This paper introduced a procedure for improving the quality of group decision making in various task types. Emphasis is placed on the construction of the optimal GDSS(Group Decision Support System) design with identifying the group decision characteristics of decision stages on the various task types. Especially, the identification of outliers and the establishment of confidence limits in group decision making were stressed. Participants in group decision making whose 'opinions fall outside the group's tolerance level are further studied to annex the source of this variation. The result showed that a preparation stage in the generating idea-type task and a illumination stage in the negotiating-type task were critical. Furthermore, the degree of the disagreement was severe in the verification and the preparation stages on group decision making. This paper developed a general procedure for improving the quality of group decision making. The procedure presented helps in identifying those stakeholders whose opinions may significantly deviate from that of the group.

Decision support system (DSS) has been expected to be a powerful tool for aiding the decision making processes in business organizations. But it's contribution has turned to be somewhat doubtful, In this paper, an intergrated systems design apporach is suggested, which integrates DSS and expert system (ES) for the enhancement of performance of DSS, after carefully reviewing both DSS and ES.

최근 도시재생에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 재건축사업, 도시환경정비사업 등과 관련된 메가프로젝트 들이 계획되거나 수행되고 있다. 메가프로젝트의 설계단계에서는 다수의 설계업체로 구성된 합동설계조직과 의사결정주체가 참여하여 지속적으로 의견을 조율한다. 현재 메가프로젝트를 진행하는 기관들은 합동설계조직으로부터 작성되는 다수의 다양한 도면들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 MA(Master Architect)방식을 도입하고 있다. 그러나 제한된 MA의 능력을 보완해 줄 수 있는 의사결정지원시스템의 부재로 설계일정 지연 등 여러 가지 문제가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선행연구문헌 분석 및 모델프로젝트 선정과 해당 프로젝트 참여 전문가 면담을 통해 MA방식을 도입한 메가프젝트의 설계조직 구성과 의사결정체계의 문제점을 분석한다. 기본설계단계에서의 의사결정 특성을 도출한 후 이를 관리하기 위한 의사결정지원 모델을 구축하고 시스템 개발을 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 제안하였다.

As E-commerce is getting more popular, consumers faces more decision complexity than ever before because they can get greater alternative choices. Futhermore, consumers are sometimes motivated to expand effort in making a good decision in the case of relatively important and non-routine decison, such as buying a house or car. Thus, a buying decision support function is required to help consumers make decisions that have the greatest effects on consumer's lives. We develop a propotype system of a web-based buying decision support system for a cyber shopping mall. A buying decision of a consumer is a multi-attribute decision problem and is supported using analytic hierarchy process model. The system was implemented using HTML, Java, Java applet, JSP.

VTS 의사결정지원시스템은 관제사들이 선박을 관제함에 있어서, 의사결정을 지원하기 위하여 선박 간 거리 등의 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 현재 제정되고 있는 IALA 표준을 중심으로 VTS 의사결정지원 시스템의 구분, 제공하는 경고 정보의 세분화된 정의, 제공되어야 할 경고 기능 등을 분석한다.

There are six perspectives of fit in strategy research, each implying distinct theoretical meaning and requiring the use of specific analytical schemes. But there is a few literature of the perspective in the discipline of Organizational Decision-Making and DSS. This study is a prior research which objective is to investigate the perspective of fit emprically in the discipline. The data were collected throughout the sampled business firms with premade questionaire and analysis were conducted with correlation analysis, regression, ANOVA and so forth. The research finding is that both predictors, one of which can be the moderator, influence the performance, and that the joint-effect of them influence the performance. Thus,'Fit as Moderation' would be suggested to be a proper model for the research in the discipline of Organizational Decision-Making and Decision Support Systems.

We have used various information technologies (IT) in group decision-making for increasing effectiveness and satisfaction of group decision-making process. Recently, a new form of IT so called Group Decision supprot System (GDSS) was introduced into group decision-making process. Previous experimental studies about effectiveness of GDSSS have been inconsistent and the results were mixed. There was no empirical studies about GDSS in Korea. In this study, we divide two groups-GDSS supported group and traditional face-to-face group and investigate impacts of GDSS on group decision-making processes and outcomes. An idea generation task for operational action plan development, implementing GEO's strategic vision, served as the decision-making context. Supported GDSS is GroupSystems V, which had been developed by Univ. of Arizona. It was translated by Korean. According to the results, Number of nonredundant ideas in GDSS group is two or three times more than Non-GDSS grop. GDSS group feel more equal status, have better interpersonal relationship, have more confidence on group decision than Non-GDSS group. But satisfaction of participants on decision-making process and outcome has not showed a significant difference between two groups. Because all of participants in GDSS group were novice to GDSS. With this results we suggest further studies on transforming western type GDSS to Korean decision-making culture. It will be cornerstone for development of GDSS in Korean desision-making culture. Intelligent Decision System support the decision analysis process in the managerial problems with decision analytic knowledge as well as domain specific knowledge. Influence Diagram has been one of the major knowledge representation in the intelligent decision system. In the development of intelligent decision system, knowledge acquisition is also known to be difficult. This paper suggests a developing tool using an influence diagram and Verbal Protocol Analysis which facilitates knowledge acquision for intelligent decision system. An ennvironmental decision making problem is used as an illustrative example and validation of the suggested developing tool is discussed. The suggested tool is very flexible to be expanded or applied to similar problems.

본 논문에서는 의사결심 지원체계인 전장관리체계의 지능화를 위해 의사결심 조건에 기초한 데이터 모델링 방안을 제시하였다. 인간처럼 보고 식별도 하고, 자유롭게 움직임을 통해 원하는 위치에 도달하는 모습은 쉽게 이해되거나 실생활에서 체감하고 있는데 비해, 원하는 위치에 도달한 이후 인간 인지 행위 중 가장 중요한 하나인 의사 결심 판단을 구현했다거나 혹은 그러한 예제를 아직은 찾아 볼 수 없는 실정이다. 도착을 원했던 회의실에 인간을 대신해 에이전트가 오기는 했지만 판단을 도와주거나 대신 해주어야 할 임무인 예컨대, 가격 정책을 올릴 것인지 내릴 것인지, 지휘관이 심사숙고하고 있는 예컨대, 역습을 하는 것이 현명한지 아닌지에 대한 판단을 지원해 주지 못하고 있다. 군 지휘 통제의 현상과 현안을 고찰하였고, 각 상황에 대한 판단을 내릴 때 기계참모의 조언이 가능하게하기 위한 많은 양의 데이터 확보가 가능하도록, 현 지휘통제 체계를 변경시킬 방안으로 의사결심 조건에 기초한 데이터 모델링 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 제시한 방안에 대해 기계가 하는 의사결정의 한 예시로써 의사결정 트리 방법론을 적용하였다. 이를 통해 향후 AI 상황 판단 참모가 어떠한 모습으로 우리에게 다가올지에 대한 혜안을 제공하고자 하였다.

In the information system, there are many fields that used by decision making support system. The expected usefulness of accounting audit expert system development are as follows. \circled1 Audit time may be saved \circled2 The consistence of opinion will be increased \circled3 The elevation of audit technique \circled4 The decreased of audit risk \circled5 In the decision making rationlization of accounting information users, it will be proved as usefulness.
