본 논문은 호텔 관광 서비스 업계에서 급변하는 전산화와 글로벌화에 대응하기 위하여 IT 솔루션 도입을 통하여 기업의 업무 처리를 고도화하고 고객 서비스 대응력을 높인 사례를 연구하였다. 이를 통하여 국내 유수의 호텔 관광기업이 효과적으로 고객 요구에 대응하기 위하여 CRM 솔루션을 자체적으로 개발하여 실무에 활용하도록 함으로써, 고객에 대한 분석력을 높이고 고객별 마케팅 전략 수립과 고객에 특화 한 영업을 전개하는 활용 사례를 연구하였다. 특히 본 연구는 호텔 관광 업계의 CRM 솔루션 도입 과정과 CRM을 이용한 영업 업무 및 마케팅 업무에 활용해 나가는 과정에 대하여 논하였고, CRM 도입에 의한 효과를 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) 를 통하여 분석하였다. 우선 CRM을 도입한 L사의 각 사이트별 상대적 효율성을 CCR 모형으로 비교 분석하였으며, 그 다음 L사의 대표 사이트에 소속된 각 영업장들의 상대적 효율성을 BCC 모형으로 비교 분석하였다.

Data Warehouses integrate data from multiple heterogeneous information sources and transform them into a multidimensional representation for decision support applications. Data warehousing has emerged as one of the most powerful tools in delivering information to users. Most previous researches have focused on marketing, customer service, financing, and insurance industry. Further, relatively less research has been done on data warehouse systems in the complex manufacturing industry such as ship production, which is characterized complex product structures and production processes. In the ship production, data warehouse systems is a requisite for effective cost analysis because collecting and analysis of diverse and large of cost-related(material/production cost, productivity) data in its operational systems, was becoming increasingly cumbersome and time consuming. This paper proposes architecture of the data warehouse systems to support cost analysis in the ship production. Also, in order to illustrate the usefulness of the proposed architecture, the prototype system is designed and implemented with the object of the enterprise of producing a large-scale ship.

Insurance system has a lot of decision factors which are affected by the kinds of insurance products. and has the features of many exceptions. Since in applying the product attributes to the current system the value definition through tables and the exception treatment logic (if then else) are used in parallel, the cost of a product change and a new product development becomes increased and the prompt market reaction is difficult. In this paper, we propose the well formed rule base system which makes data for the business logic of insurance attributes and discuss the benefit of application of this system to the real project.

Purpose: This study deals with the strategic direction of platform business in the 4th Industrial Revolution. In a changing industrial environment, companies that leverage platform businesses can benefit greatly. Platform business is especially important in the distribution industry, so a variety of case analysis studies are needed. In this study, the Shinsegae Group, a platform leader, was selected and case-analyzed to learn more about the growth and development of platform businesses in the distribution industry. Research design, data and Methodology: Various literature research on platform business and secondary data of the distribution industry were reviewed. In this study, additionally, the interview method was used to discuss the development of more platform businesses through the Shinsegae and E-mart related departments. Results: This study investigated the development process and success of distribution platforms. First, a successful platform business builds multi distribution channels. Second, a successful distribution platform business attracts many participants. Third, a successful distribution develops various private label products to build a sustainable platform system. Conclusions and Implications: This study could provide a good example for the growth of companies with distribution platform business. Further implications were discussed.

This study's aim was to analyze the effect of a project activity based on role play on 5-year-olds' mathematical ability. The participants of this study were 56 5-year-olds from two educational institutions for young children located in two metropolitan cities in Korea. The experimental group (n=28) participated in a project activity based on role play, while the comparative group (n=28) did not. The "Mart Play" project activity based on role play was developed emergently by the children and teachers of the experimental group. The children's mathematical ability was measured before and after the experiment. The data were analyzed using t-test and ANCOVA. As a result, the project activity based on role play had an effect on the improvement of 5-year-olds' mathematical ability generally, but not on their measurement ability.

In the form of B2C transaction, making an on-line order by using the website increases rapidly. An off-line order at the whole sale outlets is geometrically increasing. However, it is so true that both types of market are showing a tendency to become computerization. As to apply this type of computerized B2B transaction to this kind of large scale wholesale outlets, the most important fact to be considered is that there must have no data error. In addition to this, an accurate counting of actual stock is a precondition to decide a suitable amount of production and a timely delivery of goods. In this study, reducing elements of the risk that may create a difference In between actual stock and that in the computer, the integrated B2B ordering system is designed by taking actual cases an example in order to manage the information for a sale, which is conducted by various system in the large scale wholesale outlets such as E-mart, Carefour or the same kinds.

고객에게 일방적인 정보를 제공하는 매스마케팅 보다는 고객과의 대화를 통한 고객의 확보가 중요하게 되었다. 인터넷의 대중화로 고객과의 거리가 가까워져 고객 정보의 획득은 수월해진 반면 고객 확보에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한 고객들은 보다 합리적이고 현명해졌기 때문에 단순한 정보 제공보다는 다양한 정보분석을 요구하고 있다. 고객에게 다양한 정보분석 기능을 제공하기 위해서는 기존의 데이터 웨어하우스에서 고객이 원하는 정보를 분석할 수 있게 해주는 데이터 마트가 필요하며 웹 상에서 OLAP을 지원해야 한다. 즉 고객이 웹 상에서 다차원 정보에 직접 접근하여 대화식으로 정보를 분석하여 여러 의사결정에 활용하도록 지원하여야 한다. 이 연구에서는 고객의 의사결정에 필요로 하는 정보들을 추출, 분석하여 다차원 정보로 재구성 및 정제를 하는 데 대한 체계적 연구 분석을 통하여 데이터 마트의 설계방안을 제시하고자 한다. 고객은 Web-OLAP을 사용하여 데이터 마트 정보에 액세스하며 실시간 정보 분석을 수행할 수 있게된다.

Transient and asymmetric density distributions have been investigated by three-dimensional digital speckle tomography with a novel integration method. Multiple CCD images captured movements of speckles in three angles of view simultaneously because the flows were asymmetric and unsteady. The speckle movements which have been formed by a ground glass between no flow and downward butane flow from a circular half opening have been calculated by a cross-correlation tracking method so that those distances can be transferred to deflection angles of laser rays for density gradients. A novel integration method has been developed to obtain projection data from the deflection angles for the speckle tomography.'The three-dimensional density fields have been reconstructed from the accurate projection values by a real-time multiplicative algebraic reconstruction technique (MART) with the developed integration method.

The stumpage price changes were calculated and analyzed from the data collected by Timber Mart-South from 1998 to 2007. We analyzed the relationship between pine sawtimber stumpage prices and timber sale characteristics using hedonic pricing method. Quadratic transformation was employed for sale size and contract length. Stumpage prices increased with sale size, contract length, bid sales, and the number of bidders. The presence of above average or excellent grade, market conditions, and logging conditions also are positively related to stumpage prices.

As the rapid and various changing of social aspects, the structures are getting bigger, higher and more complex. The importance of evacuation is on the rise as increased using frequency of multiplex sale facility and it's high population density. According to the result of a survey with 4 domestic wholesales mart's population density, the average and maximum was 0.41(人/$m^2$) and 0.46(人/$m^2$). considering evacuation dangerousness, the maximum value will be suitable for computation of evacuation capacity and this will be submitted as a basic data for computation of evacuation capacity.
