혁신형 중소기업 기술금융 지원사업의 적절성에 대한 실증연구 (A Empirical Study on the Relevance of Technology Finance Supporting Business for Technologically Innovative SMEs)

  • 혁신형 중소기업 기술금융의 지속적인 확대와 발전을 위해서 기술금융 지원사업의 적절성이 요구된다. 본 연구에서 기술금융 수혜기업의 선정이 사업 목적과 취지에 적합한지 여부를 실증 분석하였다. 기술금융 여신이 발생될 확률은 기술력등급이 높을수록, 영업이익률이 높을수록 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 자본금과 업력이 증가할수록 기술금융 여신 승인이 발생될 확률은 점진적으로 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 로지스틱 분석결과 기술력 등급과 기업의 주요 특성이 기술금융 수혜기업 선정에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 모형의 적합성인 정분류율이 높지 않기 때문에, 기술금융의 적절성을 높이기 위한 개선을 제안하였다. 그리고 회귀분석 결과 대출금 규모와 기술력 등급사이에 연관성은 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 본 연구결과와 제안은 기술금융 결정의 적절성과 신뢰성을 확보하는 데 기여할 것이다.

  • 본 논문은 3D 캐드모델을 기반으로 작업자의 수작업 및 설계오류를 최소화하는 금형설계 지원 툴 개발에 초점을 맞춘다. 금형설계 지원범위는 자동차 산업의 프레스 금형설계 공정에서 필수 요소인 선직 곡면 생성 및 옵셋, 패딩력 자동산출, 수정사항을 반영하는 재료표 자동출력, 홀 가공데이터 자동 산출, 원소재 크기 출력 및 검증 등 이다. 개발한 시스템을 주요 범용 3D 모델러 중 하나인 프로엔지니어의 확장 메뉴형태로 탑재하기 위하여 프로엔지니어 API와 Visual C++를 사용하여 개발하였다.

  • 철도교통사업의 계획 및 시행 가능 여부를 판단 하는 데 있어, 다양한 의사결정 과정이 필수적으로 요구되며, 그 결과로 총사업비, 운영비 등을 포함한 LCC(Life Cycle Cost) 값을 예측한다. 본 연구에서는 철도교통사업 의사결정 및 LCC 도출과정을 지원하기 위한 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 기반의 분석 방식을 제안한다. 먼저, 수치적 데이터 기반의 분석이 가능하도록 기존 다양한 철도교통사업 자료를 취합하여 Cost Analysis 모델을 구성하였으며, 실험계획법 및 반응표면법 기반의 근사모델링 기법을 통해 시뮬레이션을 수행, 결과를 도출하여 분석하였다. 모델 구성 및 시뮬레이션을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해 전문적인 상용 소프트웨어 도구를 사용하였다. 연구 결과 검증을 위해 실제 추진되고 있는 철도교통사업을 선정하여 분석결과를 비교하였고, 이를 각 분야 전문가 검증 과정을 거쳐 연구 성과의 신뢰성을 검토하였다.

국도 포장관리를 위한 의사결정시스템 개발 (Development of the Decision-Making System for National Highway Pavement Management)

  • 현재 우리나라 일반국도의 포장관리시스템(PMS: Pavement Management System)은 세계은행(World Bank)이 주도한 HDM (Highway Development and Management)-4를 사용하여 유지보수 의사결정의 기초 자료로 사용하고 있으나, 과다한 입력변수와 모형의 불확실성 등으로 인해 국내 실정에 적합한 경제성 분석모형이 필요하게 되었으며, 대부분의 선진국의 경우에는 각 지역과 국가에 맞는 PMS 시스템을 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 실정에 맞고 효율적인 국도의 도로 및 포장관리를 위한 의사결정시스템을 개발하기 위한 연구로써 시스템 개발에 필요한 구성요소, 공용성 모형 개발, 각 요소별 활용가능한 원단위, 기준 등의 지표 정의 및 종류, 특성들을 분석, 정리하고 경제성 평가를 통해 최적 의사결정을 위한 시스템(S/W) 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 포장관리를 위해 개발한 의사결정시스템의 구성요소는 크게 1)도로, 교통, 사회경제 지표 등의 DB, 2) 도로포장상태의 공용성 모형, 3)도로포장상태에 따른 차량속도변화 모형, 4)경제성 평가 모형, 5) 의사결정지원 시스템으로 구성되며, 개발된 시스템의 검증을 위해 사례 구간을 대상으로 한 분석결과도 함께 제시하였다. 그러나 장래 확률적 특성을 고려한 공용성 모형의 개발과 의사결정을 위한 지표 개발에 대해서는 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

1인 가구의 주거의사결정을 위한 공공데이터 시각화 활용방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Public Data Utilization Method for Housing Decision Making of Single Household)

  • Recently, the form of traditional families has been disintegrated due to low birthrate, aging, declining marriage, individualism, etc. In particular, the number of single households has increased due to the shift to a low-growth advanced economic structure, women's social participation, diversification of lifestyles, and so on. According to the National Statistical Office, the number of single households living alone by 2015 is estimated to be about 5,060,000 households, which is estimated to account for 34.3% of all households, which has greatly increased compared with about 660,000 (6.9%) in 1985. However, the housing market has not been able to respond to such social changes. Therefore, in this research, we presented a plan to visualize the public data of single household in Seoul city and prediction result of occupancy shape for the purpose of supporting decision making of single household consumers.

A Joint Allocation Algorithm of Computing and Communication Resources Based on Reinforcement Learning in MEC System

  • For the mobile edge computing (MEC) system supporting dense network, a joint allocation algorithm of computing and communication resources based on reinforcement learning is proposed. The energy consumption of task execution is defined as the maximum energy consumption of each user's task execution in the system. Considering the constraints of task unloading, power allocation, transmission rate and calculation resource allocation, the problem of joint task unloading and resource allocation is modeled as a problem of maximum task execution energy consumption minimization. As a mixed integer nonlinear programming problem, it is difficult to be directly solve by traditional optimization methods. This paper uses reinforcement learning algorithm to solve this problem. Then, the Markov decision-making process and the theoretical basis of reinforcement learning are introduced to provide a theoretical basis for the algorithm simulation experiment. Based on the algorithm of reinforcement learning and joint allocation of communication resources, the joint optimization of data task unloading and power control strategy is carried out for each terminal device, and the local computing model and task unloading model are built. The simulation results show that the total task computation cost of the proposed algorithm is 5%-10% less than that of the two comparison algorithms under the same task input. At the same time, the total task computation cost of the proposed algorithm is more than 5% less than that of the two new comparison algorithms.

Target Market Determination for Information Distribution and Student Recruitment Using an Extended RFM Model with Spatial Analysis

  • Purpose: This research proposes a new modified Recency-Frequency-Monetary (RFM) model by extending the model with spatial analysis for supporting decision-makers in discovering the promotional target market. Research design, data and methodology: This quantitative research utilizes data-mining techniques and the RFM model to cluster a university's provider schools. The RFM model was modified by adapting its variables to the university's marketing context and adding a district's potential (D) variable based on heatmap analysis using Geographic Information System (GIS) and K-means clustering. The K-prototype algorithm and the Elbow method were applied to find provider school clusters using the proposed RFM-D model. After profiling the clusters, the target segment was assigned. The model was validated using empirical data from an Indonesian university, and its performance was compared to the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)-based RFM utilizing accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. Results: This research identified five clusters. The target segment was chosen from the highest-value and high-value clusters that comprised 17.80% of provider schools but can contribute 75.77% of students. Conclusions: The proposed model recommended more targeted schools in higher-potential districts and predicted the target segment with 0.99 accuracies, outperforming the CLV-based model. The empirical findings help university management determine the promotion location and allocate resources for promotional information distribution and student recruitment.

경기종합지수 보완을 위한 AI기반의 합성보조지수 연구 (A Study on AI-based Composite Supplementary Index for Complementing the Composite Index of Business Indicators)

  • Purpose: The main objective of this research is to construct an AI-based Composite Supplementary Index (ACSI) model to achieve accurate predictions of the Composite Index of Business Indicators. By incorporating various economic indicators as independent variables, the ACSI model enables the prediction and analysis of both the leading index (CLI) and coincident index (CCI). Methods: This study proposes an AI-based Composite Supplementary Index (ACSI) model that leverages diverse economic indicators as independent variables to forecast leading and coincident economic indicators. To evaluate the model's performance, advanced machine learning techniques including MLP, RNN, LSTM, and GRU were employed. Furthermore, the study explores the potential of employing deep learning models to train the weights associated with the independent variables that constitute the composite supplementary index. Results: The experimental results demonstrate the superior accuracy of the proposed composite supple- mentary index model in predicting leading and coincident economic indicators. Consequently, this model proves to be highly effective in forecasting economic cycles. Conclusion: In conclusion, the developed AI-based Composite Supplementary Index (ACSI) model successfully predicts the Composite Index of Business Indicators. Apart from its utility in management, economics, and investment domains, this model serves as a valuable indicator supporting policy-making and decision-making processes related to the economy.

농촌마을계획 지원을 위한 통합계획모의모형의 개발 (Development of Integrated Planning Simulation Model for Supporting Rural Village Planning)

  • This study aims to integrate the simulation models for rural settlement planning (SimRusep) in the district level (Myon) area of rural counties. The SimRusep, which has two modules of key villages selection and spatial planning for the selected villages, consists of four sub-models such as the spatial location-allocation model of center villages (SLAMCV), the potential centrality evaluation model (PCEM), the land use planning model (LUPM), and the 3-dimensional spatial planning modeller (3DSPLAM). Basically, map data of the integrated system which can be operated on the UNIX environment is inputted and treated using GIS (ARC/INFO) and then its village planning results is graphically presented on the AutoCAD. In order to verify the practical applicabilities of the SimRusep, an administrative area, Ucheon-myun, HoengSung-gun, KangWon-do, was selected as a case study area. It was well operated in the strategic application trials considering application of each sub-model in the study area. The operation results of the SimRusep showed the possibilities of realtime simulation from the selection of key village to its final stereoscopic presentation of planned results. Alternative village plan proposals can be swiftly drafted, which means very practical support for decision making process and public participation.

객체지향 패러다임에 기반한 사용자 관점지원 공간질의 모델 (A Spatial Query Model Supporting Users View based on Object-oriented Paradigm)

  • Spatial analysis in GIS provides an important way that helps the end-users decision-making. For such a reason, query model for analysis should be able to support the users view conceptually in constructing query statements. The traditional approaches in design of query model used to extend the functionality of model that basically designed for manipulation of attribute-operations by appending operators for spatial operations to the query statements of model. However, by the reason of spatial operation's characteristics that are different from those of attribute operations In nature, the structures of query statements in previous approaches are unnatural, inconsistent, and therefore those query models in previous approaches are not able to support the users view in retrieving analysis. In this paper, we proposed the methodology for constructing of user query and internal processing this query based on object-oriented paradigm, in the view of spatial operations by using the basic concept that spatial query is a methodology for spatial analysis. In addition, we presented a strong possibility of designing spatial query model that might actively have interaction with its user by implementing CIW(Class-Information Window) query interface corresponded with the methodology proposed in this paper.
