어린이집의 넷 에너지 제로화 구현에 관한 사례분석 (A Feasibility Case Study on Net-Zero Energy Daycare Center)

  • In this study, we, through case studies, formulated a method to implement net-zero energy daycare center at the current insulation and technology level, and calculated its energy expense. The reference model was a medium sized daycare center whose number of children was 99. We analyzed the energy consumption status for the reference model and developed TRNSYS simulation analytical model to realize net-zero energy . We assumed the reference model to be "All Electric Building" where all energy including cooking is supplied by electricity. The result is summarized as follows: First, the annual electricity consumption of daycare center was 53,291kWh. Plug load occupied the largest share of 48% followed by lighting, 10%, cooling, 9%, cooking, 9%, heating, 8%, hot water, 5% and ventilation, 2%. Second, the photovoltaic installation capacity to realize net-zero energy was 40.32kWp and its annual generation was 53,402kWh. Third, the annual energy expense(electricity bill) by realizing net-zero energy was 2,620,390won.

어린이집에서의 만5세 유아의 일과 분석 (A Qualitative Study of Five-Year-Old Children's Daily Activities at the Daycare Center)

  • In order toidentify the daily activities of five-year-old children in a daycare center, the 23 children in "Yellow" class at "Yellow" Daycare Center were observed for seven months. Research was informed by a qualitative approach. Findings were that : children were rigidly attached to a time frame built into their daily classroom schedule, arranged by time and classroom space allotted to each unit. The meaning to the children was to be found in their "busyness;" they were very busy finalizing activities imposed by teachers within a short period of time. They spent most of their time moving about from one space to another within the classroom, and they played with their mostly artificial toys under rules set by the teacher.

독일의 수발보험제도 도입에 따른 주간보호시설의 공간계획 기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on the space standards of daycare facilities with the introduction of Care Insurance in Germany)

  • In Germany, community based daycare facilities has been supported by long term care policies since the 1970s. With the legislation of Care Insurance, those policy has been developed further. As the use of daycare facilities decreased and the financial burden for consumers increased, administrators of facilities has been seeking for innovative programs and management methods in order to improve the service. For the same reason, policy makers have been pursuing new regulations of architectural standards of facilities. By looking at legislations (i.e., Law of Care Insurance, Law of Heim, and DIN18025) that stipulate architectural standard of facilities in Germany, this study will identify the development process of architectural change of daycare facilities. In addition, the study aims to contribute to the discussion on the use of day care facilities in Korea in terms of the legislation of Care Insurance soon to be introduced.

보육교사의 전염성 질환에 대한 지식 및 전염성 질환 아동 관리 실태 (Knowledge and Management of Children with Infectious Diseases by Daycare Facility Teachers)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the knowledge of infectious diseases and the management of children with infectious diseases among daycare facility teachers. Methods: This study was based on survey questionnaires completed by 122 day care facility teachers from 36 daycare center sin one district in Seoul. Results: Seventy three (72.8%) of the participating daycare facility teachers had not received infectious disease prevention education. They recognized that they did not have enough knowledge of infectious diseases. The average knowledge level of infectious diseases was scored as 9.30 on a 0-30 scale, with 0 representing no knowledge and 30 expert knowledge, and compliance level of management of children with infectious diseases was scored as 4.29 on a 0-16 scale, with 0 present no compliance and 16 representing total compliance Confidence of management of children with infectious diseases (r=0.24, p=.031) and the compliance level of management (r=0.35, p=.001) were higher with increased knowledge of infectious diseases. Conclusions: Daycare facility teacher scan lack sufficient knowledge about b infectious diseases. The education about infectious diseases and management of children with infectious diseases is indispensable to prevent trans mission of infectious diseases in daycare facilities.

  • Purpose: Grafting new hanok-style application technology on child daycare facility among public buildings can be an alternative that provides infant facility, which is placed at the center of social attention and interest, with pleasant nursing environment. Besides, it is expected to have a great impact on infants' and young children's emotion by helping them recognize traditional culture at early stage and furthermore can be used for villagers to experience differentiated traditional culture. Method: To investigate the recent construction of HeungCheon/SuRak/GeumGwa's Hanok child daycare facility recognizing for architectural planning characteristics in common tendency Hanok that presents a physical improvement plan for preparing the continued competitiveness. Also attention to the creative expression of the traditional spaces about the natural environment are implemented in Nurseries and we propose the possibilities that can be realized in the future Hanok child daycare facility. Result: The combination of modern materials and modern construction technology of New-hanok method with improved ability has improved the shortcomings of traditional architecture and increase the ease and safety of traditional architecture succeed the suggest direction of improvement modern society. Therefore, Hanok child daycare facility is preparing adequate capability to solve regional polarization and social care issues.

어머니가 인식하는 만 1세 영아의 어린이집 초기 적응과정 및 적응프로그램에 관한 사례연구 (A Case Study on Mother's Perceived the Adaptation Process and Program of One-year-old Toddlers in Daycare Center)

  • 본 연구는 만 1세 영아를 둔 어머니가 인식하는 어린이집 초기 적응과정 및 적응프로그램에 관하여 서울시에 거주하며 첫 아이가 18개월 또는 20개월에 어린이집에 처음 입소한 4명의 어머니를 대상으로 한 사례연구이다. 집단 및 개별면담을 통해 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 둘째 임신 또는 입소통보전화를 받고 갑작스레 어린이집 입소를 결정하게 되었으며 자녀의 입소를 위해 어린이집 첫 방문 시 30분 내외의 짧은 시간 어머니가 본 교사의 인상과 말투, 표정 등이 어린이집을 선택하는데 큰 영향을 주었다. 분리불안 행동을 보이는 영아뿐 아니라 어머니도 적응과정을 겪었다. 어머니와 교사의 소통과 노력을 통해 어머니들은 영아가 적응해나감을 느낄 수 있었다. 둘째, 만 1세 영아의 적응과정을 통해 어머니가 인식한 적응프로그램의 차이에 대해서는 기관별로 프로그램 안내 및 실행에 있어 큰 차이를 보였다. 본 연구의 참여자들은 어린이집 유형과 상관없이 보편적이고 통합적인 적응프로그램이 필요하다고 생각하고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 국가수준의 만 1세 영아를 위한 어린이집 적응프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

전통 및 수정 중요도-성과도 분석을 통한 어린이집 사용자와 건축 전문가의 공간 별 리스크 인식 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis in Risk Perception of Daycare Center between End-Users and Construction Experts by Applying Traditional and Revised Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • 어린이집은 아이들의 심신 및 사회성 발달 등이 이루어지는 중요한 공간이다. 따라서 어린이집 각 공간은 사용자인 아이뿐 아니라 교사의 특성을 고려하여 맞춤형 설계 및 시공이 이루어져야 한다. 그러나 불충분한 관련 법규 및 획일화된 설계 시공 과정은 어린이집 각 공간의 특성을 살리지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이는 최종사용자(원장, 교사) 및 건설 전문가(설계 및 시공자) 사이의 각 공간별 중요도-성과도 인식차이에서 발생한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 각 공간 및 집단 간 인식차이 요인 분석을 위한 프레임워크를 개발하고 전통 및 수정 IPA를 통해 어린이집 건설 시 우선 고려되어야 할 요인들을 도출하였다. 이를 토대로 두 집단의 인식을 비교하고, 분석방법에 다른 결과를 비교함으로, 향후 어린이집 발주 시 활용 가능하며 시공 및 운영 과정에서 각자의 공간에 대한 인식을 파악하여 갈등 발생 최소화에 도움이 될 것이다. 또한, 각 IPA 방법에 따라 전통 IPA가 사전의 인식을 보는데 수월하다면, 수정 IPA는 성과물의 만족도를 기준으로 중요도를 파악함으로 결과물에 대한 판단이 가능할 것으로 여겨진다. 따라서 IPA의 특성에 따라서 결과를 비교한다면, 어린이집 건설 전후 상황에 따른 사용자와 건설 전문가 집단의 인식차이 분석이 가능할 것이다.

유치원과 어린이집 교사의 COVID-19 구강건강관리의 영향 (Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on oral healthcare among children and teachers in kindergarten and daycare centers)

  • 연구목적: COVID-19로 인해 유치원과 어린이집에서의 교육 방식이 변화되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 COVID-19 이전과 COVID-19 시기의 유아 구강건강관리 실태와 유치원 및 어린이집 교사들의 구강건강관리에 대한 인식을 조사하는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구 대상은 만 3-5세 아동을 담당하는 유치원 및 어린이집 교사 189명으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 통계분석은 빈도분석과 카이제곱 검정을 이용하였다. 연구결과: COVID-19 이전보다 COVID-19 이후 아동의 점심식사 후 칫솔 사용 횟수, 구강보건교육 및 정기 구강검진 횟수, 보육교사의 구강보건교육 경험률이 감소했다. 또한 유치원 및 어린이집 교육자들은 보건소 구강보건담당자가 가장 바람직한 구강보건교육자라고 응답하였다. 결론: COVID-19 팬데믹 이후 유치원과 어린이집에서 영유아의 구강건강관리가 취약해졌다. 구강위생과 구강건강교육을 통해 이를 회복시키려는 노력이 필요하다. 또한 구강건강교육자로서 치과위생사의 역할을 확대할 필요가 있다.

유아기 보건교육 실태와 보건교육 요구도 (Status and Needs Assessment of Health Education in Child Daycare Centers)

  • Purpose: The objectives of this study were to conduct assessments of health education status and needs in health education programs in child daycare centers. Methods: An 11-subject instrument was developed to assess health education for children. The Cronbach's alpha of the importance and implementation were found to be .904 and .862. A survey was conducted by mail using a sample of 337 teachers who were working in 71 child daycare centers in a district in Seoul. Results: 26.5% of the respondents reported that they teach health education regularly, and 19.3% of them reported never teach health education. Deficits of material, knowledge, and skill were the principal reasons for difficulties in health education. All of the respondents identified a need for health education, and also that health professionals are the most appropriate people to teach health education. The priorities of needed health education were, in order: sex education, information on community health, and mental health. Conclusion: Health education programs for preschoolers should be developed by health professionals. In health education programs, environmental health should be included, as well as health and illness education.

보육교사를 위한 웹기반 영유아 건강관리 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effect of a Web-based Child Health Care Program for the Staff at Child Daycare Centers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study is to develop a web-based program on child health care, and to identify the effect of the program on knowledge of, attitudes towards child health care, and health care practice in staff of daycare centers. Methods: The program was developed through the processes of needs analysis, contents construction, design, development, and evaluation. After the program was developed, it was revised through feedback from 30 experts. To identify the effect of developed program, onegroup pretest-posttest design study was conducted with 64 staff members from 12 daycare centers in Korea. Results: The program was developed based on users' needs and consisted of five parts: health promotion, disease and symptoms management, oral health, injury and safety, sheets and forms. This study showed that the total score of staff who used the program was significantly higher in terms of knowledge, attitudes, and their health care practice compared with pretest score (p<.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that this Web-based program can contribute to the child health promotion as well as can provide the staff with the insightful child health information. Therefore, it is expected that this program will be applied to staff of other child care settings for children's health.
