans' Spanish consonants pronunciation with an emphasis on describing the phonetic different of Korean speakers and Spanish speakers. 40 Spanish words were chosen for the speech sampling, and 10 Spanish majoring Korean students from Seoul or Kyunggi Province and 3 Spanish speakers form Castile, Spain participated in the interview. The most noticeable phonetic differences of Korean speakers' pronunciation comparing with Spanish speakers are abstracted as follows: 1) The voiced stops are pronounced voiceless or weak voiced. 2) The voiced stops are slightly aspirated. 3) The length of voiceless consonants is quite longer than the length of proceeding vowel. 4) Fricatives and affricates are somewhat fronter, and weaker in the degree of friction. 5) There is a strong tendency to geminate dental lateral /l/ such as 'pelo' and to vocalize palatal lateral /$\rightthreetimes$/ such as 'calle' 6) Unlike in Spanish speech flap $\mid$r$\mid$ and trill [r] are pronounced similarly in Korean speech.

Objectives: This study was purposed to gain basic information for design of medical tourism for Japanese tourists using traditional Korean medicine (KTM). Methods: A questionnaire regarding Korean traditional medical tourism was administered to Japanese tourists. 224 valid responses were selected, and their awareness of KTM, preferred subject and decision factors for participation in Korea traditional medical tourism were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 version. Results: 23.6% of surveyees gave a positive answer on interest in medical tourism of KTM and 44.6% showed a middle degree. The most preferred subject was medical check-up followed by skin aesthetics, orthopedics and gynecology. Communication, medical skill level, hospital facilities and medical expenses were indicated as the important factor for participation's decision on KTM-based medical tourism. Conclusions: KTM-based medical tourism could be a driving motor of medical tourism in Korea. The medical check & skin care associated medical services are recommended, and the public relationship for awareness of KTM supported by government is strongly required for acquisition of Japanese tourists.

As personal or compact devices with image acquisition functionality are becoming easily available for common users, the voluminous images that need to be managed by image related services or systems demand efficient and effective methods in the perspective of image identification. The objective of image identification is to associate an image with a unique identifier. Moreover, whenever an image identifier needs to be regenerated, the newly generated identifier should be consistent. In this paper, we propose three image identifier generation methods utilizing image features: linear component, luminance area, and combination of both features. The linear component based method exploits the information of distribution of partial lines over an image, while the luminance area based method utilizes the partition of an image into a number of small areas according to the same luminance degree. The third method is proposed in order to take advantage of both former methods. In this paper, we also demonstrate the experimental evaluations for uniqueness and similarity analysis that have shown favorable results.

The emergence of new technologies and their implementation by different manufacturers of electronic devices are experiencing an ascending trend. Most of the time, these protocols are expected to reach a certain degree of maturity, and electronic equipment manufacturers use simplified communication standards and interfaces that have already reached maturity in terms of their development such as ModBUS, KNX or CAN. This paper proposes an IoT solution of the Smart Home type based on an Analysis and Prediction System. A data acquisition component was implemented and there was defined an algorithm for the analysis and prediction of actions based on the values collected from the data update component and the data logger records.
