Several environmental problems have occurred and extremely affected throughout the East Asia region. Satellite imageries and spatial information have been used in the applications of environmental and natural hazard management for years. Sharing these data and resources in the community is considered as one of the optimal solution. It would consequently bring cost saving to all participated countries and eventually be beneficial to mankind as a whole. Encouraged by these factors, ASEAN＋3 Satellite Image Archive for Environmental Study project was submitted by Thailand in the 3rd Senior Official Meeting between ASEAN, China, Japan and Korea (SEOM＋3 Meeting) and approved by the SEOM＋3. The main objectives of this project are to share satellite images, information related to natural resources and environmental issues, and to provide data information services to all ASEAN＋3 countries. The proposed system is basically embedded by distributed system. The network of data users, data providers, and the center will be established using the Internet. User can access, navigate, display, and even download some archived contents. Its service site can be generally categorized into two parts, which are environmental related data archive and the Integrated satellite image catalogue. The extension of web based GIS is also planned for future development so that GIS users can conduct some preliminary analysis directly on line. This presentation will indicate scope of work, system, working scenario, and work plan of the project.

This study aims to develop a standard protocol by which users can exchange data information efficiently between KOSDIC and GIS. The ultimate goal from this study is to propose a data exchange format using KOSIC. The background of this study is that GIS industry sector is vigorously developing linked to spatial information construction such as UIS, LIS, EIS, AM/FM through supporting by regional government institution. According to do, the format of data transformation becomes major issue. GIS data can easily transfer to CAD version but when CAD data convert to GIS format (DWG->DXF->SHP) cannot get high success rate due to errors and problems. In addition, CAD data feature is made from oriental structure which is made of point and line faeture so that GIS system is impossible to data transformation. In the reason, the biggest problem is discordance of symbolization in integration and standard of data format. By investigation the usability of this study, conclusion are drawn efficient alternative plan in data transformation. Though this wort we will be able to provide a better transformation of data conversion between CAD format and GIS format. Accordingly, it is of important to enrich the integrated construction information infrastructure, which accommodates ever-changing constructions environment.

The aim of this research is to study and develop enabling technologies for home healthcare device with ubiquitous network. The motivation of this paper is to enable healthcare in home, to development the device for smart home health care. To achieve the aim, we must develop the prototype platform based on home gateways, distributed context user interface based on UPnP and support for information sharing with high speed power line communication and mobile infra-structures. And IPv6 is the base technology of this platform. In this paper, we concern that physical health, mental health and medical emergencies is all of home healthcare. With the smart device, we evaluate the connectivity, automatic information extraction and private data exchange and event driven message. The result of this paper is demonstration of smart device for ubiquitous communication in a healthcare application such as patient monitoring device and several information services. In conclusion, home healthcare will support more healthy and easy living for a human.

Recently, as the feasibility study shows that trans-Korea railway and trans-continental railway are advantageous, interest in high-speed railway system is increasing. Because railway vehicle is environment-friendly and safe compared with airplane and ship, its market-sharing increases gradually. We developed a measurement system for on-line test and evaluation of performances of KHST. The measurement system is composed of software part and hardware part. Perfect interface between multi-users is possible. Nowadays, position data inputs to pulse signal from wheel. Perfect position measurement was limited to slip and slide of vehicle. This measurement makes up for the weak points, Position Detection System using GPS develops. By using the system, Korean High Speed Train is capable of accurate fault position detection.

The PWM inverter investigated in this paper utilizes a bridge type current sharing reactor circuit with tow pairs of complementary transistor at each phase. The driving signals for this inverter are 3 level PWM waves of W type an M type modulation, which are obtained from a microprocessor based on the switching time data obtained by switching position calculation of triangular and sine modulation wave. The output voltage waveforms of this inverter have 5 level phase voltage and 9 level line voltage of PWM. The harmonics of the output voltage are reduced to half when it is compared with single CTI, and the occurrence of harmonics is also reduced.

On the matter in line with NCW(Network Centric Warfare) and information age, the military is on an efficient-expanding trend as sharing with status and information promptly through the various and complex exchange of messages and the phone communication between operators, using a highly efficient operating console. The recording devices that record an operational situation to plan a new operation through the mission analysis and result reviews after finishing military operation or training are developed and operated. Recording method is classified into two groups. one is the recording of display shots, another is the recording of an exchange of messages. This study proposes the new data-oriented recording method to reduce the readiness time of replay and the improvement scheme.

This study analyzes human development convergence and the impact of funds transfer to the regions using σ and β-convergence analysis method. Observations were made in all Indonesia's provinces in the period 2010-2019. The coefficient of variation calculation shows a dispersion in the inequality of human development, which means that convergence occurred. This is also documented by the clustering analysis results developed in the study. The results are in line with the hypothesis of neoclassical theory, which shows the tendency for provinces with lower human development levels to grow relatively faster. The dynamic panel data approach with the GMM model shows that a model built with explanatory variables for transfer of funds to regions may lead to the process of convergence of human development - 2.21% per year or 31 years to cover the half-life of convergence. This is a consequence of the Special Allocation Fund and the Village Fund, which positively impact the convergence process, and the General Allocation Fund and the Revenue Sharing Fund with negative signs slowing the convergence process. This evidence opens opportunities to review the justification of the weighting component in determining the amount of funds transferred to the region to accelerate the convergence process of human development.

In an effort to decrease aviation accident worldwide, development of aviation safety management has been sought through aviation index and standardization, both by establishing SMS(Safety Management System). It also needs to be done in the domestic. both study on SMS which ICAO recommends and setting the top priority safety goal, each differently classified by nations. Accordingly, defining safety index and developing continuous monitoring approach. Aircraft accident reporting system in Air Force does not operate in a open approach method due to its uniqueness related to mission achievement. Therefore, limits of utilizing the recent worldwide aircraft data sharing and analyzing results to prevent accident is inevitable. This paper introduces an overview of ECCAIRS 5 which become the standard for the recent worldwide aviation safety reporting and data exchange system. Also using ECCAIRS 5, aircraft accident cases of the Air Force are classified such as accident type, year, month, occurrence category, and flight phase. The result of the study will provide a guide line for utilizing the civil system in prevention of future military aviation accidents.

In this paper, we propose a novel sharing method ordering the events occurring between users collaborated with the common telecomputing environment. We realize the sharing method with multimedia data to improve the coworking effect using teleprocessing network. This sharing method advances the efficiency of communicating projects such as remote education, tele-conference, and co-authoring of multimedia contents by offering conveniences of presentation, group authoring, common management, and transient event productions of the users. As for the conventional sharing white board system, all the multimedia contents segments should be authored by the exclusive program, and we cannot use any existing contents or program. Moreover we suffer from the problem that ordering error occurs in the teleprocessing operation because we do not have any line-up technology for the input ordering of commands. Therefore we develop a method of retrieving input and output events from the windows system and the message hooking technology which transmits between programs in the operating system In addition, we realize the allocation technology of the processing results for all sharing users of the distributed computing environment without any error. Our sharing technology should contribute to improve the face-to-face coworking efficiency for multimedia contents authoring, common blackboard system in the area of remote educations, and presentation display in visual conference.

This study focuses on analyzing a subset of consumer activities (especially social medium) in their wedding preparation. The focus of this study is on wedding online communities and understanding the impact of communities on selective behavior for information-acceptance. Data was compiled based on female consumers in their 20s and 30s who actively participate in online community forums. It included female consumers preparing for their weddings and individuals interested in weddings. A total of 211 questionnaires were collected from January $10^{th}$ to $23^{rd}$ in 2012. The online communities were identified from Naver, Yahoo, and online search portals; subsequently, they were rank-sorted based on number of members, visitors, and forum posts. We identified four different characteristic based on the findings from the analysis of on-line wedding communities. The characteristic of these communities were divided into sharing experience, functionality of the webpage, informativeness, and interactivity; consequently, use of these online communities is based on trust and significant personal relationships between the members online. Out of the four different community characteristics, sharing experience was found to have a greater impact for the selective behavior of wedding dresses and information- acceptance than the functionality of the webpage, interactivity, and informativeness. We conclude that trust in information provided by members with marriage process experience is the foremost important factor in the behavior of individual consumers wit iexplore.exe -extoff hout marriage process experience. Therefore, the impact of these online communities catering to would-be brides is based on the trust of posters and how well it is articulated.
