  • This paper proposes a DRMS(Distribution Remote Management System) based on the advanced digital kwh-meter. The proposed URMS is designed so as to be able to collect the voltage management data, the load management data as well as the used kwh data from advanced kwh-meter remotelly. It makes the integrated management of distribution system possible and enhances highly the economics of the existing remote meter-reading system based on the only used kwh-data. Also it can improve highly the quality of power supplied to the electric customer by minimizing the volt age management cost and by enhancing the efficiency of load management.

  • In this paper, we propose a method to design and implement a smart pipeline information management system that can provide visualization information linked to GIS and roadmap based on the construction of precise pipeline buried information. The smart pipeline information management system consists of a positioning device for high-precision pipeline location measurement and surround view image data recording, a database for data storage and management, and a mobile app for remote monitoring and management. It connects surrounding image data and location data with GIS and roadmap. Convenience and accessibility of management can be improved.

Design of Remote Management System for Smart Factory

  • As a decrease in labor became a serious issue in the manufacturing industry, smart factory technology, which combines IT and the manufacturing business, began to attract attention as a solution. In this study, we have designed and implemented a real-time remote management system for smart factories, which is connected to an IoT sensor and gateway, for plastic manufacturing plants. By implementing the REST API in which an IoT sensor and smart gateway can communicate, the system enabled the data measured from the IoT sensor and equipment status data to the real-time monitoring system through the gateway. Also, a web-based management dashboard enabled remote monitoring and control of the equipment and raw material processing status. A comparative analysis experiment was conducted on the suggested system for the difference in processing speed based on equipment and measurement data number change. The experiment confirmed that saving equipment measurement data using cache mechanisim offered faster processing speed. Through the result our works can provide the basic framework to factory which need implement remote management system.

  • 과학데이터는 사실, 관찰, 이미지, 컴퓨터프로그램결과, 기록, 측량 또는 경험(논거, 이론, 테스트 또는 가설 또는 기타 연구물에 기초한)의 형태에서 생성되는 데이터를 의미한다. 연구패러다임이 데이터 중심의 연계 융합연구로 전환되면서 이러한 과학데이터에 대한 중요성과 그 가치는 매우 높아지고 있다. 과학데이터가 창의적인 연구개발을 위해 효율적으로 재사용될 수 있기 위해서는 공유와 활용을 위한 관리체계의 구축이 필수적이다. 과학데이터의 공유와 활용을 위한 관리체제의 구축은 국가적 차원에서 이루어져야 하지만, 우리나라의 경우 관리체제의 수준은 호주, 미국, 중국 또는 유럽에 비해서 연계성으로나 효율성으로나 내실을 기하지 못하고 있다. 호주, 미국, 중국 등은 국가차원에서 관련 기관을 통해 과학데이터를 수집, 관리 및 유지하는 등 데이터 활용을 적극적으로 추진하기 위하여 중장기적인 정책수립, 법제도 정비, 기반시설에 대한 투자를 지속적으로 확대하고 있다. 본 연구는 효율적이고 공정한 과학데이터의 공유 및 활용을 위한 국가적인 관리체계구축 및 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 법제도를 정비함에 있어서 해외 관련 입법례 및 정책동향에 관하여 살펴보고, 향후 우리나라의 대응방안을 제시하였다.

  • Well organized and easy usable Grid management system is very important for executing various Grid applications and managing Grid computing environment. Moreover, information system which can support Grid management system by providing various Grid environment related information is also one of the most interesting issue in the Grid middleware system area. Effective cooperation between Grid management system and information system can make a novel Grid middleware system. Especially, service oriented architecture based Grid management system is flexible and extensible for providing various type of Grid services. Also, information system based on data mining process which comprises various different kinds of domains such as users, resources and applications can make Grid management system more precise and efficient. In this paper, we propose semantic Grid middleware system which is a combination of Grid management system and semantic information system.

  • Cut Slope Management System(CSMS) is a systematic maintenance and management system designed to prevent the collapse of cut slopes located along national roads and to minimize damages caused by slope collapse related accidents. In order to implement a maintenance and management system that will ensure safe road operation, the Korean government has started the inventory of cut slopes and developed a cut slope database since 2006. The study on the application of cut slope database is on-going and part of this study is the development of cut slope database management system (Slope-navi) using GIS technology and navigation system for the effective and efficient cut slope management using Information Technology. Using the Navigation Cut Slope Data Management System the previously developed database was checked and verified. The converted cut slope inventory data and field investigation reports of about 20,000 cut slopes were loaded in the navigation map. Through the development of the navigation's cut slope data search system, a systematic and efficient cut slope database management and operation in the prevention of slope collapse and remedial measure selection was established.

  • 본 논문은 울진 원자력 발전소 건설현장의 자료관리업무를 검토, 분석하여 전산화 대상업무의 논리체계를 세워 카드장표에 의한 수작업 관리방법을 전산 자동화처리가 가능하도록 시도한 것이다. 마스타화일의 레코드구조는 서지데이타, 자료송부관련데이타, 배부관련데이타, 구역구분데이타, 건설후 자료관리 데이터 등으로 구성하였으며 배부, 화일, 검색업무 및 통계, 보고서 출력업무의 논리체계를 설계하였다. 특히 건설중의 자료관리목적이외에 건설후 자료관리를 위한 색인매개요소로서 시스템코드, 한전설비분류번호, 자재연결코드, 보존기간 등을 건설중의 자료입수 시점에서 입력하도록 설계하여 발전소 운전중의 자료검색요구를 사전에 준비하고자 하였다. 또한 본 연구의 결과는 자료관리시스템과 자재관리시스템 사이에서의 상호참조가 용이하도록 설계하였다.

Basic System Design in the PBNM Scheme for Multiple Domains as Cyber Physical System Using Data Science and AI

  • In the current Internet system, there are many problems using anonymity of the network communication such as personal information leaks and crimes using the Internet system. This is why TCP/IP protocol used in Internet system does not have the user identification information on the communication data, and it is difficult to supervise the user performing the above acts immediately. As a study for solving the above problem, there is the study of Policy Based Network Management (PBNM). This is the scheme for managing a whole Local Area Network (LAN) through communication control for every user. In this PBNM, two types of schemes exist. As one scheme, we have studied theoretically about the Destination Addressing Control System (DACS) Scheme with affinity with existing internet. By applying this DACS Scheme to Internet system management, we will realize the policy-based Internet system management. In this paper, basic system design for PBNM scheme for multi-domain management utilizing data science and AI is proposed.

Developing a Data Model of Product Manufacturing Flow for an IC Packaging WIP System

  • The IC packaging industry heavily relies on shop floor information, necessitating the development of a model to flexibly define shop floor information and timely handle manufacturing data. This study presents a novel data model of product manufacturing flow to define shop floor information to effectively respond to accelerated developments in IC package industry. The proposed data model consists of four modules: operation template setup, general process setup, enhanced bill of manufacture (EBOMfr) setup, and work-order process setup. The data model can flexibly define the required shop floor information and decision rules for shop floor product manufacturing flow, allowing one to easily adopt changes of the product and on the shop floor. However, to handle floor dynamics of the IC packaging industry, this work also proposes a WIP (i.e. work-in-process) system for monitoring and controlling the product manufacturing flow on the shop floor. The WIP system integrates the data model with a WIP execution module. Furthermore, an illustrative example, the MIRL WIP System, developed by Mechanical Industrial Research Laboratories of Industrial Technology Research Institute, demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed model.
